Abstract

本发明公开了一种专用于生物单分子的检测探头。它由光输入器和光接收器组成,光输入器为光纤探针,光接收器为光纤束,光纤探针设在光纤束内,尤以光纤探针设在光纤束中央为佳。光纤探针的头部为针尖形,光纤探针的表面设有铝膜。本发明还将组成光纤束的光纤端部烧成球形。本发明利用光纤传输、接收光,因此,其结构简单。另外,本发明还具有体积小,成本低,接收荧光效果好的优点。

Description

专用于生物单分子的检测探头
本发明涉及一种专用于生物单分子的检测的传感器。
目前,采用揭示生物单分子运动规律的传感元件采用由透镜等组成的光学系统,这种光学系统结构复杂,体积庞大,造价高,而且由于衍射极限光学系统汇聚成的光柱最小只能0.4μm,故检测灵敏度相对较低。
本发明的发明目的在于提供一种结构简单的专利用于生物单分子的检测探头。
本发明采用如下技术方案来实现其发明目的:
本发明由光输入器和光接收器组成,光输入器为光纤探针1,光接收器为光纤束2,光纤探针(1)和光纤束(2)设在一起。为提高待测分子所发荧光的接受效果,本发明将光纤探针1设在光纤束2内。且最好将光纤探针1设在光纤束2中央。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下优点:
①本发明只需采用用于光输入的光纤探针和用于接收荧光的光纤束,即可实现采集生物单分子运动的信息的目的,故其结构简单,体积小,成本低
②光纤探针设在光纤束内,尤其是设在光纤束的中央,加上光纤束之光纤的球形端部的设置,使接收荧光的光纤束数值孔径较大,提高了接收荧光的效果;另外,探针表面的铝膜,防止了光能量的扩散。
③本发明将光纤探针拉成针尖形状,使得激光在经过探针后形成的光柱直径可小于0.4μm,甚至可达nm级,进一步提高了检测效果。

本发明由光输入器和光接收器组成,光输入器为光纤探针1,光接收器为光纤束2,光纤探针1设在光纤束2内。其中,光纤探针1设在光纤束2中央。在本实施例中,光纤探针1的头部为针尖形,光纤探针1的表面设有铝膜,组成光纤束2的光纤端部烧成球形。

1.一种专用于生物单分子的检测探头,由光输入器和光接收器组成,其特征在于光输入器为光纤探针(1),光接收器为光纤束(2),光纤探针(1)和光纤束(2)设在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的专用于生物单分子的检测探头,其特征在于光纤探针(1)设在光纤束(2)内。
3.根据权利要求2所述的专用于生物单分子的检测探头,其特征在于光纤探针(1)设在光纤束(2)中央。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的专用于生物单分子的检测探头,其特征在于光纤探针(1)的头部为针尖形。
5.根据权利要求4所述的专用于生物单分子的检测探头,其特征在于光纤探针(1)的表面设有铝膜。
6.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的专用于生物单分子的检测探头,其特征在于组成光纤束(2)的光纤端部烧成球形。
