本发明涉及一种模具。
背景技术
随着汽车和电器不断发展,对其零件的强度越来越严格,拉深件的零件强度相当其它成型方式的强度是最好的,但是拉深件相对其它成型方式困难,目前市场上所采用的成型方式,是按照数模成型高度设计模具,往往是达不到理论高度,给广大模具生产用户带来了麻烦。

本发明的技术方案是:
一种模具,包括模主体框架、E型上模、压力泵、电源连接口和导线,所述E型上模设于模主体框架内并通过滑动环连接,所述E型上模的顶端与模主体框架通过压力泵连接,所述模主体框架的左壁上固定有进料口,所述主体框架的左端设有电源连接口,所述主体框架的底部设有智能保温装置,所述智能保温装置与电源连接口通过导线连接。
本发明的有益效果是:结构简单,制作成本低。

如图1所示的一种模具,包括模主体框架1、E型上模2、压力泵3、电源连接口6和导线7,所述E型上模2设于模主体框架1内并通过滑动环4连接,所述E型上模2的顶端与模主体框架1通过压力泵3连接,所述模主体框架1的左壁上固定有进料口5,所述主体框架1的左端设有电源连接口6,所述主体框架6的底部设有智能保温装置8,所述智能保温装置8与电源连接口6通过导线7连接。本发明的有益效果是:结构简单,制作成本低。
