Abstract
本发明提供一种水产养殖增暖系统，包括套管以及设置在套管内的加热丝，所述套管两端封闭，加热丝固定在套管两端，与外界电源相连，套管两端连接循环泵，所述套管表面开有小孔。所述套管材质选用导热金属材料，例如铜、铝或不锈钢，表面设置有防腐涂层。所述套管内安装有温度感应器。感应器与外部的控制器连接。本发明具有的优点和积极效果是：该系统通过电源加热加热丝，产生热量，将套管内的水加热，而通过循环泵的作用，水可以由套管上的小孔不断的进入套管内部，得到加热，再通过小孔排出。这样水体是循环的，而且可以通过温度感应器，控制水温，实现智能控制。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种水产养殖增暖系统。
背景技术
在北方的冬季，水产养殖行业经常需要对水体进行加热，现有多为直接使用加热棒对水体进行加热，这样会造成加热不均匀，局部水体过热，对水生生物的生长不利，尤其是一些对温度敏感的鱼类，极易造成经济损失。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单、加热均匀的水产养殖增暖系统。
本发明的技术方案是：一种水产养殖增暖系统，包括套管以及设置在套管内的加热丝，所述套管两端封闭，加热丝固定在套管两端，与外界电源相连，套管两端连接循环泵，所述套管表面开有小孔。
所述套管材质选用导热金属材料，例如铜、铝或不锈钢，表面设置有防腐涂层。
所述套管内安装有温度感应器，温度感应器与外部的控制器连接。
加热加热丝的电源与控制器集成在一起，可以通过控制器直接控制电源的开闭。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是：该系统通过电源加热加热丝，产生热量，将套管内的水加热，而通过循环泵的作用，水可以由套管上的小孔不断的进入套管内部，得到加热，再通过小孔排出。这样水体是循环的，而且可以通过温度感应器，控制水温，实现智能控制。当然，即使在水体循环的情况下，套管内加热丝附近的水温也会略高于其他位置的水温，在控制上，要适当考虑这一点。

一种水产养殖增暖系统，包括套管1以及设置在套管1内的加热丝2，所述套管1两端封闭，加热丝2固定在套管1两端，与外界电源相连，套管1两端连接循环泵4，所述套管1表面开有小孔3。
所述套管1材质选用导热金属材料不锈钢，表面设置有防腐涂层。
所述套管1内安装有温度感应器6，温度感应器6与外部的控制器5连接。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水产养殖增暖系统，其特征在于：所述套管材质选用导热金属材料，例如铜、铝或不锈钢。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种水产养殖增暖系统，其特征在于：所述套管表面设置有防腐涂层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种水产养殖增暖系统，其特征在于：所述套管内安装有温度感应器与外部的控制器连接。
