技术领域
本发明涉及一种耐水抗断裂的防水卷材。
背景技术
将沥青类或高分子类防水材料浸渍在胎体上,制作成的防水材料产品,以卷材形式提供,称为防水卷材,是一种可弯曲的片状防水材料。防水卷材主要是用于建筑墙体、屋面、以及隧道、公路、垃圾填埋场等处,起到抵御外界雨水、地下水渗漏的一种可卷曲成卷状的柔性建材产品,作为工程基础与建筑物之间无渗漏连接,是整个工程防水的第一道屏障,对整个工程起着至关重要的作用。
防水卷材根据主要组成材料不同,分为沥青防水卷材、高聚物改性沥青防水卷材和合成高分子防水卷材 ;根据胎体的不同分为无胎体卷材、纸胎卷材、玻璃纤维胎卷材、玻璃布胎卷材和聚乙烯胎卷材。防水卷材要求有良好的耐水性,对温度变化的稳定性 ( 高温下不流淌、起泡、不淆动 ;低温下不脆裂 ),一定的机械强度、延伸性和抗断裂性,要有一定的柔韧性和抗老化性等,对于改进性能的防水卷材已有较多的研究。
随着防水卷材应用的范围越来越广,对其性能的要求也越来越多样化,因此,改进性能的防水卷材的研究仍需加大。

一种耐水抗断裂的防水卷材,其特征在于,包括下列重量份数的物质:邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯19-27份,甲醛溶液40-50份,乙烯-丙烯酸盐3-8份,高密度聚乙烯11-17份,聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯3-11份,抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯11-24份,柠檬酸三辛酯15-20份,三乙醇胺9-10份,无水硫酸钠5-7份,聚酰胺55-58份,乙酸正丁酯26-38份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明制得的防水卷材不仅具有较好耐水性,而且具有优异的延伸性和抗断裂性等机械性能。本发明的所述防水卷材的制备方法,工艺简单,制备的材料性能优异。
