Abstract

本发明公开了一种松树采脂增脂剂,是以稀土元素为主要组,分并配有微量元素,本增脂剂作用机理是加强、促进松树对营养矿物元素的吸收、加强、促进光合作用及生化用的进行的一种促生采脂的长周期增产新方法。它安全、无毒、不污染环境,对加工产品质量无影响,增脂效果显著,平均增脂20-35%。

增脂剂
本发明涉及一种促进松树增产松脂的增脂剂。
由松脂制成的松香、松节油是造纸、油漆、电气、塑料、橡胶、医药、食品、香料、选矿、农药、印染等工业的重要原料,是我国重要的林化产品。为使采脂丰产,目前国内、外均采用化学刺激采脂法,主要是硫酸和亚硫酸纸浆废液法。其中,美国,1946年就开始用硫酸化学刺激采脂,损伤松树割口细胞,延长硫脂时间,“扩口”增产2-4倍,但易灼伤皮肤,腐蚀衣服、污染产品和环境,操作不安全,因不能促进松脂的形成,树体脂源很快被消耗掉,仅适用1-3年内要砍伐的松林,以后,美、德等国改用亚硫酸纸浆废液化学刺激采脂,刺激松树细胞多分泌松脂,扩流而增产20-30%,由于不能增加产生松脂生物反应的原料,增产时期不能很长,只是一种中长期增产采脂方法,且松脂易乳化,不易澄清,影响产品加工质量。
本发明的目的在于提供一种不仅不损伤松树割口,不污染环境、无毒,而且能促进松树生长,对产品加工质量无影响、且有显著增脂效果的增脂剂。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
本增脂剂以稀土元素为主要组分,还包含有某些微量元素。
使用时的增脂剂溶液中包含稀土元素50-300ppm,微量元素0.1-1ppm,并控制溶液的PH值为4.8-5.2。
使用时将配好的溶液用雾化喷壶或毛刷施于松树新鲜采割面上,使湿润披露。从4-10月每月定期施用一次即可。
本增脂剂的作用机理与化学刺激法完全不同。本增脂剂是以稀土元素为主要组分,并配有适量微量元素,由于稀土元素具有较低的电负性和高的化学活性,可促进松树对营养矿质元素的吸收,增加产生松脂的营养来源,加强并加快光合作用及由光合作用生成糖类,再由糖类转化成松脂的生化过程。故形成了一种促生采脂的长周期增产的新方法。且稀土元素及微量元素本身又有营养增产作用,故增脂效果远远优于化学刺激法,经四年三个树种六个试验区5000多株样木采脂试验,增脂效果显著,湿地松平均增脂21-35%,火炬松平均增脂20-30%,马尾松平均增脂20-31%,本增脂剂安全无毒,不损伤割口,操作简便,不污染环境,且对加工产品质量无影响。
实施例:
①1克钼酸铵溶于80ml 50℃热水中得到溶液A;
②将50g硝酸稀土溶于90升水中,用硝酸调至PH=5.0,得溶液
B;
③将A加入到B中,混合,加水定量至100升,即为配好的增脂
剂溶液。

1.一种松树增脂剂,其特征在于施用时溶液中包含硝酸稀土50-300ppm,微量元素钼0.1-1ppm,PH=4.8-5.2。
