Abstract
全塑式中小型畜禽养殖场软体厌氧装置以达到充分利用该结构生产沼气,降低养殖场建设成本,减少投资,方便使用,产气率高,搬运、安装简单。全塑式中小型畜禽养殖场软体厌氧装置,包括有软体厌氧装置,即厌氧罐、水压间、进料管、出料管、抽渣管、导气管、溢流管、挂钩、穿孔筋;该结构优化,整体为软体红泥塑料膜热合粘接制成,一侧开有进料口,另一侧安装水压间,内设有出料管和溢流管,出料管内有抽渣管,进料口和水压间经穿筋成型,罐体上部经挂勾拉升成型,下部进料后自动成型;水压间的水位根据罐体内的沼气压力大小自动升降调节,超出水位沼液由溢流管流出,顶部设有出气管。

技术领域
本发明设计一种全塑式中小型畜禽养殖场软体厌氧装置,主要应用于中小型畜禽养殖场沼气工程。
背景技术
加强节能技术改造、实施污染治理工程,以改善养殖场环境,降低养殖场建设成本,减少企业投资,提高养殖场效益,实现生态文明,促进养殖场经济长期、可持续增长。
发明内容
该发明的目的:本发明的目的在于提供一种全塑式中小型畜禽养殖场软体厌氧装置以达到充分利用该结构生产沼气,降低养殖场建设成本,减少投资,方便使用,产气率高,搬运、安装简单。
该发明提供的全塑式中小型畜禽养殖场软体厌氧装置的技术方案:全塑式中小型畜禽养殖场软体厌氧装置,包括有软体厌氧装置,即厌氧罐、水压间、进料管、出料管、抽渣管、导气管、溢流管、挂钩、穿孔筋;该结构优化,整体为软体红泥塑料膜热合粘接制成,一侧开有进料口,另一侧安装水压间,内设有出料管和溢流管,出料管内有抽渣管,进料口和水压间经穿筋成型,罐体上部经挂勾拉升成型,下部进料后自动成型;水压间的水位根据罐体内的沼气压力大小自动升降调节,超出水位沼液由溢流管流出,顶部设有出气管。
该发明的有益效果:用全塑式中小型畜禽养殖场软体厌氧装置降低养殖场建设成本,减少投资,方便使用,产气率高,搬运、安装简单。
发明的具体内容。
1、用红泥塑料膜按图纸设计裁剪热合粘接加工一厌氧罐;另再加工一进料管、出料管和水压间。
2、厌氧罐一侧开进料口,用于安装进料管;另一侧开有出料口,通过出料管与水压间连接,水压间接有溢流管,出料管内设有抽渣管。
3、厌氧罐上部安装有挂勾,经拉升后成型,进料口和水压间外侧有穿筋孔,穿筋后,以靠钢筋支撑作用使其成型,下部进料后自动成型。水压间经出料口与沼气池连接。水压间接有溢流管用于沼液溢流。出料管内设一抽渣管用于出料。
4、厌氧罐的顶端设计有导气管,用以排出沼气。

具体实施方式
1、将养殖场的养殖排泄物及秸杆粉碎料通过进料口进入该装置内,发酵而产生沼气。
2、生产和使用时,水压间的水位根据沼气池内沼气压力大小不断升降,当沼液超出一定水位时,由溢流管流出。
3、沼气通过顶部的导气管将沼气输往用户。
4、沼渣通过抽渣管排出。

1.全塑式中小型畜禽养殖场软体厌氧装置,包括有软体厌氧装置,即厌氧罐、水压间、进料管、出料管、抽渣管、导气管、溢流管、挂钩、穿孔筋。
2.该结构优化,整体为软体红泥塑料膜热合粘接制成,一侧开有进料口,另一侧安装水压间,内设有出料管和溢流管,出料管内有抽渣管,进料口和水压间经穿筋成型,罐体上部经挂勾拉升成型,下部进料后自动成型。
3.水压间的水位根据罐体内的沼气压力大小自动升降调节,超出水位沼液由溢流管流出,顶部设有出气管。
