本发明涉及工装领域,特别涉及一种电机线路板焊接夹具。电机线路板焊接夹具,包括底板,底板上设有固定底座,固定底座设有轴向的限位孔,限位孔的底部中心设有固定孔,在固定底座的外侧设有相互垂直设置的第一限位板和第二限位板。底板上设有立柱,立柱上活动设有拨杆。把电机放入固定底座的限位孔中,电机轴放入固定孔中,这样对电机起到很好的固定作用,然后把线路板放在电机上,相互垂直设置的第一限位板和第二限位板对线路板进行限位,把线路板焊好后,拨动拨杆,把焊好的带线路板的电机从固定底座中向上移,这样可以很轻松的把电机拿出来,进行下一个电机线路板的焊接工作,大大提高了工作效率。

在工业生产中,需要在电机上焊接线路板,需要把电机固定好,然后对线路板进行限位,这样焊接起来比较快速,提高了工作效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单的电机线路板焊接夹具。
本发明的技术方案如下:电机线路板焊接夹具,包括底板,底板上设有固定底座,固定底座设有轴向的限位孔,限位孔的底部中心设有固定孔,在固定底座的外侧设有相互垂直设置的第一限位板和第二限位板。
底板上设有立柱,立柱上活动设有拨杆。
把电机放入固定底座的限位孔中,电机轴放入固定孔中,这样对电机起到很好的固定作用,然后把线路板放在电机上,相互垂直设置的第一限位板和第二限位板对线路板进行限位,把线路板焊好后,拨动拨杆,把焊好的带线路板的电机从固定底座中向上移,这样可以很轻松的把电机拿出来,进行下一个电机线路板的焊接工作,大大提高了工作效率。

如图1和图2所示,本发明的电机线路板焊接夹具,包括底板1,底板1上设有固定底座2,固定底座设有轴向的限位孔,限位孔的底部中心设有固定孔3,在固定底座2的外侧设有相互垂直设置的第一限位板4和第二限位板5。底板1上设有立柱6,立柱6上活动设有拨杆7。
把电机放入固定底座的限位孔中,电机轴放入固定孔3中,这样对电机起到很好的固定作用,然后把线路板放在电机上,相互垂直设置的第一限位板5和第二限位板6对线路板进行限位,把线路板焊好后,拨动7拨杆,把焊好的带线路板的电机从固定底座2中向上移,这样可以很轻松的把电机拿出来,进行下一个电机线路板的焊接工作,大大提高了工作效率。

1.电机线路板焊接夹具,其特征在于,包括底板,底板上设有固定底座,固定底座设有轴向的限位孔,限位孔的底部中心设有固定孔,在固定底座的外侧设有相互垂直设置的第一限位板和第二限位板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电机线路板焊接夹具,其特征在于,底板上设有立柱,立柱上活动设有拨杆。
