本发明涉及一种PTA母液废水深度处理及钴锰回收系统,它包括母液过滤器,一段过滤进料罐,除铁过滤器,二段过滤进料罐和钴锰过滤器,它们依次顺序连接,在所述一段过滤进料罐和二段过滤进料罐之间设有碱液罐。本发明分段式处理,除固、除钴、除锰效果好,合理利用资源,最后阶段污水符合排放标准。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种废水处理系统,具体涉及一种废水回收处理系统。
背景技术
在现有技术中,对于PTA母液的处理,有些是经简单过滤去杂后直接排污排掉,这样既没有合理利用资源,同时也污染了大自然,给生态环境带来不可逆转的破坏。大部分采用回收工艺来处理PTA母液,但这些回收工艺比较简单,不能很好的析出PA和PT固体,而且在后续处理过程中,对于金属离子的处理不到位,处理效果不明显,钴锰的回收率很低,处理后的废水仍未达到排放标准。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种分段式处理,除固、除钴、除锰效果好,合理利用资源,最后阶段污水符合排放标准的PTA母液废水深度处理及钴锰回收系统。
技术方案:为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所述的一种PTA母液废水深度处理及钴锰回收系统,它包括母液过滤器,一段过滤进料罐,除铁过滤器,二段过滤进料罐和钴锰过滤器,它们依次顺序连接,在所述一段过滤进料罐和二段过滤进料罐之间设有碱液罐。
在所述母液过滤器前端设有PTA母液废水储存罐。
在所述钴锰过滤器后端设有污水处理站。
在所述除铁过滤器下方设有过滤铁回收装置。
在所述钴锰过滤器下方设有钴锰回收装置。
有益效果:本发明与现有技术相比,其显著优点是:本发明采用分段式处理,除固、除钴、除锰效果好,通过本系统可以回收PA、PT酸,去除大量钴锰离子,可以减轻后续污水处理的负荷,能很好的节约成本,本系统符合实际使用要求。

如图1所示,本发明所述的一种PTA母液废水深度处理及钴锰回收系统,它包括母液过滤器,一段调节罐,除铁过滤器,二段调节罐和钴锰过滤器,它们依次顺序连接,在所述一段调节罐和二段调节罐之间设有碱液罐;在所述母液过滤器前端设有PTA母液废水储存罐;在所述钴锰过滤器后端设有污水处理站;在所述除铁过滤器下方设有过滤铁回收装置;在所述钴锰过滤器下方设有钴锰回收装置。本发明采用分段式处理,除固、除钴、除锰效果好,通过本系统可以回收PA、PT酸,去除大量钴锰离子,可以减轻后续污水处理的负荷,能很好的节约成本,本系统符合实际使用要求。

1.一种PTA母液废水深度处理及钴锰回收系统,其特征在于:它包括母液过滤器,一段调节罐,除铁过滤器,二段调节罐和钴锰过滤器,它们依次顺序连接,在所述一段调节罐和二段调节罐之间设有碱液罐。
2.根据权利要求1所述的PTA母液废水深度处理及钴锰回收系统,其特征在于:在所述母液过滤器前端设有PTA母液废水储存罐。
3.根据权利要求1所述的PTA母液废水深度处理及钴锰回收系统,其特征在于:在所述钴锰过滤器后端设有污水处理站。
4.根据权利要求1所述的PTA母液废水深度处理及钴锰回收系统,其特征在于:在所述除铁过滤器下方设有过滤铁回收装置。
