背景技术
随着生活水平的提高，人们越来越重视生活质量，其中健康是人们最关心的问题。强身健体已成为绝大多数人的愿望。
高血压是最常见的心血管病，是全球范围内的重大公共卫生问题。中国居民营养与健康现状调查结果显示，我国18岁及以上居民高血压患病率为18.8％，估计全国患病人数超过1.6亿，并且患者数量逐年上升。高血压是一种以动脉压升高为特征，可伴有心脏、血管、脑和肾脏等器官功能性改变的全身性疾病，它有原发性高血压和继发性高血压之分，高血压发病的原因很多，可分为遗传和环境两个方面。
目前治疗高血压泡脚液很多，但效果不够理想，故需进一步的研究、改进。
发明内容
针对上述问题，本发明提供了一种泡脚液，降血压、降血脂、祛风湿。
为了解决上述问题，本发明提供的技术方案为：
一种泡脚液，各成分及其重量比为：山药12—14份、独活6—8份、威灵仙15—18份、决明子14—16份、野菊花5—8份、钩藤6—8份、黄苓12—14份、地龙10—12份、天麻3—5份、稀莶草2—4份、臭梧桐10—12份、香蕉皮10—12份、西瓜片14—16份、水200—240份。

本技术方案中：
山药：健脾益胃、助消化、滋肾益精、益肺止咳和降低血糖的功效。
独活：祛风湿，通痹止痛。用于风寒湿痹、腰膝疼痛、关节炎、镇痛。
威灵仙：祛风除湿，通络止痛。用于风湿痹痛，肢体麻木，筋脉拘挛，屈伸不利，骨哽咽喉。
决明子：味甘性寒，清肝明目，润肠通便，有降血压和降胆固醇功效，对于防治血管硬化与高血压病有一定疗效。
野菊花：清热解毒，有降低血压的作用。
钩藤：平肝熄火清热。
黄苓：清热解湿，泻火解毒，对于肝经实热的高血压病，有消除眩晕、头痛、口苦、心烦的作用。
地龙：熄风、清热、活络、平喘、利尿、降压，适用于早期高血压病伴有肢体麻木者。
天麻：平肝熄火，适用于肝阳上亢所致的头痛、眩晕等症。
稀莶草：味苦性寒,有祛风通络,清热降压作用,可同臭梧桐等配伍，用于高血压及风湿病。
臭梧桐：味辛苦性凉，有祛风湿，降血压作用。
香蕉皮、西瓜片：降血压。
每天睡前口服30—50mL。
申请人对300名服用本技术方案的保健酒的患者进行统计，男性168人，女性132人，年龄：36—70岁。
显效：血压降低，恢复正常，有风湿病的患者，风湿症状消失。
有效：血压一定程度降低，风湿症状缓解。
无效：症状没有改变，维持高血压。

(2)将破损后的山药、独活、威灵仙、决明子、野菊花、钩藤、黄苓、地龙、天麻、稀莶草、臭梧桐置于纱布内，将纱布与热水混合，密封，保持水温95摄氏度，保温2小时；
(3)加入蕉皮、西瓜片，冷却至55摄氏度，取出纱布即得泡脚液。

孙先生，48岁，高血脂、高血压、头昏、风湿性关节炎，服用本实施例的药酒后，4个月有效，6个月显效，至今没有复发。

3.根据权利要求1所述的泡脚液，其特征在于：各成分及其重量比为：山药13份、独活7份、威灵仙18份、决明子15份、野菊花6份、钩藤8份、黄苓12份、地龙10份、天麻4份、稀莶草4份、臭梧桐10份、香蕉皮12份、西瓜片14份、水230份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的泡脚液的制备方法，其特征在于：包括以下步骤：
(1)将山药、独活、威灵仙、决明子、野菊花、钩藤、黄苓、地龙、天麻、稀莶草、臭梧桐洗净、晾干、破碎；
(2)将破损后的山药、独活、威灵仙、决明子、野菊花、钩藤、黄苓、地龙、天麻、稀莶草、臭梧桐置于纱布内，将纱布与热水混合，密封，保持水温95—100摄氏度，保温2—3小时；
(3)加入蕉皮、西瓜片，冷却至40—55摄氏度，取出纱布即得泡脚液。
