一种高强度中空接骨螺钉,中空螺钉,中空螺钉内孔有加强螺杆,中空螺钉内孔有内螺纹,加强螺杆中段为外螺纹,加强螺杆的头部为六角形,加强螺杆头部与中段结合部位有缺口;加强螺杆头部与中段结合部位缺口为三角形,中空螺纹与加强螺杆通过内螺纹与外螺纹连接成一体;本发明的优点是:大大提高了中空螺钉的最大扭矩和断裂扭转角,防止手术中断钉情况的出现。

一种高强度中空接骨螺钉
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械领域,尤其是涉及一种高强度中空接骨螺钉。
背景技术
关节内骨折和邻近关节的骨折需要达到解剖复位并稳定固定,以获得并维持关节面的揭破对位;在这一区域,拉力螺钉固定技术是主要的固定方法;通常采用实心螺钉或者中空螺钉作为拉力螺钉;由于中空螺钉的内孔可以沿骨折块固定导针打入,可以有效的防止骨折块受力移位,切中空螺钉可以经皮植入,创伤小、出血量小、手术时间短等优点;同时它也具有一下缺点:由于内孔的存在,中空螺钉的刚度小,最大扭矩和最大断裂扭转角远小于实心螺钉,在手术中当病人的骨质比较坚硬时,常发生扭转变形,从而影响手术的效果。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种高强度中空接骨螺钉,包括中空螺钉,所述中空螺钉内孔设有加强螺杆,中空螺钉内孔设有螺纹,加强螺杆中段设有外螺纹,作为加强螺杆的拧动部分。
所述加强螺杆的头部为六角形,能与手术工具连接。
所述加强螺杆头部与中段结合部位设有缺口。
所述加强螺杆头部与中段结合部位缺口为三角形,以便中空螺钉与加强螺杆拧紧达到额定扭矩时六角部分与螺纹能顺利断开,不影响后续的手术操作。
所述中空螺纹与加强螺杆通过螺纹与外螺纹连接成一体。
本发明的优点:在中空螺钉的内孔上加工一段内螺纹,把加强螺杆拧入内孔的螺纹内,当加强螺杆与中空螺钉紧固到额定扭矩时,加强螺杆尾部自动折断,中空螺钉内孔被填充从而成为实心螺钉,中空螺钉的刚度大幅提高。

具体实施方式
如图1、2、3、4所示,一种高强度中空接骨螺钉,中空螺钉1,中空螺钉1内孔设有加强螺杆2,中空螺钉1内设有内螺纹3,加强螺杆2中段设有外螺纹4,作为加强螺杆的拧动部分。
所述加强螺杆2的头部为六角形,能与手术工具连接。
所述加强螺杆2头部与中段结合部位设有缺口。
所述加强螺杆2头部与中段结合部位缺口为三角形,以便中空螺钉1与加强螺杆2拧紧达到额定扭矩时六角部分与外螺纹4能顺利断开,不影响后续的手术操作。
所述中空螺纹1与加强螺杆2通过内螺3纹与外螺4纹连接成一体。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度中空接骨螺钉,其特征在于:所述加强螺杆(2)的头部为六角形。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种高强度中空接骨螺钉,其特征在于:所述加强螺杆(2)头部与中段结合部位设有缺口。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种高强度中空接骨螺钉,其特征在于:所述加强螺杆(2)头部与中段结合部位缺口为三角形。
5.根据权利要求1-4所述的一种高强度中空接骨螺钉,其特征在于:所述中空螺纹(1)与加强螺杆(2)通过内螺纹(3)与外螺纹(4)连接成一体。
