本发明公开了一种环保型活性尾矿微粉复合浆液及其应用,将铁矿或铅锌矿的尾矿微粉磨细并进行活化处理,使尾矿微粉的比表面积大于400kg/m3,活性大于80%,掺入水泥或化学浆液,按水灰比为0.3~0.8:1配制成活性尾矿微粉复合浆液。该复合浆液活性好,颗粒细,节能环保,造价低廉,使用效果好。

技术领域
本发明属于建筑材料制造技术领域,具体涉及一种环保型活性尾矿微粉复合浆液及其应用。
背景技术
随着我国工程建设的飞速发展,注浆浆液在工程领域需求量巨大。现有的浆液主要为水泥浆液和化学浆液为主,存在如下问题:1、水泥属于高耗能行业,生产水泥耗费大量能源,不利于环境保护。2、一些化学注浆有毒性,会污染地下水。3、现有的水泥浆液或化学浆液价格较高,工程经济性较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种环保型活性尾矿微粉复合浆液及其应用,该复合浆液活性好,颗粒细,节能环保,造价低廉,使用效果好。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种环保型活性尾矿微粉复合浆液:将铁矿或铅锌矿的尾矿微粉磨细至粒径5~20μm,然后进行活化处理,使尾矿微粉的比表面积大于400kg/m3,活性大于80%,掺入水泥或化学浆液,按水灰比为0.3~0.8:1配制成活性尾矿微粉复合浆液。
所述的活化处理采用高频振动磨,加入30~50wt.%的水泥熟料或10~20 wt.%的熟石膏作为助磨剂,振动幅度3~7mm,振动频率16.3~24.3次/秒,振动时间10分钟;活化处理后尾矿微粉的粒径为3~5μm。
所述的活性尾矿微粉复合浆液用于隧道壁后注浆、盾构管片后注浆、灌注桩桩端及桩侧后注浆、止水帷幕和工程抢险速凝浆液、高压旋喷桩复合地基、水泥土搅拌桩复合地基、锚杆和土钉灌浆。
本发明的显著优点在于:本发明制得的活性尾矿微粉复合浆液对固体废弃物进行资源化利用,可解决大量尾矿堆放占用土体、污染环境等问题,节能环保,工程造价低,效益好。
具体实施方式
一种环保型活性尾矿微粉复合浆液:将铁矿或铅锌矿的尾矿微粉磨细至粒径5~20μm,然后进行活化处理,使尾矿微粉的比表面积大于400kg/m3,活性大于80%,掺入水泥或化学浆液,按水灰比为0.3~0.8:1配制成活性尾矿微粉复合浆液。
所述的活化处理采用高频振动磨,加入30~50wt.%的水泥熟料或10~20 wt.%的熟石膏作为助磨剂,振动幅度3~7mm,振动频率16.3~24.3次/秒,振动时间10分钟;活化处理后尾矿微粉的粒径为3~5μm。
所述的活性尾矿微粉复合浆液用于隧道壁后注浆、盾构管片后注浆、灌注桩桩端及桩侧后注浆、止水帷幕和工程抢险速凝浆液、高压旋喷桩复合地基、水泥土搅拌桩复合地基、锚杆和土钉灌浆。
实施例 1
隧道壁后注浆/盾构管片后注浆
质量比:水:活性尾矿微粉:P.O42.5水泥=0.8:0.7:0.3,28天150mm立方体试块强度21.7MPa,平均流动度24.5mm,粘度计法测得年度(平均流出时间)24.5秒,初凝时间424min,终凝时间710min,平均密度1680kg/m3,用于隧道壁后注浆/盾构管片后注浆,可有效控制隧道开挖引起的围岩变形和地层沉降。
实施例 2
灌注桩桩端/桩侧后注浆
质量比:水:活性尾矿微粉:P.O32.5水泥=0.6:0.6:0.4,28天立方体试块强度12.3MPa,平均流动度17.8mm,粘度计法测得年度(平均流出时间)20.2秒,初凝时间388min,终凝时间640min,平均密度1705kg/m3,在桩体混凝土灌注3~5天内后注浆,注浆压力1~2MPa,单桩承载力最大可提高80%。
实施例 3
止水帷幕/工程抢险速凝浆液
质量比:水:活性尾矿微粉:P.O32.5水泥:水玻璃=0.8:0.4:0.6:0.45,水玻璃40Be,模数2.6~2.8。浆液可控性好,胶凝时间可准确控制几十分钟范围内,适用于止水帷幕施工和隧道涌水、突泥封堵等工程抢险,可达到快速堵漏的目的,也可用于隧道始发井和管片围岩土体加固。
实施例 4
高压旋喷桩复合地基
水泥浆质量比:活性尾矿微粉:P.O42.5水泥:水:减水剂=0.8:2:1:0.011,20~25MPa旋喷压力,单2.5mm喷嘴,提升速度20cm,砂土层中成桩桩径0.6m,成桩质量好,桩体强度可4.7MPa,复合地基承载力比天然地基提高50%~110%。
实施例 5
水泥土搅拌桩复合地基
活性尾矿微粉和P.O42.5水泥质量比3:7,正方形布桩,桩径0.5m,胶凝材料掺入比16%,采用2喷4搅施工工艺,桩体强度平均值可达2.5MPa,复合地基承载力比天然地基提高60%~150%。
实施例 6
锚杆和土钉灌浆
质量比:水:活性尾矿微粉:P.O42.5水泥=0.8:0.7:0.3,28天150mm立方体试块强度21.7MPa,平均流动度24.5mm,粘度计法测得年度(平均流出时间)24.5秒,初凝时间424min,终凝时间710min,平均密度1680kg/m3,用于深基坑和边坡支护的锚杆或土钉锚固体灌浆。

1.一种环保型活性尾矿微粉复合浆液,其特征在于:铁矿或铅锌矿的尾矿微粉经研磨后,进行活化处理,使尾矿微粉的比表面积大于400kg/m3,活性大于80%,掺入水泥或化学浆液,按水灰比为0.3~0.8:1配制成活性尾矿微粉复合浆液;所述的活化处理采用高频振动磨,加入30~50wt.%的水泥熟料或10~20 wt.%的熟石膏作为助磨剂,振动幅度3~7mm,振动频率16.3~24.3次/秒,振动时间10分钟;活化处理后尾矿微粉的粒径为3~5μm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保型活性尾矿微粉复合浆液,其特征在于:研磨后尾矿微粉的粒径为5~20μm。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的环保型活性尾矿微粉复合浆液的应用,其特征在于:所述的活性尾矿微粉复合浆液用于隧道壁后注浆、盾构管片后注浆、灌注桩桩端及桩侧后注浆、止水帷幕和工程抢险速凝浆液、高压旋喷桩复合地基、水泥土搅拌桩复合地基、锚杆和土钉灌浆。
