Abstract

本发明公开一种适合糖尿病人食用的保健食品及其制备方法。本发明产品是新鲜猪瘦肉在新鲜的石斛、番石榴叶、秋葵、山茱萸果实的榨汁液及盐中腌制、烘烤制成腊肉。本发明还提供了上述降糖保健食品的制备方法。本发明可以在糖尿病患者进行常规治疗的同时作为食品食用,具有辅助降糖功效。

Description

一种适合糖尿病人食用的保健食品及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于保健食品领域,具体地说是一种适合糖尿病人食用的保健食品及其制备方法。
背景技术
糖尿病是一组以高血糖为特征的代谢性疾病。高血糖则是由于胰岛素分泌缺陷或其生物作用受损,或两者兼有引起。糖尿病时长期存在的高血糖,导致各种组织,特别是眼、肾、心脏、血管、神经的慢性损害、功能障碍。2型DM患者经饮食控制,运动,降低体重等治疗后,疗效尚不满意者均可用磺脲类药物。但是药三分毒,长期服用磺脲类药物,容易出现低血糖和反复的低血糖。体重增加,造成身体胰岛素敏感性下降。而且容易产生消化道反应,长期服用可引起食欲减退。部分患者恶心、呕吐、腹泻、腹痛,部分患者会发生胆囊炎、肝功能损伤,引起肝炎。以石斛、番石榴叶、秋葵、山茱萸果实为原料腌制腊肉作为糖尿病人食用的尚未有报导。
发明内容
 本发明解决的技术问题是提供一种适合糖尿病人食用的保健食品及其制备方法,该保健食品具有益胃生津,滋阴清热,增强人体免疫力,有辅助降糖功效。
本发明的主要技术内容是,一种适合糖尿病人食用的保健食品:该降糖保健食品是以新鲜猪瘦肉在新鲜的石斛、番石榴叶、秋葵、山茱萸果实的榨汁液及盐中腌制、烘烤制成腊肉。
一种适合糖尿病人食用的保健食品制备方法:
(1)取重量份新鲜原料:石斛10-20份、番石榴叶30-60份、秋葵20-40份、山茱萸果实10-15份混合榨汁、过滤,加热100度10-20分钟,自然冷却,得到榨汁液,备用;
(2)取榨汁液均匀喷洒于新鲜猪瘦肉后,猪瘦肉放入容器中、加盐,
猪瘦肉与盐重量比10:1, 腌渍12-24小时,用30-40度温开水将猪瘦肉清洗后,在猪瘦肉上涂上无糖生抽,太阳下晒干,得降糖保健腊肉。
与现有技术相比,本发明的产品可以在糖尿病患者进行常规治疗的同时进行辅助治疗,有辅助降糖功效,能够降低药物的毒副作用,而且制作方法简单易行,在辅助治疗糖尿病上有很好的应用前景。
各中药的药理作用:
   石斛:性味甘,微寒。归经 归胃、肾经。益胃生津,滋阴清热。用于阴伤津亏,口干烦渴,食少干呕,病后虚热,目暗不明。
番石榴叶:性味甘、涩,平。 收敛止泻,消炎止血。叶、果:急、慢性肠炎,痢疾,小儿消化不良。
秋葵:性味淡;寒利咽;通淋;下乳;调经。主咽喉肿痛;小便淋涩;产后乳汁稀少;月经不调;预防糖尿病;预防癌症;保护胃黏膜。
山茱萸果实:性味酸,微温。归经入肝、肾经。补肝肾,涩精气,固虚脱。治腰膝酸痛,眩晕,耳鸣,阳痿,遗精,小便频数,肝虚寒热,虚汗不止,心摇脉散。
具体实施方式
为了使本领域的技术人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案,下面通过具体实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
实施例一:
   本实施例中的一种适合糖尿病人食用的保健食品是新鲜猪瘦肉在新鲜的石斛、番石榴叶、秋葵、山茱萸果实的榨汁液及盐中腌制、烘烤制成腊肉。
其制备方法如下:
(1)取重量份新鲜原料:石斛10-20份、番石榴叶30-60份、秋葵20-40份、山茱萸果实10-15份混合榨汁、过滤,加热100度10-20分钟,自然冷却,得到榨汁液,备用;
(2)取榨汁液均匀喷洒于新鲜猪瘦肉后,猪瘦肉放入容器中、加盐,
猪瘦肉与盐重量比10:1, 腌渍12-24小时,用30-40度温开水将猪瘦肉清洗后,在猪瘦肉上涂上无糖生抽,太阳下晒干,得降糖保健腊肉。
实施例二:
(1)取重量份新鲜原料:石斛10克、番石榴叶35克、秋葵28克、山茱萸果实15克混合榨汁、过滤,加热100度15分钟,自然冷却,得到榨汁液,备用;
(2)取榨汁液均匀喷洒于500克的新鲜猪瘦肉后,猪瘦肉放入容器中、加盐,
猪瘦肉与盐重量比10:1, 腌渍20小时,太阳下晒干,得降糖保健腊肉。
实施例三:
(1)取重量份新鲜原料:石斛18克、番石榴叶45克、秋葵37克、山茱萸果实12克混合榨汁、过滤,加热100度13分钟,自然冷却,得到榨汁液,备用;
(2)取榨汁液均匀喷洒于1000克新鲜猪瘦肉后,猪瘦肉放入容器中、加盐,
猪瘦肉与盐重量比10:1, 腌渍18小时,在猪瘦肉上涂上无糖生抽,太阳下晒干,得降糖保健腊肉。
实施例四:
(1)取重量份新鲜原料:石斛14克、番石榴叶50克、秋葵25克、山茱萸果实11克混合榨汁、过滤,加热100度17分钟,自然冷却,得到榨汁液,备用;
(2)取榨汁液均匀喷洒于2000克新鲜猪瘦肉后,猪瘦肉放入容器中、加盐,
猪瘦肉与盐重量比10:1, 腌渍21小时,用36度温开水将猪瘦肉清洗后,在猪瘦肉上涂上无糖生抽,太阳下晒干,得降糖保健腊肉。
临床表现资料:
(1) 治疗组;空腹血糖(FPG) 7.15~11.11mmol/L者5例,11.12~13.19mmol/L者10例,14.10mmol/L以上者2例。
(2) 对照组;空腹血糖(FPG) 7.13~11.11mmol/L 5例,11.12~13.19mmol/L 10例,大于14.10mmol/L 2例。
  3、治疗方法:两组均首先进行饮食控制、运动锻炼等基础治疗上加用格列本脲片。
治疗组在上述基础上每天食用实施例三的降糖保健腊肉100克。
治疗组1个月后疗效比对照组;显效6例:治疗后空腹血糖下降>2.8 mmol/L,餐后2 h血糖下降>3.5 mmol/L,有效8例:治疗后空腹血糖下降1.1~2.8 mmol/L,餐后2 h血糖下降2.2~3.5 mmol/L;无效3例:治疗后空腹血糖下降<1.1 mmol/L,餐后2 h血糖下降<1.7 mmol/L。
程某,男,53岁,二型糖尿病患者,经常眼睛疲劳、视力下降,手脚麻痹,在服用常规降糖药同时,以本降糖保健食品作为肉类食品,每次减少服用一次常规降糖药,降糖效果仍然保持良好。
齐某,女,65岁,五年多二型糖尿病人,经常觉得口渴,多尿,体重减轻,偶尔还会头晕,胸闷,在服用常规降糖药同时,以本降糖保健食品作为肉类食品,每次减少服用一次常规降糖药,降糖效果仍然良好并且精神状态好。

1.一种适合糖尿病人食用的保健食品,其特征在于: 以新鲜猪瘦肉在新鲜的石斛、番石榴叶、秋葵、山茱萸果实的榨汁液及盐中腌制、烘烤制成腊肉。
2.一种制备权利要求1所述的降糖保健食品的方法,其特征在于:
(1)取重量份新鲜原料:石斛10-20份、番石榴叶30-60份、秋葵20-40份、山茱萸果实10-15份混合榨汁、过滤,加热100度10-20分钟,自然冷却,得到榨汁液,备用;
(2)取榨汁液均匀喷洒于新鲜猪瘦肉后,猪瘦肉放入容器中、加盐,猪瘦肉与盐重量比10:1, 腌渍12-24小时,用30-40度温开水将猪瘦肉清洗后,在猪瘦肉上涂上无糖生抽,太阳下晒干,得降糖保健腊肉。
