一种宽心软胶囊中川芎、降香干浸膏的制备方法。其制备工艺是：按配方称取一定量的川芎、降香，按原工艺进行提取、浓缩、醇沉，其特征在于：还包括浓缩醇沉液至比重1.0-1.5，加入3-12％糊精，喷雾干燥，即得；所述的浓缩醇沉液至比重1.0-1.5时在80℃环境下热测。与原工艺比较，本发明工艺效率更高，时间更短，降低了能源消耗，有效成分免遭破坏，产品外观质量和内在质量都得到了整体提升。

技术领域
本发明属于中药制药技术领域，具体涉及一种宽心软胶囊处方中川芎、降香干浸膏的制备方法。 
背景技术
宽心软胶囊具有活血化瘀、行气止痛之功效，用于治疗气滞血瘀型冠心病心绞痛，可以减少心绞痛的发作频率、改善心肌供血、康复缺血心肌。经临床试验证实，宽心软胶囊治疗冠心病患者，心绞痛发作次数、中医症候、硝酸甘油停减率、心电图等疗效均显著优于同类对照产品，且有明显的剂量效应关系。但专利号为ZL03125289.3的一种具有治疗急慢性心肌缺血性疾病的药物专利中川芎、降香浸膏的干燥方法为减压干燥，该方法，温度高，时间长，能源消耗大，生产效率低，容易焦化，存在着有效成分会遭到坏，溶解性降低，难以达到疾病治疗效果的缺陷。 
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服上述缺陷，将我国传统中药与现代先进制药工艺相结合，采用先进的喷雾干燥技术，提高宽心软胶囊有效成分含量，改善溶解性，使色泽更好的一种宽心软胶囊中川芎、降香干浸膏的制备方法。 
其制备工艺是：按配方称取一定量的川芎、降香，按原工艺进行提取、浓缩、醇沉，其特征在于：还包括浓缩醇沉液至比重1.0-1.5，加入3-12％糊精，喷雾干燥，即得；所述的浓缩醇沉液至比重1.0-1.5时在80℃环境下热测。 
实施该技术的明显优点的效果是：与原工艺比较，本发明工艺效率更高，时间更短，降低了能源消耗，有效成分免遭破坏，产品外观质量和内在质量都 得到了整体提升。 
具体实施方式
以下用5个实施例为例，对本发明作进一步描述： 
实施例1 
称取川芎和降香，提取、浓缩、醇沉，浓缩醇沉液至比重1.0(80℃热测)，加入干浸膏量3％的糊精，喷雾干燥，即得。 
实施例2 
称取川芎和降香，提取、浓缩、醇沉，浓缩醇沉液至比重1.2(80℃热测)，加入干浸膏量8％的糊精，喷雾干燥，即得。 
实施例3 
称取川芎和降香，提取、浓缩、醇沉，浓缩醇沉液至比重1.5(80℃热测)，加入干浸膏量12％的糊精，喷雾干燥，即得。 
实施例4 
称取川芎和降香，提取、浓缩、醇沉，浓缩醇沉液至比重1.5(80℃热测)，加入干浸膏量3％的糊精，喷雾干燥，即得。 
实施例5 
称取川芎和降香，提取、浓缩、醇沉，浓缩醇沉液至比重1.0(80℃热测)，加入干浸膏量12％的糊精，喷雾干燥，即得。

1.一种宽心软胶囊中川芎、降香干浸膏的制备方法，其制备工艺是：按配方称取一定量的川芎、降香，按原工艺进行提取、浓缩、醇沉，其特征在于：还包括浓缩醇沉液至比重1.0-1.5，加入3-12％糊精，喷雾干燥，即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种宽心软胶囊中川芎、降香干浸膏的制备方法，其特征在于：所述的浓缩醇沉液至比重1.0-1.5时在80℃环境下热测。
