本发明属于钻床夹具技术领域,具体涉及转向节锪孔、铰孔夹具。
背景技术
利用钻床对转向节进行锪孔或铰孔加工时,由于转向节的形状不规则,很难把转向节固定在工作台面上,目前大部分采用自制的工装来进行辅助固定加工,但其不适应成批的生产。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述缺陷,提供转向节锪孔、铰孔夹具,它利用工件本身的销孔导向,结构巧妙、合理,适合成批的进行生产。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:转向节锪孔、铰孔夹具,包括夹具体和设在夹具体上的支撑板与可调支撑螺钉,所述夹具体包括座板和设在座板上的由立柱、横杆组成的框形架,所述支撑板水平的设置在框形架上,框形架的立柱设有竖直的丝杠,支撑板两边设有与丝杠配合的可转动丝杠螺母,框形架的横杆与支撑板的同一轴心处设有通孔,通孔设有可更换的导套,所述可调节支撑螺钉设在框形架侧旁的底座上。
所述通孔底部对应的底座上还设有可微调的凸台,凸台与底座以螺纹连接。
所述可调支撑螺钉的顶面为与转向节尾柄配合的凹弧结构。
本发明所的有益效果是:采用上述方案,利用丝杠螺母调节支撑板在框形架立柱上的高度,使其之间的距离恰好可以快速的放入转向节的耳板,调整凸台的高度使其对转向节的另一个尔板对其进行欲定位,一并调整可调支撑螺钉使转向节的尾柄放置在其上,然后将底座固定在工作台上并欲对中刀具,然后刀具通过框形架横杆的通孔导套和转向节本身的销孔导向,在锪孔或铰孔时,刀具与转向节销孔会自动调整对中,因切削力较小因此工件无需再次夹紧,只要操作人员手动对转向节施加很小力加以扶持,此夹具结构巧妙,满足批量生产的需求。

其中:1为底座,2为框形架,3为支撑板,4为丝杠,5为丝杠螺母,6为可调支撑螺母,7为导套,8为转向节。
具体实施方式
结合图1、图2所示的转向节锪孔、铰孔夹具,包括夹具体和设在夹具体上的支撑板3与可调支撑螺钉6,夹具体包括座板1和设在座板1上的由立柱、横杆组成的框形架2,框形架2的立柱设有竖直的丝杠4,支撑板两边为与丝杠4配合的可转动丝杠螺母5,丝杠螺母5与丝杠4配合使支撑板3水平的设处在框形架2上,转动丝杠螺母5可调节支撑板3的高度,框形架2的横杆与支撑板3的同一轴心处设有通孔,通孔设有可更换的导套7,导套7起导向作用,可以根据转向节销孔的尺寸而更换以满足加工需求,可调节支撑螺钉6设在框形架侧旁的底座1上,旋动可调整其支撑高度。
所述通孔底部对应的底座上还设有可微调的凸台,凸台与底座以螺纹连接。所述可调支撑螺钉的顶面为与转向节尾柄配合的凹弧结构。

1.转向节锪孔、铰孔夹具,包括夹具体和设在夹具体上的支撑板与可调支撑螺钉,其特征在于:所述夹具体包括座板和设在座板上的由立柱、横杆组成的框形架,所述支撑板水平的设置在框形架上,框形架的立柱设有竖直的丝杠,支撑板两边设有与丝杠配合的可转动丝杠螺母,框形架的横杆与支撑板的同一轴心处设有通孔,通孔设有可更换的导套,所述可调节支撑螺钉设在框形架侧旁的底座上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的转向节锪孔、铰孔夹具,其特征在于:所述通孔底部对应的底座上还设有可微调的凸台,凸台与底座以螺纹连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的转向节锪孔、铰孔夹具,其特征在于:所述可调支撑螺钉的顶面为与转向节尾柄配合的凹弧结构。
