Abstract
易于密封的钢卷防锈纸,由三层结构复合而成,依次是原纸、PE编织布和塑料覆膜,PE编织布在原纸和塑料覆膜之间,原纸上涂有气相防锈缓释剂,其特征在于:PE编织布的宽度比原纸和塑料覆膜窄,防锈纸每侧的边缘均有100-200mm的宽度只有原纸和塑料覆膜,不设PE编织布。因为边缘不设PE编织布,所以边缘会变薄变软,其优点是:边缘柔软,包装时易于折叠压平,可防止漏气,避免防锈纸中气相防锈缓释剂泄露,密封效果大幅提升,同时节约材料,降低了生产成本,更加环保低碳,本发明主要用于钢卷、钢板的包装。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种钢板卷包装用的防锈纸。
背景技术
现在各种钢卷产品在包装时都要用到防锈纸,防锈纸在包装的最内层,紧贴钢卷,可以保护钢卷长时间不会生锈。此种防锈纸一般为三层结构复合而成,依次是原纸、PE编织布和塑料薄膜,且三层结构宽度相同。原纸上涂有气相防锈缓释剂,PE编织布覆在原纸的另一面,PE编织布的表面再覆盖有一层PE膜。气相防锈缓释剂是一种防锈剂,原纸是药剂的载体,PE编织布是起增加强度的作用,由于在钢卷的边角部,尤其是在钢卷的内外周的钢带有溢出端面的情况下,防锈纸很容易被割破,如果被割破,空气就会进入钢卷导致钢卷生锈,PE膜是为了防水。包装钢卷时,将一张防锈纸裹住钢卷外面,卷眼内再用一张防锈纸紧贴内壁,外面防锈纸的边沿在钢管的卷眼内收边打褶,尽量压紧压平并用胶带将折叠的边缘和内部防锈纸粘接在一起,使其密封达到防锈的目的。
但现在的防锈纸在整个纸面上都覆有编织布,部分位置质量过剩造成成本浪费,甚至影响包装质量,这种防锈纸有一个重要的缺陷:在包装操作过程中,需要对防锈纸边沿打褶后与内芯板纸粘贴在一起,因其又厚又硬,不易压紧,留有很多空隙,用胶带纸密封后,导致粘贴不牢、漏气,使得气相防锈缓释剂泄露,从而失去防锈的功能。
发明内容
本发明要解决的是防锈纸端面难以折叠,密封不严,容易产生漏气的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:易于密封的钢卷防锈纸,由三层结构复合而成,依次是原纸、PE编织布和塑料覆膜,PE编织布在原纸和塑料覆膜之间,原纸上涂有气相防锈缓释剂,原纸和塑料覆膜宽度相同,其特征在于:PE编织布的宽度小于原纸和塑料覆膜,防锈纸每侧的边缘均有100-200mm的宽度只有原纸和塑料覆膜,不设PE编织布。
本发明的进一步改进,所述PE编织布共设有两条,复合在在原纸和塑料覆膜之间的两侧,两条PE编织布中间有500-800mm的间隔,两边到原纸和塑料覆膜的边缘距离为100-200mm。中间不设编织布是因为中间贴在钢卷平滑的外表面,不会有棱边,所以强度要求不高,这样可以节省材料。
本发明与现有技术相比,其优点是:边缘柔软,包装时易于折叠压平,可防止漏气,避免防锈纸中气相防锈缓释剂泄露,密封效果大幅提升,同时节约材料,降低了生产成本,更加环保低碳,本发明主要用于钢卷、钢板的包装。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明由三层结构复合而成,依次是原纸1、PE编织布2和塑料覆膜3,PE编织布2在原纸1和塑料覆膜3之间,原纸1上涂有气相防锈缓释剂, PE编织布2的宽度比原纸1和塑料覆膜3窄,防锈纸每侧的边缘均有100-200mm的宽度只有原纸1和塑料覆膜3,不设PE编织布2。
图2是本发明的另一种实施方案,所述PE编织布2共设有两条,复合在在原纸1和塑料覆膜3之间的两侧,两条PE编织布2中间有500-800mm的宽度间隔,两边到原纸1和塑料覆膜3的边缘距离为100-200mm。

1.易于密封的钢卷防锈纸,由三层结构复合而成,依次是原纸、PE编织布和塑料覆膜,PE编织布在原纸和塑料覆膜之间,原纸上涂有气相防锈缓释剂,原纸和塑料覆膜宽度相同,其特征在于:PE编织布的宽度小于原纸和塑料覆膜,防锈纸每侧的边缘均有100-200mm的宽度只有原纸和塑料覆膜,不设PE编织布。
2.根据权利要求1所述的易于密封的钢卷防锈纸,其特征在于:所述PE编织布共设有两条,复合在在原纸和塑料覆膜之间的两侧,两条PE编织布中间有500-800mm的间隔,两边到原纸和塑料覆膜的边缘距离为100-200mm。
