Abstract
가축분뇨를 고액분리하는 단계와; 고액분리된 가축분뇨를 폭기공정 및 탈질공정의 반복수행을 통해 호기성 처리 및 탈질하는 단계와; 상기 호기성 처리 및 탈질단계를 거친 가축분뇨는 침전조에서 UF 막의 여과를 통해 고형물을 제거하는 단계와; UF막에 의해 여과된 UF여과액에에 질소, 인산, 칼륨 성분을 갖는 첨가제를 첨가하는 단계와; 첨가제가 첨가된 UF 여과액을 발효시키는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가축분뇨를 이용한 기능성 발효액비의 제조방법을 제공한다.
상기와 같은 제조방법으로 제조된 발효액비는 작물 생육에 필요한 질소, 인산, 칼륨성분이 충분히 포함되어 있어 작물의 정상생육이 가능하고, 친환경적이며, 발효액비 상에 부유물질이 거의 존재하지 않아 악취로 인한 불편이 해소되며, 관비 재배시 노즐막힘을 방지할 수 있으며, 화학비료를 대체할 수 있다.

Claims (5)
- 가축분뇨를 고액분리하는 단계와; 고액분리된 가축분뇨를 폭기공정 및 탈질공정의 반복수행을 통해 호기성 처리 및 탈질하는 단계와; 상기 호기성 처리 및 탈질단계를 거친 가축분뇨는 침전조에서 UF 막의 여과를 통해 고형물을 제거하는 단계와; UF막에 의해 여과된 UF여과액에 질소, 인산, 칼륨 성분을 갖는 첨가제인 동물성 아미노산, 골분 및 해조추출물을 개별적으로 용해시킨 후 UF여과액에 첨가시키는 첨가제를 첨가하는 단계와; 첨가제가 첨가된 UF 여과액을 발효시키는 단계; 를 포함하여 이루어지되,
상기 골분은,
60% 농도의 질산을 가하여 2~8N 질산이 되도록 한 다음 1000℃의 전기회화로에서 1시간 가열후 자연냉각하여 소성처리하고, 소성처리된 골분을 UF여과액에 혼합하여 48시간 가량 정치한 것을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가축분뇨를 이용한 기능성 발효액비의 제조방법.
