本发明公开了一种用于白炭黑干燥加工的喷嘴，包括与枪体旋合安装的接头，接头的前端旋合安装有筒体，筒体内壁旋合安装有螺旋固定出料头，筒体的前端外壁旋合安装有螺帽，螺旋固定出料头与螺帽之间从左至右依次设有出料板、压力板、漩涡片、喷嘴片，出料板、压力板、漩涡片、喷嘴片与螺旋固定出料头的中心孔相连通。本发明结构设计新颖，料浆从接头左端进入，经过出料板、压力板进入旋涡片后，使料浆液体变成旋转运动，从喷嘴片喷出，液体获得离心惯性力，然后由喷嘴口高速喷出，液膜伸长变薄，最后分裂为小雾滴，形成的液雾为空心圆锥形，雾化效果好。

技术领域：
本发明涉及喷嘴，尤其涉及一种用于白炭黑干燥加工的喷嘴。
背景技术：
沉淀法白炭黑干燥过程需要将过滤后的滤饼制浆，然后通过喷嘴进行雾化，形成小的液滴，与热风进行接触，浆料中水份得以快速蒸发，达到干燥的要求。白炭黑浆料水分的多少直接影响到烘干成分，浆料含固量一般在17~27%，降低水分可以大幅度地提高产能和降低成本。
如何设计出适用于低水份的料浆喷嘴是目前亟待解决的问题。
发明内容：
为了弥补现有技术问题，本发明的目的是提供一种用于白炭黑干燥加工的喷嘴，解决低水分料浆喷嘴雾化问题。
本发明的技术方案如下：
用于白炭黑干燥加工的喷嘴，包括与枪体旋合安装的接头，其特征在于：所述的接头的前端旋合安装有筒体，筒体内壁旋合安装有螺旋固定出料头，筒体的前端外壁旋合安装有螺帽，所述的螺旋固定出料头与螺帽之间从左至右依次设有出料板、压力板、漩涡片、喷嘴片，出料板、压力板、漩涡片、喷嘴片与螺旋固定出料头的中心孔相连通。
所述的用于白炭黑干燥加工的喷嘴，其特征在于：所述的螺旋固定出料头为带有中心孔的阶梯轴，螺旋固定出料头左段与筒体内壁之间设有环形间隙。
所述的用于白炭黑干燥加工的喷嘴，其特征在于：所述的螺帽前端的喷嘴口由水平孔和与水平孔相连的喇叭口构成。

本发明的优点是：

用于白炭黑干燥加工的喷嘴，包括与枪体旋合安装的接头1，接头1的前端旋合安装有筒体2，筒体2内壁旋合安装有螺旋固定出料头3，筒体2的前端外壁旋合安装有螺帽4，螺旋固定出料头3与螺帽4之间从左至右依次设有出料板5、压力板6、漩涡片7、喷嘴片8，出料板5、压力板6、漩涡片7、喷嘴片8与螺旋固定出料头3的中心孔12相连通。
螺旋固定出料头3为带有中心孔12的阶梯轴，螺旋固定出料头左段与筒体内壁之间设有环形间隙9，环形间隙9与筒体2前段的空腔可以容纳浆料。
螺帽4前端的喷嘴口10由水平孔和与水平孔相连的喇叭口构成。
出料板5上沿着固定出料头轴向方向偏心设置有出料孔11。
压力板6采用网板结构，网孔尺寸小于出料孔11尺寸，网孔分布区域与出料孔11位置相对应。
漩涡片8的轴向孔13与螺旋固定出料头3的中心孔12等大。
喷嘴片8中心设有雾化喷孔14，料浆最终从螺帽4前端的喷嘴口10喷出，雾化效果好。
本发明料浆从接头1左端进入，经过出料板5、压力板6进入旋涡片7后，使料浆液体变成旋转运动，从喷嘴片8喷出，液体获得离心惯性力，然后由喷嘴口10高速喷出，液膜伸长变薄，最后分裂为小雾滴，形成的液雾为空心圆锥形。
