Abstract

本发明属于家禽加工机械领域，特别涉及一种喷淋浸烫机。该喷淋浸烫机，包括机架，热水槽，保温槽盖和输送带，所述热水槽前后端分别设有进水管和出水管；所述热水槽底部设有电机；电机与引水管连接，引水管连接有喷淋管，保温槽盖顶端设有加压电机；所述热水槽底端设有加热板，热水槽的内壁上设有3-4的水温传感器，该加热板和水温传感器由设在机架下端的控制仪控制。本发明解决了一般浸烫机水温不能恒定的问题，同时利用高压喷淋装置提高了后续工作的效率，同时也提高了产品的品质，并且节水省电，减少了资源的浪费，本发明还对生产污水进行处理，即环保又卫生，非常适合大力推广。

（一）   技术领域
本发明属于家禽加工机械领域，特别涉及一种喷淋浸烫机。
（二）   背景技术
目前，国内的家禽宰杀厂使用的浸烫机由于是敞开的，里面的水温度很快就会降下来，家禽在温度不高的水里面浸烫之后脱毛不是很容易，而且脱毛也不干净，装置费水，费电，不仅给后续工作带来影响，还影响产品质量；并且浸烫之后的废水多数直接排放非常影响环境，而且不卫生。
（三）   发明内容
本发明为了弥补现有技术的不足，提供了一种高效、环保的喷淋浸烫机。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的：
一种喷淋浸烫机，包括机架，固定在机架底端的热水槽，固定在热水槽上部的保温槽盖和输送带，其特征在于：所述热水槽前端设有进水管，后端下部设有出水管；所述热水槽底部设有电机；所述电机一端通过管道与热水槽底部连接，另一端与设在保温槽盖侧面的引水管连接；所述引水管连接有8-12个喷淋管；所述喷淋管另一端连接在保温槽盖顶端，并且与保温槽盖内的喷头连接；所述保温槽盖顶端设有加压电机，该加压电机与喷淋管连接；所述热水槽底端设有加热板，热水槽的内壁上设有3-4的水温传感器，该加热板和水温传感器由设在机架下端的控制仪控制。
所述控制仪表面设有显示器和设下显示器下面的按钮。
所述进水管、出水管和引水管都设有阀门。
所述出水管连接有处理管，该处理管内部设有过滤网和消毒盒。
所述消毒盒装有固态消毒剂。
本发明使用时，通过控制仪控制水温，热水槽内设有加热板和水温传感器可以保证水温保持设定的温度，避免了人为操作时水温忽冷忽热；本发明还设有喷淋管和加压电机，使得热水从保温槽盖顶端喷淋到家禽身上，由于加压电机的作用使得热水即保持了温度又充分利用了压力，使得浸烫效果大大提高，提高了后续工作的效率，同时也提高了产品的品质；本发明出水管连接有处理管，该处理管内部设有过滤网和消毒盒，使得废水被初步处理，减少了气味也杀灭了病菌，即环保又节能。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明使用方便，设计合理，解决了一般浸烫机水温不能恒定的问题，同时利用高压喷淋装置提高了后续工作的效率，同时也提高了产品的品质，并且节水省电，减少了资源的浪费；本发明还对生产污水进行处理，即环保又卫生，非常适合大力推广。

附图为本发明的一种具体实施例。该实施例包括机架1，固定在机架底端的热水槽2，固定在热水槽上部的保温槽盖3，和输送带4，其特征在于：所述热水槽2前端设有进水管5，后端下部设有出水管6；所述热水槽2底部设有电机7；所述电机7一端通过管道与热水槽2底部连接，另一端与设在保温槽盖3侧面的引水管8连接；所述引水管8连接有8-12个喷淋管9；所述喷淋管9另一端连接在保温槽盖3顶端，并且与保温槽盖3内的喷头10连接；所述保温槽盖3顶端设有加压电机11，该加压电机11与喷淋管9连接；所述热水槽2底端设有加热板12，热水槽2的内壁上设有3-4的水温传感器13，该加热板12和水温传感器13由设在机架1下端的控制仪14控制。所述控制仪14表面设有显示器15和设下显示器15下面的按钮16。所述进水管5、出水管6和引水管8都设有阀门17。所述出水管6连接有处理管18，该处理管18内部设有过滤网19和消毒盒20。所述消毒盒20装有固态消毒剂。

1.一种喷淋浸烫机，包括机架（1），固定在机架底端的热水槽（2），固定在热水槽上部的保温槽盖（3）和输送带（4），其特征在于：所述热水槽（2）前端设有进水管（5），后端下部设有出水管（6）；所述热水槽（2）底部设有电机（7）；所述电机（7）一端通过管道与热水槽（2）底部连接，另一端与设在保温槽盖（3）侧面的引水管（8）连接；所述引水管（8）连接有8-12个喷淋管（9）；所述喷淋管（9）另一端连接在保温槽盖（3）顶端，并且与保温槽盖（3）内的喷头（10）连接；所述保温槽盖（3）顶端设有加压电机（11），该加压电机（11）与喷淋管（9）连接；所述热水槽（2）底端设有加热板（12），热水槽（2）的内壁上设有3-4的水温传感器（13），该加热板（12）和水温传感器（13）由设在机架（1）下端的控制仪（14）控制。
