本发明公开了一种PE气泡膜及其制备方法和气泡膜复铝箔。该PE气泡膜,按质量份计,高压聚乙烯90~100份、开口剂0.5~3份、增白剂0.5~1份、防静电剂0.5~1份、丁烷发泡剂0.5~2份、蜜胺焦磷酸盐0.5~1.5份、聚乙烯蜡2~3份、茂金属石蜡聚合体4~8份。本发明的PE气泡膜质轻、抗拉强度大、阻燃、防潮、防静电,还能吸收和分散外来的撞击力,达到缓冲的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及气泡膜领域,尤其涉及一种PE气泡膜及其制备方法和气泡膜复铝箔。
背景技术
气泡膜又称气垫膜、气垫薄膜。是用于包装填充的一种防压防潮防震的化工产品。具有良好的减震性、抗冲击性、热合性、无毒、无味、防潮、耐腐蚀、透明度好等优点。
目前市面上隔热缓冲材料有:玻璃纤维(英文原名为:glass fiber或fiberglass)是一种性能优异的无机非金属材料,种类繁多,优点是绝缘性好、耐热性强、抗腐蚀性好,机械强度高,但缺点是性脆,耐磨性较差、不防水,雨天吸水以后,自重增加,而且短期内水分难以挥发,潮湿的部分易造腐蚀。此外,这种材料具有较强的致癌物质,对人体健康不利。EPS聚苯乙烯复铝膜虽然也是缓冲、隔热的材料,但使用时易碎、回复性差的缺点,使用后无法回收,造成环境污染,市场将越来越小。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明一方面提供一种PE气泡膜,该PE气泡膜质轻、抗拉强度大、阻燃、防静电,还能吸收和分散外来的撞击力,达到缓冲的效果。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:

本发明另一方面提供了一种制备上述PE气泡膜的方法,该方法制备的PE气泡膜质轻、抗拉强度大、阻燃、防潮、防静电,还能吸收和分散外来的撞击力,达到缓冲的效果。
一种制备上述的PE气泡膜的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按质量份计,将茂金属石蜡聚合体4~8份和聚乙烯蜡2~3份投入到混料机进行搅拌;
(2)加入高压聚乙烯90~100份、开口剂0.5~3份、增白剂0.5~1份、防静 电剂0.5~1份和蜜胺焦磷酸盐0.5~1.5份继续搅拌得到中介物料;
(3)将中介物料投入到挤出机中并加入丁烷发泡剂0.5~2份进行挤塑成型、吸塑成型气泡、制得PE发泡膜。
优选的,步骤(1)具体过程为:按质量份计,将茂金属石蜡聚合体4~8份和聚乙烯蜡2~3份投入到混料机,在90~95℃下搅拌1~2min。
优选的,步骤(2)具体过程为:加入高压聚乙烯90~100份、开口剂0.5~3份、增白剂0.5~1份、防静电剂0.5~1份和蜜胺焦磷酸盐0.5~1.5份,升温至110~115℃搅拌3~5min,得到中介物料。
优选的,步骤(3)具体过程为:将中介物料投入到挤出机中并加入丁烷发泡剂0.5~2份,在165~175℃下挤塑成型、在210~215℃吸塑成型气泡、制得PE发泡膜。
本发明最后提供一种气泡膜复铝箔,该气泡膜复铝箔质轻、抗拉强度大、保温、隔热、还能吸收和分散外来的撞击力,达到缓冲的效果。
一种气泡膜复铝箔包括上述PE气泡膜制成的PE气泡膜层,PE气泡膜层的两侧均设有铝箔层。
优选的,PE气泡膜层厚度为6~30mm,铝箔层厚度为0.1~0.5mm。
本发明的有益效果:一种PE气泡膜,按质量份计,高压聚乙烯90~100份、开口剂0.5~3份、增白剂0.5~1份、防静电剂0.5~1份、丁烷发泡剂0.5~2份、蜜胺焦磷酸盐0.5~1.5份、聚乙烯蜡2~3份、茂金属石蜡聚合体4~8份。本发明的PE气泡膜质轻、抗拉强度大、阻燃、防潮、防静电,还能吸收和分散外来的撞击力,达到缓冲的效果。

实施例1:一种PE气泡膜,按质量份计,包括以下组分:

按质量份计,将茂金属石蜡聚合体4份和聚乙烯蜡2份投入到混料机,在90℃下搅拌1min,加入高压聚乙烯90份、开口剂0.5份、增白剂0.5份、防静电剂0.5份和蜜胺焦磷酸盐0.5份,升温至110℃搅拌3min,得到中介物料,将中介物料投入到挤出机中并加入丁烷发泡剂0.5份,在165℃下挤塑成型、在210℃吸塑成型气泡、制得PE发泡膜。
本实施例的气泡膜复铝箔包括上述PE气泡膜制成的PE气泡膜层1,PE气泡膜层1的两侧均设有铝箔层2,其中,PE气泡膜层1厚度为6mm,铝箔层2厚度为0.1mm。
实施例2:一种PE气泡膜,按质量份计,包括以下组分:

本实施例的气泡膜复铝箔包括上述PE气泡膜制成的PE气泡膜层1,PE气泡膜层1的两侧均设有铝箔层2,其中,PE气泡膜层1厚度为15mm,铝箔层2厚度为0.2mm。
实施例3:一种PE气泡膜,按质量份计,包括以下组分:

按质量份计,将茂金属石蜡聚合体8份和聚乙烯蜡3份投入到混料机,在95℃下搅拌2min,加入高压聚乙烯100份、开口剂3份、增白剂1份、防静电剂1份和蜜胺焦磷酸盐1.5份,升温至115℃搅拌5min,得到中介物料,将中介物料投入到挤出机中并加入丁烷发泡剂2份,在175℃下挤塑成型、在215℃吸塑成型气泡、制得PE发泡膜。
本实施例的气泡膜复铝箔包括上述PE气泡膜制成的PE气泡膜层1,PE气泡膜层1的两侧均设有铝箔层2,其中,PE气泡膜层1厚度为30mm,铝箔层2厚度为0.5mm。
将实施例1~3得到的PE气泡膜和目前市场上的EPS气泡膜进行测试,结果如下表:
通过上表可以看出本发明的PE气泡膜质轻、抗拉强度大、阻燃、防水,由于含有气泡,弹性好、能够吸收和分散外来的撞击力,达到缓冲的效果,
将本发明的PE气泡膜和普通气泡膜进行烟雾实验,发现本发明的PE气泡膜对铝、铁、铜具有优异的防锈功能,而普通的气泡膜则出现生锈现象。
本发明的PE气泡膜质轻、富有弹性、抗拉强度大、保温、隔热、阻燃、防潮、防静电、防锈,还能吸收和分散外来的撞击力,达到缓冲的效果。
同时,本发明的气泡膜复铝箔具有隔热,保温,防反射和防辐射,耐温防火,减少对流,传导和辐射的热量损失,夏天清凉,冬天暖和,复合后的铝箔表面光滑平整,反射率高,纵横向抗拉强度大。适用于建筑物房顶、外墙阻挡阳光,地下室防潮,是防水最好的物品。产品容易安装,薄而轻巧,无毒,对人体无过敏。

(2)加入高压聚乙烯90~100份、开口剂0.5~3份、增白剂0.5~1份、防静电剂0.5~1份和蜜胺焦磷酸盐0.5~1.5份继续搅拌得到中介物料;
(3)将中介物料投入到挤出机中并加入丁烷发泡剂0.5~2份进行挤塑成型、吸塑成型气泡、制得PE发泡膜。
5.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)具体过程为:按质量份计,将茂金属石蜡聚合体4~8份和聚乙烯蜡2~3份投入到混料机,在90~95℃下搅拌1~2min。
6.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)具体过程为:加入高压聚乙烯90~100份、开口剂0.5~3份、增白剂0.5~1份、防静电剂0.5~1份和蜜胺焦磷酸盐0.5~1.5份,升温至110~115℃搅拌3~5min,得到中介物料。
7.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)具体过程为:将中介物料投入到挤出机中并加入丁烷发泡剂0.5~2份,在165~175℃下挤塑成型、在210~215℃吸塑成型气泡、制得PE发泡膜。
8.一种气泡膜复铝箔,其特征在于,包括权利要求1所述的PE气泡膜制成的PE气泡膜层(1),所述PE气泡膜层(1)的两侧设有铝箔层(2)。
9.根据权利要求8所述的气泡膜复铝箔,其特征在于,所述PE气泡膜层(1)厚度为6~30mm,所述铝箔层(2)厚度为0.1~0.5mm。
