技术领域
本发明涉及柔性电路板加工技术领域,特别涉及一种补强片覆胶设备。
背景技术
目前,柔性电路板制造过程对补强片的精度要求越来越严苛,不仅在于补强片尺寸要求,还包括了其厚度精度控制。以往补强片在生产时,厚度方面仅依靠原材厚度控制来控制其精度,而当钢带与胶通过热压滚轮进行贴合时,因胶具有一定的流动性,覆胶后厚度不均匀,且覆胶后厚度偏下限,易导致电阻偏高、长时间使用容易造成电路发热使其耗能增加、且易造成电路故障,这已经不能满足当前的补强片生产需要了。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:目前补强片生产中对其厚度控制不够精确,达不到更高的生产要求的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种补强片覆胶设备,包括:底座、压辊和辅助垫块,所述底座设有支架,所述压辊固定在所述支架上,所述压辊底部与所述底座之间留有间隙,所述间隙的大小通过设于所述压辊与所述底座之间的辅助垫块控制。 
优选的,所述辅助垫块有两个,之间相距设定间隔。
该补强片覆胶设备通过辅助垫块控制压辊与底座之间的高度,使补强片覆胶后厚度保持固定,精度相对较高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
如图1和图2所示的补强片覆胶设备,包括:底座6、压辊2和辅助垫块3,底座6设有支架7,压辊2固定在支架7上,压辊2底部与底座6之间留有间隙,间隙的大小通过设于压辊2与底座6之间的辅助垫块3控制,辅助垫块3有两个,之间相距设定间隔。
生产时,带有导电胶5的钢带4铺设在底座6上,通过压辊2滚压后,获得固定厚度的覆胶钢带1。
该补强片覆胶设备通过辅助垫块控制压辊与底座之间的高度,使补强片覆胶后厚度保持固定,精度相对较高。

1.一种补强片覆胶设备,其特征在于,包括:底座、压辊和辅助垫块,所述底座设有支架,所述压辊固定在所述支架上,所述压辊底部与所述底座之间留有间隙,所述间隙的大小通过设于所述压辊与所述底座之间的辅助垫块控制。
2.如权利要求1所述的补强片覆胶设备,其特征在于,所述辅助垫块有两个,之间相距设定间隔。
