本发明涉及一种力骨式网带。
背景技术
网带是工业生产中用来输送物料常用的输送装置,其中力骨式网带是其中常用的一种网带,它包括若干排平行的螺旋状网条,各网条之间通过呈螺旋状的串条实现连接,其中串条的波峰、波谷值小于网条的波峰、波谷值;其具有结构简单的优点,广泛应用于电子工业、彩色显像管、玻璃制品、粉末冶金、食品等连续生产线中,但其网条易发生横向窜动,特别是长时间使用后,网条和串条之间相互之间磨损后,间隙增大,网条横向窜动幅度会进一步增大,输送过程极不平衡,物料极易从输送带上漏出去,造成物料的浪费和输送效率的大幅度降低。
发明内容
针对上述缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单,网条不易发生横向串动,提高网条和串条连接处的耐磨性能,延长网带使用寿命的一种力骨式网带。
为此本发明所采用的技术方案是:
包括若干排螺旋状的网条,相邻网条之间通过一串条连接,串条为弯曲状,网条的波峰与串条的波谷紧密接触,网条的波谷与串条的波峰紧密接触,网条的波峰波谷与串条的波谷波峰之间分别设有耐磨涂层。
本发明的优点是:
本发明结构简单,使网条不易发生横向串动,提高输送质量,通过在网条与串条的连接处设置耐磨涂层,使得力骨式网带的耐磨性能得到了极大的提高,从而实现了更加稳定的运输。
