本发明涉及工装领域，特别涉及一种分区式螺钉放置盘。
背景技术
在工业生产线上，有很多工位是安装螺钉，一般螺钉是散放在零件盒里，零件盒放置在操作台的左上角，螺钉一般会散落在零件盒周围的操作台上。在一个工位上，有时需要安装不同种类的螺钉，螺钉放置在不同的零件盒中，工人拿螺钉的时候容易混淆。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种可以放置不同大小的螺钉的分区式螺钉放置盘。
本发明的技术方案为：分区式螺钉放置盘，包括一块平板，平板的上端面四周设有遮挡条，所述平板上设有螺钉承载孔，平板上设有多个区域，各区域的螺钉承载孔大小不同。
所述螺钉承载孔上部是圆锥孔，下部是圆孔。螺钉承载孔为阵列式分布。
多个区域间以遮挡条分隔。
分区式螺钉放置盘是有机玻璃材料制成。
本发明的有益效果是：分区式螺钉放置盘上的不同区域的螺钉承载孔大小不同，可以同时放置不同大小的螺钉。工人操作时不会混淆，提高操作的准确度，节省时间。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示，本发明的实施例分区式螺钉放置盘包括平板1和设置在平板1四周的遮挡条2，平板1上设有两个螺钉放置区域：螺钉放置区50和螺钉放置区51，两个区域之间以遮挡条4分隔。螺钉放置区50上设有螺钉承载孔30，螺钉放置区51上设有螺钉承载孔31。螺钉承载孔30、31的上部是圆锥孔6，下部是圆孔7。螺钉承载孔30、31的尺寸和螺钉的尺寸是相对应的，圆孔7的直径比螺钉外螺纹的尺寸略大，螺钉头部放置在圆锥孔6内。螺钉放置区50、51放置不同大小的螺钉，对应的螺钉承载孔30、31的大小不同。螺钉承载孔30、31是矩形阵列分布。当螺钉拆袋以后，不同大小的螺钉倒入不同的螺钉放置区域，设置在平板四周的遮挡条2挡住螺钉不会滚落到操作台上，设置在两个区域之间的遮挡条4起到有效的隔开作用，避免了混淆。操作人员双手扶住平板四周的遮挡条2，前后左右摇晃，螺钉进入螺钉承载孔30、31内。本发明的实施例分区式螺钉放置盘采用有机玻璃制作，价格便宜，加工简单，分量轻，方便操作。
本发明并不局限于所述的实施例，本领域的技术人员在不脱离本发明的精神即公开范围内，仍可作一些修正或改变，故本发明的权利保护范围以权利要求书限定的范围为准。

1.分区式螺钉放置盘，其特征在于：包括一块平板，平板的上端面四周设有遮挡条，所述平板上设有螺钉承载孔，平板上设有多个区域，各区域的螺钉承载孔大小不同。
2.根据权利要求1所述的分区式螺钉放置盘，其特征在于：所述螺钉承载孔上部是圆锥孔，下部是圆孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的分区式螺钉放置盘，其特征在于：螺钉承载孔为阵列式分布。
4.根据权利要求1所述的分区式螺钉放置盘，其特征在于：多个区域间以遮挡条分隔。
5.根据权利要求1所述的分区式螺钉放置盘，其特征在于：分区式螺钉放置盘是有机玻璃材料制成。
