Abstract

一种汽车安全气囊用的氮气发生剂,该氮气发生剂主要成分是碱金属或碱土金属的叠氮化物。它是氮气的主要来源,和它相配用的物质是金属氧化物及和它配用附加物是残渣增强剂、冷却剂和粘合剂。本发明提供了高的容积效率,良好的储存性能,能反应出大量无毒氮气,药剂反应速度可调,使用安全可靠的氮气发生剂。

Description

汽车安全气囊用氮气发生剂
本发明涉及一种汽车安全气囊用的氮气发生剂。
当前,机动车辆碰撞事故时时不断发生,虽有各种防撞保险装置,如在车辆前端装有挡板式、杠杆式装置,但免不了发生碰撞时仍有人员伤亡的事件,故目前已有采用气囊式安全保护装置。
本发明的目的是要提供一种汽车安全气囊用的氮气发生剂。当汽车发生碰撞事故时,碰撞深测点火控制装置,大约在20ms内,输出一个点火信号,一般情况下,这个点火信号为2A的电流。该点火电流迅速点燃电点火管,随即引燃氮气发生器中的氮气发生剂。它所生成的气体使气袋膨胀,在乘员前方形成一个柔性的缓冲气垫,从而保护汽车驾驶员的安全。
本发明的目的是通过下述方案实现的:一种氮气发生剂以叠氮化钠(NaN3)作为还原剂,以三氧化二铁(Fe2O3)、二氧化锰(MnO2)作为氧化剂,以二氧化硅(SiO2)作残渣增强剂,碳酸氢钠(NaHCO3)作为冷却剂,聚四氟乙烯作为粘合剂。其配方如下:叠氮化钠为50-75%,三氧化二铁为27-14%,二氧化锰为12-16%,高氯酸钾为6-3%,二氧化硅为5-2%,碳酸氢钠外加12-7%,聚四氟乙烯外加6-12%。
本发明所述的叠氮化钠(NaN3)质量标准:叠氮化钠化学纯含量≥99%,杂质最高含量:游离碱2%,重金属0.002%,干燥失重0.2%,水不溶物0.02%。
本发明所使用的三氧化二铁(以Fe计)不少于68.9-70.1%,杂质最高含量:水溶解物0.2%,盐酸不溶物0.1%,干燥失重0.4%,硫酸盐(SO4)0.16%,N化合物(以N计)0.05%,重金属(以Cu计)0.05%,碱金属及碱土金属(以硫酸盐计)0.05%,有机杂质0.01%。
本发明所使用的二氧化锰(MnO2)含量不少于72%,不纯物最高含量:盐酸不溶物0.2%,氯化物(Cl)0.01%,硫酸盐(SO4)0.1%,铁(Fe)0.01%,重金属(以Cu计)0.01%,碱金属及碱土金属(以硫酸盐计)0.05,有机杂质(C)0.01%。
本发明所使用的二氧化硅(SiO2)粒度100目,含量99.99%。
本发明所使用的碳酸氢钠(NaHCO3)含量不少于99.8%,杂质含量:水不溶物0.02%,氯化物及氯酸盐(以Cu计)0.005%,氮化合物(以N计)0.002%,硫化合物(以SO4计)0.01%,磷酸盐(PO4)0.005%,硅酸盐(SiO3)0.01%,钾(K)0.02%,铁(Fe)0.002%,镁(Mg)0.005%,钙(Ca)0.01%,铝(Al)0.02%,重金属(以Pb计)0.002%。
本发明药剂的生产工艺采用机械湿混工艺或共沉淀工艺均可。所得到的混合物用压片机压制所要求的药片。
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明:
实施例1:

碳酸氢钠(NaHCO3)  10%(外加)
聚四氟乙烯    6-12%(外加)
把上述本发明药剂的组合物用共沉淀法工艺制作,压成Ф6×3的药片。
实测:
密度:        1.7-1.85g/cm3
抗压强度:    >120kg/cm2
冲击感度:    0%
摩擦感度:    0%
热感度:      >500℃
静电火花感度:≥30KV
有毒气体含量:CO<500PPM,NO<25PPM
将上述发生剂取药量为75-85g,放在氮气发生器中,试验得到自点火至排气孔处出气时间为7-10ms之间,排气孔附近的温度为170-200℃,得到图1所示的压力-时间曲线A。
实施例2.
为增强实施例1中氮气发生剂的防潮和增热效果,在实施例1药剂成份和配比的基础上采用表面包覆技术。这种技术的包覆液成份为:叠氮化钠(NaN3)20-50%,高氯酸钾(KClO4)25-35%,氟橡胶10-15%,铝粉15-25%,烘制二氧化硅(SiO2)1-3%。
在制作时,将上述药剂成份与丙酮、甲醇等溶剂混合在一起,把药片浸入包覆液中浸没后取出干燥待用。
将上述75-85g药剂放在发生器中进行试验,实测从点火到排气孔出气时间为6ms,排气孔温度<220℃,所得曲线如图1所示压力一时间曲线B。
氮气发生剂作为汽车安全囊用的产气药剂,具有很高的氮气。药剂反应速度可调,冲击感度和摩擦感度很低,使用安全可靠,因而得到了广泛的使用。

Claims (1)

1.一种汽车安全气囊用的氮气发生剂,其特征在于它含有如下组分(以重量计):叠氮化钠50-75%,三氧化二铁27-14%,二氧化锰12-16%,高氯酸钾6-3%,二氧化硅5-2%,碳酸氢钠外加12-7%,聚四氟乙烯外加6-12%。
