本发明提供钢丝绳输送带，包括自上而下依次排列的上覆盖胶层、钢丝绳网状防撕裂层、硅胶聚酯帆布层和下覆盖胶层，钢丝绳网状防撕裂层是由纵向排列的钢丝绳和横向排列的钢丝绳垂直交错而成。本发明的有益效果是：具有拉伸强度大、抗冲击好、寿命长、使用伸长小、成槽性好、耐曲挠性好的优点，适于长距离、大运程、高速度输送物料。

本发明涉及工业用带技术领域，尤其是涉及钢丝绳输送带。
背景技术
钢丝绳输送带是以钢丝为骨架的橡胶运输带，广泛应用于煤矿、矿山、港口、电力、冶金、建材等行业要求防撕裂条件下的物料输送，可用于长距离、大跨度、大运量和高速度物料的输送。但在实际的使用过程中，输送带易于发生断裂，使用寿命短，降低生产安全性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种设计合理、强度大、使用寿命长的钢丝绳输送带。
本发明的技术方案是：钢丝绳输送带，其特征在于：包括自上而下依次排列的上覆盖胶层、钢丝绳网状防撕裂层、硅胶聚酯帆布层和下覆盖胶层，所述钢丝绳网状防撕裂层是由纵向排列的钢丝绳和横向排列的钢丝绳垂直交错而成。
所述纵向排列的钢丝绳和横向排列的钢丝绳均为双股钢丝绳。
所述钢丝绳网状防撕裂层和硅胶聚酯帆布层通过粘合胶与上覆盖胶层和下覆盖胶层粘合。
所述上覆盖胶层和下覆盖胶层均由耐磨材料制成，厚度为3.5mm-5.5mm。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是：具有拉伸强度大、抗冲击好、寿命长、使用伸长小、成槽性好、耐曲挠性好的优点，适于长距离、大运程、高速度输送物料。

下面结合附图及具体实施方式对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示，本发明钢丝绳输送带，包括自上而下依次排列的上覆盖胶层1、钢丝绳网状防撕裂层2、硅胶聚酯帆布层3和下覆盖胶层4，钢丝绳网状防撕裂层2是由纵向排列的钢丝绳21和横向排列的钢丝绳22垂直交错而成。纵向排列的钢丝绳21和横向排列的钢丝绳22均为双股钢丝绳。钢丝绳网状防撕裂层2和硅胶聚酯帆布层3通过粘合胶与上覆盖胶层1和下覆盖胶层4粘合。上覆盖胶层1和下覆盖胶层4均由耐磨材料制成，厚度为3.5mm-5.5mm。

1.钢丝绳输送带，其特征在于：包括自上而下依次排列的上覆盖胶层（1）、钢丝绳网状防撕裂层（2）、硅胶聚酯帆布层（3）和下覆盖胶层（4），所述钢丝绳网状防撕裂层（2）是由纵向排列的钢丝绳（21）和横向排列的钢丝绳（22）垂直交错而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的钢丝绳输送带，其特征在于：所述纵向排列的钢丝绳（21）和横向排列的钢丝绳（22）均为双股钢丝绳。
3.根据权利要求1所述的钢丝绳输送带，其特征在于：所述钢丝绳网状防撕裂层（2）和硅胶聚酯帆布层（3）通过粘合胶与上覆盖胶层（1）和下覆盖胶层（4）粘合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的钢丝绳输送带，其特征在于：所述上覆盖胶层（1）和下覆盖胶层（4）均由耐磨材料制成，厚度为3.5mm-5.5mm。
