本发明提供一种用作颈枕填充层的中药组合物，包括如下重量配比的原料药：葛根4-8份、桑枝5-9份、伸筋草3-6份、羌活2-4份、大血藤2-3份、忍冬藤3-6份、鸡血藤2-4份、乌药2-4份和透骨草2-5份。
所述中药组合物，还包括麻黄1-2份、桂枝1-2份、白芷1-2份、威灵仙2-5份、姜黄2-5份和川芎2-3份。
所述中药组合物，还包括薏苡仁5-10份、苍术2-5份、秦艽2-5份、海桐皮2-5份和郗莶草2-5份。
一种颈枕，包括表面层及被所述表面层包覆的填充层，所述填充层包括所述的中药组合物。
所述的颈枕，还包括加热芯层，所述填充层包覆所述加热芯层。
所述加热芯层包括PTC电热带。
本发明的有益效果是：利用中药组合物作为颈枕的填充物，有一定的定型作用，能够起到一定程度的保护颈椎的作用；通过该药物组合，能够祛风胜湿、舒经通络、透骨解肌和止痉镇痛，即能够有效缓解或减轻颈椎疼痛。

具体实施方式
一种中药组合物，包括如下重量配比的原料药：葛根4-8份、桑枝5-9份、伸筋草3-6份、羌活2-4份、大血藤2-3份、忍冬藤3-6份、鸡血藤2-4份、乌药2-4份和透骨草2-5份。把上述原料药研末后，用作填充物而填充在颈枕中。上述组合物具有祛风胜湿、舒经通络、透骨解肌和止痉镇痛之功用。
各原料药的功用是：
葛根：解肌退热，《伤寒六书》提出其长于缓解外邪郁阻、经气不利、筋脉失养所致的项背强痛；
桑枝：祛风湿、利关节。祛风湿而善达四肢经络，通利关节，痹证新久、寒热均可应用；
伸筋草：祛风湿、舒筋活络。尤善治风寒湿痹，关节酸痛，屈伸不利；
羌活：祛风胜湿止痛主治风寒湿痹，肢节疼痛；
大血藤：活血化瘀、祛风活络止痛，广泛用于风湿痹痛、腰腿疼痛，关节不利；
忍冬藤：清热疏风、通络止痛；
鸡血藤：行血补血、舒筋活络，用于风湿痹痛、手足麻木、肢体瘫痪；
乌药：行气止痛，温肾散寒；
透骨草：祛风胜湿、活血止痛。
实施例1：
葛根4份、桑枝9份、伸筋草4份、羌活3份、大白藤2.5份、忍冬藤5份、鸡血藤3份、乌药2份及透骨草4份。经研末后，用作药物填充物。
实施例2：
葛根8份、桑枝5份、伸筋草3份、羌活4份、大白藤3份、忍冬藤3份、鸡血藤4份、乌药3份及透骨草3份。经研末后，用作药物填充物。
实施例3：
葛根6份、桑枝7份、伸筋草5份、羌活2份、大白藤2.5份、忍冬藤3份、鸡血藤4份、乌药3份及透骨草3.5份。经研末后，用作药物填充物。
实施例4：
葛根5份、桑枝8份、伸筋草6份、羌活2份、大白藤2份、忍冬藤4、鸡血藤2份、乌药4份及透骨草5份。经研末后，用作药物填充物。
实施例5：
葛根7份、桑枝5份、伸筋草5份、羌活3份、大白藤3份、忍冬藤6份、鸡血藤3.5份、乌药2份及透骨草2份。经研末后，用作药物填充物。
实施例6：
葛根6份、桑枝6份、伸筋草4.5份、羌活2份、大白藤2.8份、忍冬藤3.5份、鸡血藤3份、乌药3份及透骨草4.5份。经研末后，用作药物填充物。
中医认为，颈椎病多因肝肾亏虚，气血不足，卫阳不固，腠理空虚，风寒湿邪乘虚而入，导致颈部绛脉闭阻、气血运行不畅而致病。而本发明颈枕内所含的多味中药，大多为活血舒筋、宣痹通络的天然药物，通过颈部皮肤的直接吸收，经经络传导从而发挥改善局部血液循环、促进炎性物质的吸收与消散、松解肌肉紧张与痉挛的作用，使临床症状逐步得到缓解。为充分发挥颈枕中的药理作用，中间加用加热芯层，可以使药物通过加热后药力发挥的更加充分，在湿热环境中经皮肤吸收，使药力直达病所，消除局部淤血、炎症、水肿，达到舒筋活血，散瘀通络，消炎止痛之目的。热疗本身还能促进局部血液循环，扩张局部血管，改善局部组织的供氧状态；还可有效地防止组织供血不足导致的麻痹、肌肉萎缩等症状。
中药颈枕使用注意事项:①使用者要耐心坚持，一般每天至少使用3小时以上，可在中午和晚上使用而不影响工作。②使用中药颈枕期间，应勤洗头，注意调摄情志，少食肥甘滋腻食物。③注意枕套清洁卫生、定时清洗，药物定期更换。
临床观察63例颈椎病患者应用本发明中药组合物的颈枕的治疗情况如下：
疗效判定标准：痊愈：临床症状、体征消失，肌力正常，颈、肢体功能恢复正常，能参加正常劳动和工作，半年内无复发；显效：临床症状减轻，颈、肩背疼痛减轻，颈、肢体功能改善，能参加原工作或轻体力工作；有效：临床症状、体征有改善，能参加轻体力工作，但尚有部分症状；无效：治疗前后无变化。
治疗结果63例患者，其中治愈16例，占25.4％；显效24例，占38.1％；有效18例，占28.6％；无效5例，占7.94％。总有效率为92.1％。
在实际的应用中，还可以根据患者的具体情况，依据中医辩证原则进行加减的定制，例如以外感为主的颈椎不适，可以酌加麻黄1-2份、桂枝1-2份、白芷1-2份、威灵仙2-5份、姜黄2-5份、川芎2-3份。
如酌加麻黄1份、桂枝2份、白芷2份、威灵仙4份、姜黄4份、川芎3份；或麻黄2份、桂枝1份、白芷1份、威灵仙2份、姜黄2份、川芎3份；或麻黄1.5份、桂枝1.5份、白芷1份、威灵仙3份、姜黄3份、川芎2.5份；或麻黄2份、桂枝1份、白芷1.5份、威灵仙5份、姜黄5份、川芎2份；
针对湿症，可以酌加薏苡仁5-10份、苍术2-5份、秦艽2-5份、海桐皮2-5份、郗莶草2-5份。
如酌加薏苡仁5份、苍术5份、秦艽2份、海桐皮2份和郗莶草4份；或酌加薏苡仁10份、苍术3份、秦艽4份、海桐皮4份和郗莶草2份；或薏苡仁8份、苍术2份、秦艽5份、海桐皮5份和郗莶草5份。
针对热甚，可以酌加金银花5-10份、黄芩2-5份、连翘2-5份、七叶一枝花2-5份、白花蛇舌草2-5份、生石膏2-5份、忍冬藤5-10份、生地2-5份、土茯苓5-10份、石斛2-5份。
如酌加金银花5份、黄芩2份、连翘2份、七叶一枝花4份、白花蛇舌草5份、生石膏2份、忍冬藤8份、生地2份、土茯苓5份、石斛2份；或金银花7份、黄芩4份、连翘5份、七叶一枝花2份、白花蛇舌草3份、生石膏4份、忍冬藤5份、生地5份、土茯苓10份、石斛5份；或金银花8份、黄芩5份、连翘4份、七叶一枝花5份、白花蛇舌草2份、生石膏5份、忍冬藤10份、生地4份、土茯苓8份、石斛4份；或金银花10份、黄芩3份、连翘3份、七叶一枝花3份、白花蛇舌草4份、生石膏3份、忍冬藤7份、生地3份、土茯苓6份、石斛3份。
针对虚证，可以酌加续断2-5份、补骨脂2-5份、骨碎补2-5份、仙灵脾2-5份、白芍3-6份、熟地3-6份。
如酌加续断2份、补骨脂4份、骨碎补3份、仙灵脾5份、白芍5份、熟地6份；或续断5份、补骨脂2份、骨碎补5份、仙灵脾3份、白芍3份、熟地3份；或续断3份、补骨脂5份、骨碎补2份、仙灵脾2份、白芍6份、熟地4份。
如图1及图2所示，一种具有上述中药组合物的颈枕，呈圆柱状，其包括表面层3、填充层2及加热芯层1，表面层3环绕填充层2，填充层2环绕加热芯层1。填充层2即填充有上述的中药组合物。加热芯层1能够加热中药组合物，使药性能够稳定的散发。加热芯层1可以是PTC电热带。加热芯层通过绝缘线4连接电源插头6，该绝缘线上可以设置定时控温开关5。

1.一种用作颈枕填充层的中药组合物，其特征在于，包括如下重量配比的原料药：葛根4-8份、桑枝5-9份、伸筋草3-6份、羌活2-4份、大血藤2-3份、忍冬藤3-6份、鸡血藤2-4份、乌药2-4份和透骨草2-5份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种用作颈枕填充层的中药组合物，其特征在于，还包括麻黄1-2份、桂枝1-2份、白芷1-2份、威灵仙2-5份、姜黄2-5份和川芎2-3份。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种用作颈枕填充层的中药组合物，其特征在于，还包括薏苡仁5-10份、苍术2-5份、秦艽2-5份、海桐皮2-5份和郗莶草2-5份。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种用作颈枕填充层的中药组合物，其特征在于，还包括金银花5-10份、黄芩2-5份、连翘2-5份、七叶一枝花2-5份、白花蛇舌草2-5份、生石膏2-5份、忍冬藤5-10份、生地2-5份、土茯苓5-10份和石斛2-5份。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种用作颈枕填充层的中药组合物，其特征在于，还包括续断2-5份、补骨脂2-5份、骨碎补2-5份、仙灵脾2-5份、白芍3-6份和熟地3-6份。
6.一种颈枕，包括表面层及被所述表面层包覆的填充层，其特征在于，所述填充层包括权利要求1-5中任意一项所述的中药组合物。
7.如权利要求6所述的颈枕，其特征在于，还包括加热芯层，所述填充层包覆所述加热芯层。
8.如权利要求7所述的颈枕，其特征在于，所述加热芯层包括PTC电热带。
