技术领域
本发明属于金属制品领域，尤其是涉及一种耐蚀环保钢板。
背景技术
在现有的技术中，传统彩涂钢板喷涂的质量差强人意，加工工艺污染环境，装饰性、成型性、耐指纹性、膜层附着力等性能不好。而且，金属制品表面容易生锈，大大降低了金属制品的使用寿命。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足，本发明提供一种耐蚀环保钢板。
为达到上述目的，本发明采用的技术方案是：一种耐蚀环保钢板，其特征在于：包括上层环保PET膜和下层钢板，所述环保PET膜和所述钢板之间设有粘接膜，所述环保PET膜表面设有防锈膜。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是：由于采用上述技术方案，钢板的使用更加方便；具有结构简单，加工成本低，具有优异的装饰性、成型性、耐指纹、膜层附着力强，可长期保持色泽新颖并具有良好的加工性能，使得装饰、装修的表面更加环保，能有效防止钢板生锈，延长使用寿命等优点。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
如图1所示，本发明提供一种耐蚀环保钢板，包括上层环保PET膜1和下层钢板3，环保PET膜1和钢板3之间设有粘接膜2，环保PET膜1表面设有防锈膜4。
本实例的工作过程：将合适厚度的上层环保PET膜1与下层钢板3通过粘接膜2复合连接在一起，然后在环保PET膜1表面涂覆一层防锈膜4，达到防锈环保的效果。
