本发明提供一种传输反馈信息的方法、用户设备和基站。用户设备UE向基站eNB发送上行数据和所述UE对应的标识信息;所述UE接收所述eNB根据所述标识信息发送的所述UE的下行反馈信息。采用本发明提供的一种传输反馈信息的方法、用户设备和基站,提高采用无连接数据传输方式的通信系统的可靠性。
