本发明涉及一种模具。
背景技术
随着汽车和电器不断发展,对其零件的强度越来越严格,拉深件的零件强度相当其它成型方式的强度是最好的,但是拉深件相对其它成型方式困难,目前市场上所采用的成型方式,是按照数模成型高度设计模具,往往是达不到理论高度,给广大模具生产用户带来了麻烦。

一种模具,包括L型模主体、横梁、圆锥形上模、圆锥形下模、电源连接口和导线,所述横梁与L型模主体通过滑动环连接,所述横梁上设有圆锥形上模,所述圆锥形下模通过固定杆固定于L型模主体的底部,所述圆锥形下模的模壁上设有进料口,所述L型模主体的左端设有电源连接口,所述圆锥形下模的左侧面设有智能保温装置,所述智能保温装置与电源连接口通过导线连接。

如图1所示的一种模具,包括L型模主体1、横梁2、圆锥形上模3、圆锥形下模4、电源连接口8和导线9,所述横梁2与L型模主体1通过滑动环5连接,所述横梁2上设有圆锥形上模3,所述圆锥形下模4通过固定杆6固定于L型模主体1的底部,所述圆锥形下模4的模壁上设有进料口7,所述L型模主体1的左端设有电源连接口6,所述圆锥形下模4的左侧面设有智能保温装置10,所述智能保温装置10与电源连接口8通过导线9连接。本发明的有益效果是:结构简单,制作成本低。
