本发明公开了一种便携式铸件打磨机。该便携式铸件打磨机包括电机、固定安装在电机上的外壳、电机主轴、手柄，电机主轴的外壳上设置套筒，套筒通过外壳上螺纹进行伸缩，套筒设置有固定锁，砂轮连接于电机主轴；打磨机在打磨之前，先调整套筒使其与砂轮处在同一平面上，打磨时，不会造成平面铸件表面的凹陷，而且定位准确，操作工易于操作，效率明显。

本发明涉及到一种便携式铸造件打磨机。
背景技术
在铸造过程中，平面铸件表面粘附一些铸造砂以及冒口产生的突起，通常采用敲击和砂轮直接打磨，有时不能准确打磨，打磨过多，造成铸造件表面凹陷，打磨过少，突起依然存在。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能准确去除平面铸件粘附的铸造砂以及冒口突起表面的便携式铸件打磨机。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现的：该便携式铸件打磨机包括电机、固定安装在电机上的外壳、电机主轴、手柄，电机主轴的外壳上设置套筒，套筒通过外壳上螺纹进行伸缩，套筒设置有固定锁，砂轮连接于电机主轴。
打磨机在打磨之前，先调整套筒使其与砂轮处在同一平面上，打磨时，不会造成平面铸件表面的凹陷，而且定位准确，操作工易于操作，效率明显。

结合附图对本发明做进一步的详细描述。
在图1上，该便携式铸件打磨机包括电机1、固定安装在电机1上的外壳3、电机主轴2、手柄7，电机主轴2的外壳3上设置套筒5，套筒5通过外壳2上螺纹进行伸缩，套筒5设置有固定锁6，砂轮4连接于电机主轴2。
在打磨之前，调整套筒5和砂轮4需要距离或调整为同一水平面上，对准平面铸件的突起或砂点，根据打磨声音就可以判断是否完成，而且速度快，铸件面平整。

1.便携式铸件打磨机，包括电机（1）、固定安装在电机（1）上的外壳（3）、电机主轴（2）、手柄（7），其特征在于：
    电机主轴（2）的外壳（3）上设置套筒（5），套筒（5）通过外壳（2）上螺纹进行伸缩，套筒（5）设置有固定锁（6），砂轮（4）连接于电机主轴（2）。
