Abstract

一种防滑式水培箱,其特征在于:包括安装在基座内的金属底板,所述基座为塑料基座,基座的下底开有防滑槽,基座的上端面开槽,槽放置所述金属底板,金属底板上平行固定有二列外护栏组合,两外护栏组合之间还平行设置有隔板,该隔板焊接在该金属底板中部,隔板和外护栏组合之间放置有条形水生植物培养箱;条形水槽为塑料水槽,条形水槽内等距设置有隔板,隔板将条形水槽分隔为至少二个水箱,相邻水箱之间连接有水管,该水管位于水箱底部,且所述水管穿过所述隔板。其显著效果是:不损伤路面,能够加强对车辆的隔离,防撞和缓冲效果,同时,能有效实现水培植物水箱内的水进行更换和补充,降低人工维护的成本。

技术领域
发明属于一种公路园林和城市园林技术,具体涉及一种防滑式水培箱。 
背景技术
公路园林和城市园林可以绿化公路和城市环境,为此,现代的城市园林建设和公路园林设计中,都采用了绿化植被作为隔离带,用于道路隔离。 
传统的隔离带都是利用金属护栏作为隔离防护,再在金属护栏中种植陆生植物,金属护栏由于自重较轻,需要螺栓将护栏钉在路面。 
其缺点非常明显: 
1、两道金属护栏对车辆的防撞和缓冲效果有限。大型客货车很容易冲破护栏。2、陆生植物生长迅速,很容易蔓延出金属护栏,影响道路视线,经常需要人工浇水和修剪枝叶,人工维护成本很高。 
发明内容
针对现有技术的缺点,提供了一种防滑式水培箱,能够加强对车辆的防撞和缓冲效果,降低人工维护的成本。 
为达到上述目的,发明表述一种防滑式水培箱,其关键是包括安装在基座内的金属底板,所述基座为塑料基座,基座的下底开有防滑槽,基座的上端面开槽,槽放置所述金属底板,金属底板上平行固定有二列外护栏组合,两外护栏组合之间还平行设置有中立板,该中立板焊接在该金属底板中部,中立板和外护栏组合之间放置有条形水生植物培养箱; 
条形水槽为塑料水槽,条形水槽内等距设置有隔板,隔板将条形水槽分隔为至少二个水箱,相邻水箱之间连接有水管,水管位于水箱底部,且穿过隔板。 
条形水生植物培养箱被限定在隔板和波形梁之间,隔板和波形梁起到了隔离带的作用。 
塑料水槽由于增加配重和灌水后,自身质量大幅增加,不再需要向路面钉螺栓,保护了路面。因为自重增加,其阻挡冲击的能力也远远大于两道金属护栏的能力,起到了更强的阻挡效果。同时,塑料水槽会因强大的冲击力发生破损,释放出水,出水的过程起到了很好的吸振缓冲效果。对事故车辆具有更好的安全保护作用。释放出水也能在事故第一时间冷却车辆。 
由于水生植物离开水就难以生存,所以,水生植物不会象陆生植物轻易蔓延到道路上,影响视线。 
述隔板高于所述条形水槽的槽壁。 
所述隔板为塑料隔板,隔板与所述条形水槽经热风焊接在一起。 
每个水箱的一根所述水管位于水箱左侧侧壁,另一根水管位于水箱右侧侧壁。在水箱箱底间连接水管,便于整个水槽灌水和抽水,且各水箱间的植物互不干涉。 
水箱底部铺有配重,该配重为鹅卵石,鹅卵石间的间隙填充有砂砾,所述配重淹没过所述水管,水管的管口处设置有滤网。 
外护栏组合外护栏组合包括固定在金属底板上的一列立柱,各立柱连接有同一波形梁; 
隔板的顶端开槽,并安装有送水管道,该送水管道由一段硬管和二段软管组成,其中硬管固定在隔板上,该硬管的一端安装有三通阀,该三通阀的一端连接一根软管。 
一段软管用于本隔板旁的水槽灌水和吸水,另一段软管用于用于与下一级隔板连接,硬管与上一级隔板的软管连接。 
所述立柱经螺栓固定在该金属底板上。 
所述立柱的中部穿设有连接螺栓,该连接螺栓用于固定波形梁,波形梁上安装有反光条。 
发明的显著效果是:提供了一种不损伤路面的防滑式水培箱,能够加强对车辆的防撞和缓冲效果,降低人工维护的成本。同时,能有效实现水培植物水箱内的水进行更换和补充。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对发明作进一步详细说明。 
如图1、2所示:一种防滑式水培箱,其中包括安装在基座5内的金属底板6,所述基座5为塑料基座,基座5的下底开有防滑槽,基座5的上端面开槽,槽放置所述金属底板6,金属底板6上平行固定有二列外护栏组合,两外护栏组合之间还平行设置有中立板7,该中立板7焊接在该金属底板6中部,中立板7和外护栏组合之间放置有条形水生植物培养箱; 
如图3所示:所述条形水槽1为塑料水槽,条形水槽1内等距设置有隔板2,隔板2将条形水槽1分隔为至少二个水箱,相邻水箱之间连接有水管3,该水管3位于水箱底部,且所述水管3穿过所述隔板2。 
所述隔板2高于所述条形水槽1的槽壁。 
所述隔板2为塑料隔板,隔板2与所述条形水槽1经热风焊接在一起。 
每个水箱的一根所述水管3位于水箱左侧侧壁,另一根水管3位于水箱右侧侧壁。 
水箱底部铺有配重,该配重为鹅卵石,鹅卵石间的间隙填充有砂砾,所述配重淹没过所述水管3,水管3的管口处设置有滤网。 
如图1所示:外护栏组合外护栏组合包括固定在金属底板6上的一列立柱8,各立柱8连接有同一波形梁9; 
中立板7的顶端开槽,并安装有送水管道,该送水管道由一段硬管10和二段软管组成,其中硬管10固定在中立板7上,该硬管10的一端安装有三通阀11,该三通阀11的一端连接一根软管。 
所述立柱8经螺栓固定在该金属底板6上。 
所述立柱8的中部穿设有连接螺栓,该连接螺栓用于固定波形梁9,波形梁9上安装有反光条12。

1.一种防滑式水培箱,其特征在于:包括安装在基座(5)内的金属底板(6),所述基座(5)为塑料基座,基座(5)的下底开有防滑槽,基座(5)的上端面开槽,槽放置所述金属底板(6),金属底板(6)上平行固定有二列外护栏组合,两外护栏组合之间还平行设置有中立板(7),该中立板(7)焊接在该金属底板(6)中部,中立板(7)和外护栏组合之间放置有条形水生植物培养箱; 
所述条形水槽(1)为塑料水槽,条形水槽(1)内等距设置有隔板(2),隔板(2)将条形水槽(1)分隔为至少二个水箱,相邻水箱之间连接有水管(3),该水管(3)位于水箱底部,且所述水管(3)穿过所述隔板(2)。 
2.根据权利要求1所述防滑式水培箱,其特征在于:所述隔板(2)高于所述条形水槽(1)的槽壁。 
3.根据权利要求1所述防滑式水培箱,其特征在于:所述隔板(2)为塑料隔板,隔板(2)与所述条形水槽(1)经热风焊接在一起。 
4.根据权利要求1所述防滑式水培箱,其特征在于:每个水箱的一根所述水管(3)位于水箱左侧侧壁,另一根水管(3)位于水箱右侧侧壁。 
5.根据权利要求4所述防滑式水培箱,其特征在于:水箱底部铺有配重,该配重为鹅卵石,鹅卵石间的间隙填充有砂砾,所述配重淹没过所述水管(3),水管(3)的管口处设置有滤网。 
6.根据权利要求1所述防滑式水培箱,其特征在于:外护栏组合外护栏组合包括固定在金属底板(6)上的一列立柱(8),各立柱(8)连接有同一波形梁(9); 
中立板(7)的顶端开槽,并安装有送水管道,该送水管道由一段硬管(10)和二段软管组成,其中硬管(10)固定在中立板(7)上,该硬管(10)的一端安装有三通阀(11),该三通阀(11)的一端连接一根软管。
