Abstract

一种结构简单减震效果好的18V电池包,包括支架框、电池限位套、连接器固定架、金属触片、电池和保护线路板,支架框内有5对电池限位套,电池安装在对应的两个电池限位套之间,支架框上有保护线路板,连接器固定架固定在保护线路板上,连接器固定架的卡槽内有金属触片,支架框两侧各有1个侧点镍片和2个倒T型镍片,支架框两侧的侧点镍片分别设置在支架框的对角线上,侧点镍片下部与对应电池的端部相接触,倒T型镍片的下部与对应2个电池的端部相接触,侧点镍片和倒T型镍片上部卡装在对应支架框的上端的卡槽内。本发明电池包利用18V电池包的电池数量相对较少的特点设计一种结构简单易于拆装并且减震效果好的电池包。

技术领域
本发明涉及电池领域,特别是涉及一种结构简单减震效果好的18V电池包。
 
背景技术
电动工具用锂离子电池组在使用过程中经常容易因发生震动而产生过充、过放、过载、过温、短路等一系列问题,而18V电池包的电池数量相对较少,因此根据18V电池包的特点设计一种结构相对简单,拆装方便并且减震效果好的18V专用电池包。
 
发明内容
针对以上问题,本发明提供一种结构简单减震效果好的18V电池包,该电池包利用18V电池包的电池数量相对较少的特点设计一种结构简单易于拆装并且减震效果好的电池包,为达此目的,本发明提供一种结构简单减震效果好的18V电池包,包括支架框、电池限位套、连接器固定架、金属触片、电池和保护线路板,所述支架框内有5对电池限位套,所述电池安装在对应的两个电池限位套之间,所述支架框上有保护线路板,所述连接器固定架固定在保护线路板上,所述连接器固定架的卡槽内有金属触片,所述支架框两侧各有1个侧点镍片和2个倒T型镍片,所述支架框两侧的侧点镍片分别设置在支架框的对角线上,所述侧点镍片下部与对应电池的端部相接触,所述倒T型镍片的下部与对应2个电池的端部相接触,所述侧点镍片和倒T型镍片上部卡装在对应支架框的上端的卡槽内。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述支架框内有一对斜设的螺丝柱,所述保护线路板通过紧固件固定在支架框开口上方,本发明保护线路板可通过紧固件方式固定在支架框开口上方也可通过插装方式进行固定通过紧固件方式进行固定,固定更为方便不容易散架。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述支架框内有一个定位柱,所述定位柱上有固定件穿过保护线路板固定在定位柱的螺孔内,通过定位柱可以有效固定保护线路板。
本发明提供一种结构简单减震效果好的18V电池包,该电池包采用一体式支架结构,两侧的镍片采用侧点镍片和倒T型镍片,采用该结构后可大大提高电池包的整体减震效果,并且该结构结构简单易于电池拆卸,并且设置有保护线路板,可利用保护电路板减少过充、过放、过载、过温、短路等一系列问题。

本发明提供一种结构简单减震效果好的18V电池包,该电池包利用18V电池包的电池数量相对较少的特点设计一种结构简单易于拆装并且减震效果好的电池包。
作为本发明一种实施例,本发明提供一种结构简单减震效果好的18V电池包,包括支架框1、电池限位套2、连接器固定架3、金属触片4、电池5和保护线路板6,所述支架框1内有5对电池限位套2,所述电池5安装在对应的两个电池限位套2之间,所述支架框1上有保护线路板6,所述连接器固定架3固定在保护线路板6上,所述连接器固定架3的卡槽内有金属触片4,所述支架框1两侧各有1个侧点镍片9-1和2个倒T型镍片9-2,所述支架框1两侧的侧点镍片9-1分别设置在支架框1的对角线上,所述侧点镍片9-1下部与对应电池5的端部相接触,所述倒T型镍片9-2的下部与对应2个电池5的端部相接触,所述侧点镍片9-1和倒T型镍片9-2上部卡装在对应支架框1的上端的卡槽内。
作为本发明一种最佳具体实施例,本发明提供示意图如图1图2和图3所示的一种结构简单减震效果好的18V电池包,包括支架框1、电池限位套2、连接器固定架3、金属触片4、电池5和保护线路板6,所述支架框1内有5对电池限位套2,所述电池5安装在对应的两个电池限位套2之间,所述支架框1上有保护线路板6,所述连接器固定架3固定在保护线路板6上,所述连接器固定架3的卡槽内有金属触片4,所述支架框1两侧各有1个侧点镍片9-1和2个倒T型镍片9-2,所述支架框1两侧的侧点镍片9-1分别设置在支架框1的对角线上,所述侧点镍片9-1下部与对应电池5的端部相接触,所述倒T型镍片9-2的下部与对应2个电池5的端部相接触,所述侧点镍片9-1和倒T型镍片9-2上部卡装在对应支架框1的上端的卡槽内,所述支架框1内有一对斜设的螺丝柱7,所述保护线路板6通过紧固件固定在支架框1开口上方,本发明保护线路板可通过紧固件方式固定在支架框开口上方也可通过插装方式进行固定通过紧固件方式进行固定,固定更为方便不容易散架,所述支架框1内有一个定位柱8,所述定位柱8上有固定件穿过保护线路板6固定在定位柱8的螺孔内,通过定位柱可以有效固定保护线路板。

1.一种结构简单减震效果好的18V电池包,包括支架框(1)、电池限位套(2)、连接器固定架(3)、金属触片(4)、电池(5)和保护线路板(6),其特征在于:所述支架框(1)内有5对电池限位套(2),所述电池(5)安装在对应的两个电池限位套(2)之间,所述支架框(1)上有保护线路板(6),所述连接器固定架(3)固定在保护线路板(6)上,所述连接器固定架(3)的卡槽内有金属触片(4),所述支架框(1)两侧各有1个侧点镍片(9-1)和2个倒T型镍片(9-2),所述支架框(1)两侧的侧点镍片(9-1)分别设置在支架框(1)的对角线上,所述侧点镍片(9-1)下部与对应电池(5)的端部相接触,所述倒T型镍片(9-2)的下部与对应2个电池(5)的端部相接触,所述侧点镍片(9-1)和倒T型镍片(9-2)上部卡装在对应支架框(1)的上端的卡槽内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种结构简单减震效果好的18V电池包,其特征在于:所述支架框(1)内有一对斜设的螺丝柱(7),所述保护线路板(6)通过紧固件固定在支架框(1)开口上方。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种结构简单减震效果好的18V电池包,其特征在于:所述支架框(1)内有一个定位柱(8),所述定位柱(8)上有固定件穿过保护线路板(6)固定在定位柱(8)的螺孔内。
