本发明涉及一种双板式调节阀,包括阀体、转轴、转板、定轴及弹簧,所述转轴固定在阀体内腔,转轴包括外转轴及内转轴,所述外转轴套设在内转轴外,所述转板设置在阀体内腔,转板包括相对称的第一转板及第二转板,所述第一转板与外转轴固定连接,所述第二转板与内转轴固定连接,所述弹簧套设在内转轴上,弹簧包括上弹簧及下弹簧,所述上弹簧一端与内转轴固定连接,另一端与第二转板固定连接,所述下弹簧一端与外转轴连接,另一端与固定在阀体内的定轴固定连接。该双板式调节阀通过转轴及弹簧能够有效地控制转板的开合,控制灵活方便,不会有水锤撞击,也不会产生噪音,大大提高了阀门的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及阀门领域,尤其是一种双板式调节阀。
背景技术
以往使用的流量控制阀存在以下不足:1、调节流量时,由于用来调节流量的套筒受到介质的不平衡力,致使转动力矩大,尤其是大口径阀门,依靠人力有时根本无法转动调节手柄;2、弹簧及阀门直径等设计不尽合理,致使启动压差、流量控制精度及工作压差范围等重要指标达不到使用要求;3、容易受到水锤撞击,噪声大,使用寿命较低。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:为了提供一种结构简单、调节灵活方便、没有水锤撞击、没有噪音的双板式调节阀。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种双板式调节阀,包括阀体、转轴、转板、定轴及弹簧,所述转轴固定在阀体内腔,转轴一端伸出阀体外,转轴包括外转轴及内转轴,所述外转轴套设在内转轴外,所述转板设置在阀体内腔,转板包括相对称的第一转板及第二转板,所述第一转板与外转轴固定连接,所述第二转板与内转轴固定连接,外转轴、内转轴可分别通过控制第一转板、第二转板的旋转以实现阀体内腔的开启或关闭,所述弹簧套设在内转轴上,弹簧包括上弹簧及下弹簧,所述上弹簧一端与内转轴固定连接,另一端与第二转板固定连接,所述下弹簧一端与外转轴连接,另一端与固定在阀体内的定轴固定连接。 
在本发明的一较佳实施例中,所述定轴与转轴相平行。 
在本发明的一较佳实施例中,所述上弹簧与下弹簧相抵靠。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的双板式调节阀通过转轴及弹簧能够有效地控制转板的开合,控制灵活方便,不会有水锤撞击,也不会产生噪音,大大提高了阀门的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。这些附图均为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
如图1所示,一种双板式调节阀,包括阀体7、转轴、转板、定轴8及弹簧,所述转轴固定在阀体7内腔,转轴一端伸出阀体7外,转轴包括外转轴2及内转轴1,所述外转轴2套设在内转轴1外,所述转板设置在阀体7内腔,转板包括相对称的第一转板3及第二转板6,所述第一转板3与外转轴2固定连接,所述第二转板6与内转轴1固定连接,外转轴2、内转轴1可分别通过控制第一转板3、第二转板6的旋转以实现阀体7内腔的开启或关闭,所述弹簧套设在内转轴1上,弹簧包括上弹簧4及下弹簧5,上弹簧4与下弹簧5相抵靠,所述上弹簧4一端与内转轴1固定连接,另一端与第二转板6固定连接,所述下弹簧5一端与外转轴2连接,另一端与固定在阀体7内的定轴8固定连接。 
所述定轴8与转轴相平行,定轴8设置在转轴一侧,可以使下弹簧5产生较大扭矩。 
阀门在工作的时候,介质推开第一转板3及第二转板6,由于下弹簧5产生的扭矩M1通过第一转板3与外转轴2连接部位传递给外转轴2,扭矩方向为逆时针,与此同时,介质推动第二转板6形成另一个扭矩M2,通过上弹簧4传递给内转轴1,扭矩方向为顺时针,此时介质产生的扭矩与两弹簧产生的扭矩分别是相等的,如果我们需要对两转板的开启程度进行控制,那么我们就需要外加一个载荷,这个载荷形成扭矩M3与M4,分别作用在外转轴2和内转轴1上面,通过克服或者增加M1以及M2的大小实现双板开启程度的控制。
与现有技术相比,本发明的双板式调节阀通过转轴及弹簧能够有效地控制转板的开合,控制灵活方便,不会有水锤撞击,也不会产生噪音,大大提高了阀门的使用寿命。

1.一种双板式调节阀,其特征在于:包括阀体、转轴、转板、定轴及弹簧,所述转轴固定在阀体内腔,转轴一端伸出阀体外,转轴包括外转轴及内转轴,所述外转轴套设在内转轴外,所述转板设置在阀体内腔,转板包括相对称的第一转板及第二转板,所述第一转板与外转轴固定连接,所述第二转板与内转轴固定连接,外转轴、内转轴可分别通过控制第一转板、第二转板的旋转以实现阀体内腔的开启或关闭,所述弹簧套设在内转轴上,弹簧包括上弹簧及下弹簧,所述上弹簧一端与内转轴固定连接,另一端与第二转板固定连接,所述下弹簧一端与外转轴连接,另一端与固定在阀体内的定轴固定连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的双板式调节阀,其特征在于:所述定轴与转轴相平行。
3.如权利要求1所述的双板式调节阀,其特征在于:所述上弹簧与下弹簧相抵靠。
