Abstract
一种透光率可调的太阳能电池组件,包括电池组件背板,所述电池组件背板上由内而外依次设有第一PVB胶片层、热致变色中间膜层、第二PVB胶片层、单晶硅电池片组合层、第三PVB胶片层、以及玻璃层。本发明结构简单,可以根据外界温度自动调整透光率。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种透光率可调的太阳能电池组件。
背景技术:
现有的太阳能电池组件,其无法根据外界温度自动调整透光率。
故有必要对现有太阳能电池组件作出改进,以提供一种可以根据外界温度自动调整透光率的太阳能电池组件。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于提供一种透光率可调的太阳能电池组件,其结构简单,可以根据外界温度自动调整透光率。
一种透光率可调的太阳能电池组件,包括电池组件背板,所述电池组件背板的外表面上由内而外依次设有第一PVB胶片层、热致变色中间膜层、第二PVB胶片层、单晶硅电池片组合层、第三PVB胶片层、以及玻璃层。
本发明可通过如下方案进行改进:
所述热致变色中间膜层在外界温度T>25℃时,其透光率在40%以下;在外界温度T<26℃时,其透光率为80%。
所述电池组件背板为透明PE板、或钢化白玻。
所述电池组件背板是厚度为3mm的透明PE板、或厚度为8mm的钢化白玻。
所述第一PVB胶片层的厚度为0.76mm,第二PVB胶片层和第三PVB胶片层的厚度为0.38mm。
所述玻璃层为压花玻璃层,其厚度为6mm。
本发明具有如下优点:1、本发明通过设置热致变色中间膜层,使得本发明可以根据外界温度自动调整透光率。2、当外界温度T>25℃时,热致变色中间膜层显浅黄色,其透光率在40%以下,温度越高,透光率越低,可以起遮阳效果;当外界温度T<26℃时,热致变色中间膜层显无色,其透光率为80%,可以起到良好采光的效果。

具体实施方式:
如图所示,一种透光率可调的太阳能电池组件,包括电池组件背板1,所述电池组件背板1的外表面上由内而外依次设有第一PVB胶片层2、热致变色中间膜层3、第二PVB胶片层4、单晶硅电池片组合层5、第三PVB胶片层6、以及玻璃层7。
进一步地,所述热致变色中间膜层3在外界温度T>25℃时,显浅黄色,其透光率在40%以下,温度越高,透光率越低,可以起遮阳效果;在外界温度T<26℃时,显无色,其透光率为80%,可以起到良好采光的效果。
再进一步地,所述电池组件背板1为透明PE板、或钢化白玻。
更进一步地,所述电池组件背板1是厚度为3mm的透明PE板、或厚度为8mm的钢化白玻。
又进一步地,所述第一PVB胶片层2的厚度为0.76mm,第二PVB胶片层4和第三PVB胶片层6的厚度为0.38mm。
具体地,所述玻璃层7为压花玻璃层,其厚度为6mm。
本发明通过设置热致变色中间膜层,使得本发明可以根据外界温度自动调整透光率。

1.一种透光率可调的太阳能电池组件,包括电池组件背板,其特征在于:所述电池组件背板的外表面上由内而外依次设有第一PVB胶片层、热致变色中间膜层、第二PVB胶片层、单晶硅电池片组合层、第三PVB胶片层、以及玻璃层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种透光率可调的太阳能电池组件,其特征在于:所述热致变色中间膜层在外界温度超过25度时,其透光率在40%以下;在外界温度低于26度时,其透光率为80%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种透光率可调的太阳能电池组件,其特征在于:所述电池组件背板为透明PE板、或钢化白玻。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种透光率可调的太阳能电池组件,其特征在于:所述电池组件背板是厚度为3mm的透明PE板、或厚度为8mm的钢化白玻。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种透光率可调的太阳能电池组件,其特征在于:所述第一PVB胶片层的厚度为0.76mm,第二PVB胶片层和第三PVB胶片层的厚度为0.38mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种透光率可调的太阳能电池组件,其特征在于:所述玻璃层为压花玻璃层,其厚度为6mm。
