Abstract

本发明公开了一种低温的反应釜,包括釜体、U 型夹套和釜盖,釜体上端设有进料口A和进料口B,温度计套管伸入釜体内且上端固定在釜盖上,进料口A下端连接导管,导管的另一端设有云台状的突出部,突出部内设有容腔,容腔的下表面包裹有细孔的网状膜,低于反应温度时,网状膜的孔大于反应物的体积。釜体包括圆筒和椭圆形下封头,U型夹套包围圆筒和椭圆形下封头,U型夹套上端部为渐缩锥体,锥体的上口和圆筒焊接,圆筒外壁上盘绕一条螺旋上升的板条,板条内边线焊接于圆筒外壁,板条外边线和U型夹套内壁具有径向间隙。这种低温的反应釜能够在规定的温度才使反应物接触,传热面积大,便于釜内物料反应,结构设计合理,构思巧妙新颖。

本发明属于机械附属部件领域,涉及一种反应釜,具体是一种低温的反应釜。
背景技术
反应釜是化工业生产中必不可少的设备之一,众所周知,反应釜品种繁多,被广泛应用于石油、化工、食品、医药、农药、科研等行业,是用来完成聚合、缩合、硫化、烃化、氢化等化学工艺过程的反应设备。许多反应釜中反应物达到不同温度的接触时产生不同的产物,只有在规定的温度接触时才能产生需要的产物,否则会造成重大损失。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术不足,提供一种低温的反应釜,这种低温的反应釜能够在规定的温度时才使反应物接触,U 型夹套包围圆筒和椭圆形下封头,传热面积大,便于釜内物料冷却反应;这种低温的反应釜结构设计合理,构思巧妙新颖。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明通过下述技术方案得以解决:一种低温的反应釜,包括釜体和釜盖,其特征在于:所述釜体上端设有进料口A和进料口B,所述釜体下端设有出料口,温度计套管伸入所述釜体内且上端固定在所述釜盖上,所述温度计套管内设温度计,所述进料口A下端连接导管,所述导管的另一端设有云台状的突出部,所述突出部内设有容腔,所述容腔的下表面包裹有细孔的网状膜,低于反应温度时,所述网状膜的孔大于反应物颗粒的体积;反之,则所述网状膜的孔小于反应物颗粒的体积。
上述技术方案中,优选的,还包括U 型夹套,所述釜体包括圆筒和椭圆形下封头,所述U型夹套包围所述圆筒和所述椭圆形下封头,所述U型夹套上端部为渐缩锥体,所述锥体的上口和所述圆筒焊接。有益效果:U 型夹套包围圆筒和椭圆形下封头,冷却面积大,便于釜内物料冷却反应。
上述技术方案中,优选的,所述圆筒外壁上盘绕一条螺旋上升的板条,所述板条内边线焊接于所述圆筒外壁,所述板条外边线和所述U型夹套内壁具有径向间隙。有益效果:螺旋板条的设置提高了U 型夹套内载冷介质流动长度,起到强化冷却的作用。
上述技术方案中,优选的,所述釜盖内设有转动轴,所述转动轴的一端连接电机,所述釜体内壁上设有凸台和压盖板,且所述压盖板位于所述凸台上,所述压盖板中间位置设有通孔,所述通孔内壁设有内齿轮,所述转动轴上固定设有外齿轮,所述压盖板与所述转动轴通过齿轮传动,所述压盖板上均匀设有塞孔,且所述塞孔为漏斗状,所述压盖板的上、下两端面且紧贴所述釜体内壁处设有刮刀。益效果:通过压盖板带动刮刀旋转,可随时清理釜体内壁上的物料,减少粘壁,也同时将物料保持在压盖板下方,防止物料四处飞溅。
上述技术方案中,优选的,所述釜体内壁、所述釜盖内壁、所述突出部的外壁和所述温度计套管外表面均具有搪玻璃层,搪玻璃层厚度为1.2-1.4mm。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下有益效果:本发明这种低温的反应釜能够在规定的温度时才使反应物接触;U 型夹套包围圆筒和椭圆形下封头,冷却面积大,便于釜内物料冷却反应;螺旋板条的设置提高了U 型夹套内载冷介质流动长度,起到强化冷却的作用;通过压盖板带动刮刀旋转,可随时清理釜体内壁上的物料,减少粘壁,也同时将物料保持在压盖板下方,防止物料四处飞溅;这种低温的反应釜结构设计合理,构思巧妙新颖。

下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述:参见图1、图2,一种低温的反应釜,包括釜体1和釜盖2,其特征在于:所述釜体1上端设有进料口A3和进料口B4,所述釜体1下端设有出料口,温度计套管5伸入所述釜体1内且上端固定在所述釜盖2上,所述温度计套管5内设温度计,所述进料口A3下端连接导管,所述导管的另一端设有云台状的突出部6,所述突出部6内设有容腔,所述容腔的下表面包裹有细孔的网状膜7,当釜内的温度低于反应温度时,所述网状膜7的孔大于反应物颗粒的体积;反之,则所述网状膜7的孔小于反应物颗粒的体积。
还包括U 型夹套8,所述釜体1包括圆筒和椭圆形下封头,所述U型夹套8包围所述圆筒和所述椭圆形下封头,所述U型夹套8上端部为渐缩锥体,所述锥体的上口和所述圆筒焊接。U 型夹套8包围圆筒和椭圆形下封头,冷却面积大,便于釜内物料冷却反应。
所述圆筒11外壁上盘绕一条螺旋上升的板条9,所述板条9内边线焊接于所述圆筒外壁,所述板条9外边线和所述U型夹套8内壁具有径向间隙。螺旋板条9的设置提高了U 型夹套8内载冷介质流动长度,起到强化冷却的作用。
所述釜盖2内设有转动轴21,所述转动轴21的一端连接电机,所述釜体1内壁上设有凸台10和压盖板12,且所述压盖板12位于所述凸台10上,所述压盖板12中间位置设有通孔,所述通孔内壁设有内齿轮,所述转动轴21上固定设有外齿轮,所述压盖板12与所述转动轴21通过齿轮传动,所述压盖板12上均匀设有塞孔13,且所述塞孔13为漏斗状,所述压盖板12的上、下两端面且紧贴所述釜体1内壁处设有刮刀11。通过压盖板12带动刮刀11旋转,可随时清理釜体1内壁上的物料,减少粘壁,也同时将物料保持在压盖板12下方,防止物料四处飞溅。
所述釜体1内壁、所述釜盖2内壁、所述突出部6的外壁和所述温度计套管5外表面均具有搪玻璃层,搪玻璃层厚度为1.2-1.4mm。
使用时,颗粒状的反应物从进料口A3进入突出部6,液体的反应物从进料口B4进入釜体1内;通过冷却后,当釜内温度达到反应温度时,由于热胀冷缩突出部6的外框不发生形变,而网状膜7发生形变,孔变大,颗粒状的反应物落入釜体1内,与另一反应物接触,发生反应。反应结束后,产物从出料口分离出来,釜内的温度上升,网状膜7发生形变,孔变小。
当电机带动转动轴21旋转时,由于转动轴21的离心作用,物料向釜体1内壁扩散,而且还会向上飞溅,转动轴21通过齿轮带动压盖板12转动,压盖板12 带动刮刀11旋转,刮刀11可随时清理釜体1内壁上的物料,减少粘壁,压盖板12同时将物料保持在压盖板12下方,防止物料四处飞溅,杜绝死角。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下有益效果:本发明这种低温的反应釜能够在规定的温度时才使反应物接触;U 型夹套8包围圆筒11和椭圆形下封头,冷却面积大,便于釜内物料冷却反应;螺旋板条9的设置提高了U 型夹套8内载冷介质流动长度,起到强化冷却的作用;通过压盖板12带动刮刀14旋转,可随时清理釜体1内壁上的物料,减少粘壁,也同时将物料保持在压盖板12下方,防止物料四处飞溅;这种低温的反应釜结构设计合理,构思巧妙新颖。

Claims (5)

1.一种低温的反应釜,包括釜体(1)和釜盖(2),其特征在于:所述釜体(1)上端设有进料口A(3)和进料口B(4),所述釜体(1)下端设有出料口,温度计套管(5)伸入所述釜体(1)内且上端固定在所述釜盖(2)上,所述温度计套管(5)内设温度计,所述进料口A(3)下端连接导管,所述导管的另一端设有云台状的突出部(6),所述突出部(6)内设有容腔,所述容腔的下表面包裹有细孔的网状膜(7),当釜内温度低于反应温度时,所述网状膜(7)的孔大于反应物颗粒的体积;反之,则所述网状膜(7)的孔小于反应物颗粒的体积。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种低温的反应釜,其特征在于:还包括U 型夹套(8),所述釜体(1)包括圆筒和椭圆形下封头,所述U型夹套(8)包围所述圆筒和所述椭圆形下封头,所述U型夹套(8)上端部为渐缩锥体,所述锥体的上口和所述圆筒焊接。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种低温的反应釜,其特征在于:所述圆筒外壁上盘绕一条螺旋上升的板条(9),所述板条(9)内边线焊接于所述圆筒外壁,所述板条(9)外边线和所述U型夹套(8)内壁具有径向间隙。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种低温的反应釜,其特征在于:所述釜盖(2)内设有转动轴(21),所述转动轴(21)的一端连接电机,所述釜体(1)内壁上设有凸台(10)和压盖板(12),且所述压盖板(12)位于所述凸台(10)上,所述压盖板(12)中间位置设有通孔,所述通孔内壁设有内齿轮,所述转动轴(21)上固定设有外齿轮,所述压盖板(12)与所述转动轴(21)通过齿轮传动,所述压盖板(12)上均匀设有塞孔(13),且所述塞孔(13)为漏斗状,所述压盖板(12)的上、下两端面且紧贴所述釜体(1)内壁处设有刮刀(11)。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种低温的反应釜,其特征在于:所述釜体(1)内壁、所述釜盖(2)内壁、所述突出部(6)的外壁和所述温度计套管(5)外表面均具有搪玻璃层,搪玻璃层厚度为1.2-1.4mm。
