Abstract

本发明公开了一种散热开关柜,包括柜体、风扇、防尘网,风扇安装于柜体的对向壁面内侧,防尘网安装于风扇与柜体的内壁之间;其监控系统包括温度传感器、检测模块、风扇故障信号线、温度信号线、监控模块、后台计算机,温度传感器安装在柜体的内壁上,风扇故障信号线、温度信号线分别连接风扇、温度传感器并且连入检测模块,检测模块对温度处理和警告判断,并将温度和警告信息传输给监控模块显示和记录,监控模块再将温度和警告信息传输给后台计算机。本发明的优点是:散热结构更合理,对开关柜起到防护作用;采取风扇故障和温度警告的双重远程监控,在温度超出设定的限制或者风扇发出警告信号时,提醒检修人员及时处理,将开关柜的安全隐患降到最低。

一种散热开关柜及其监控系统
技术领域
本发明涉及一种开关柜及其监控系统,特别是一种具有散热功能的开关柜及其监控系统。
背景技术
开关柜是在电力系统进行放电、输电、配电和电能转换的过程中,进行开合、控制和保护用电的设备。开关柜内部安放有很多电子元件,由于电子元件之间存在电磁干扰,使得其性能遭到影响。开关柜有很多是设置在户外的,如若置于持续高温条件下,需要考虑设计散热系统。开关柜一般是金属材质的,经常遭受风吹雨淋,很容易生锈腐蚀,严重影响其使用寿命。
发明内容
发明目的:针对上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种散热开关柜及其散热监控系统,达到良好的散热效果,并可远程监控温度,为检修提供预警,从而避免散热系统故障带来的后果。
技术方案:一种散热开关柜,包括柜体、风扇、防尘网,所述风扇安装于所述柜体的对向壁面内侧,所述防尘网安装于所述风扇与所述柜体的内壁之间。
所述风扇具有后盖,所述后盖固定于所述柜体的内壁,所述风扇的扇叶位于所述后盖与所述防尘网之间。防尘网可以防止大颗粒尘埃进入柜体内而引起电路短路等安全隐患,后盖将风扇包围,可以防止柜体内的部分电器元件进入到风扇内,也可以防止人员维修时弄坏扇叶。
一种上述的散热开关柜的监控系统,包括温度传感器、检测模块、风扇故障信号线、温度信号线、监控模块、后台计算机,所述温度传感器安装在所述柜体的内壁上,所述风扇故障信号线、所述温度信号线分别连接所述风扇、所述温度传感器并且连入所述检测模块,所述检测模块对温度处理和警告判断,并将温度和警告信息传输给所述监控模块显示和记录,所述监控模块再将温度和警告信息传输给所述后台计算机。
所述检测模块与所述监控模块之间、所述监控模块与所述后台计算机之间信息传输采用以太网为主通讯、RS485为备用通讯。
所述风扇故障信号线、所述温度信号线为屏蔽电缆,能够良好地抑制外界磁场对信号的干扰。
有益效果:本发明的优点是:1、散热结构更合理,并能对开关柜起到防护作用;2、采取风扇故障和温度警告的双重远程监控,在温度超出设定的限制或者风扇发出警告信号时,提醒检修人员及时处理,提高检修效率,将开关柜的安全隐患降到最低。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例,进一步阐明本发明,应理解这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围,在阅读了本发明之后,本领域技术人员对本发明的各种等价形式的修改均落于本申请所附权利要求所限定的范围。
如附图1所示,一种散热开关柜,包括柜体1、风扇2、防尘网3,风扇2安装在柜体1的对向壁面正中心内侧,风扇2具有后盖,后盖固定于柜体1的内壁,防尘网3安装在风扇2与柜体1的内壁之间,风扇2的扇叶位于后盖与防尘网3之间,后盖将扇叶包围。防尘网可以防止大颗粒尘埃进入柜体内而引起电路短路等安全隐患,后盖将风扇包围,可以防止柜体内的部分电器元件进入到风扇内,也可以防止人员维修时弄坏扇叶。
散热开关柜还包括防雨顶4,为三棱柱状,其一个侧面固定在柜体1的顶面,且该侧面的面积大于柜体1的顶面面积。可避免雨水的直接冲刷,延长开关柜柜体的使用寿命。
柜体1内至少设置有两层铝板,可防止开关柜内元器件的电磁干扰,柜体1上固定有防静电环,可对人体或环境进行防护,增强开关的稳定性。
如附图2所示,一种上述的散热开关柜的监控系统,包括温度传感器101、检测模块102、风扇故障信号线103、温度信号线104、监控模块105、后台计算机106,温度传感器101安装在柜体的内壁上,风扇故障信号线103连接风扇2,温度信号线104连接温度传感器101,两种信号线都连入检测模块102,由检测模块102进行温度处理和警告判断,并将温度和警告信息上传给监控模块105进行显示和记录,由监控模块105再将温度和警告信息上传给后台计算机106,在温度超出设定的限制或者风扇发出警告信号时,使值班人员及时发现问题,并予以妥善处理。
检测模块102与监控模块105之间、监控模块105与后台计算机106之间信息传输采用以太网为主通讯、RS485为备用通讯的通信方式,风扇故障信号线103、温度信号线104采用屏蔽电缆,良好地抑制了外界磁场对信号的干。
通过以上具有良好散热、具有电磁干扰防护能力、具有防雨功能的开关柜,以及具有风扇故障和温度警告的双重远程监控系统,将开关柜的安全隐患降到最低,同时提高检修效率。

Claims (5)

1.一种散热开关柜,其特征在于:包括柜体(1)、风扇(2)、防尘网(3),所述风扇(2)安装于所述柜体(1)的对向壁面内侧,所述防尘网(3)安装于所述风扇(2)与所述柜体(1)的内壁之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种散热开关柜,其特征在于:所述风扇(2)具有后盖,所述后盖固定于所述柜体(1)的内壁,所述风扇(2)的扇叶位于所述后盖与所述防尘网(3)之间。
3.一种权利要求1或2所述的散热开关柜的监控系统,其特征在于:包括温度传感器(101)、检测模块(102)、风扇故障信号线(103)、温度信号线(104)、监控模块(105)、后台计算机(106),所述温度传感器(101)安装在所述柜体的内壁上,所述风扇故障信号线(103)、所述温度信号线(104)分别连接所述风扇、所述温度传感器(101)并且连入所述检测模块(102),所述检测模块(102)对温度处理和警告判断,并将温度和警告信息传输给所述监控模块(105)显示和记录,所述监控模块(105)再将温度和警告信息传输给所述后台计算机(106)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的监控系统,其特征在于:所述检测模块(102)与所述监控模块(105)之间、所述监控模块(105)与所述后台计算机(106)之间信息传输采用以太网为主通讯、RS485为备用通讯。
5.根据权利要求3所述的监控系统,其特征在于:所述风扇故障信号线(103)、所述温度信号线(104)为屏蔽电缆。
