本发明公开了一种抗静电耐光型锦纶混纺面料,其由100~150D/108F的锦纶丝、90~140D/120F的彩棉丝、100~130D/108F的涤纶丝混纺编织而成,所述的锦纶丝、彩棉丝、涤纶丝的质量比为(5~8):(2~4):(3~5);本发明的抗静电耐光型锦纶混纺面料,混纺了彩棉和涤纶,充分利用了彩棉不带自由电荷和涤纶耐光性好的优点,弥补了锦纶纤维性能的不足。

本发明属于服装面料技术领域,涉及一种混纺面料,具体涉及一种抗静电耐光型锦纶混纺面料。
背景技术
混纺纱是指由二种或二种以上不同纤维按一定比例混合纺制的纱线,混纺纱打破了单一纤维之间的界限,能够弥补单一某种纺织纤维的不足,体现各组分纤维的优越性,改善织物的服用功能,扩大适用范围。
市场上现有的混纺面料本身具有的功能和种类都还不够齐全,给混纺面料的研究和开发保留了很大的空间。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种抗静电耐光型锦纶混纺面料。
锦纶纤维易产生静电,耐热耐光性都不够好;彩棉不带自由电荷,纤维细腻柔软不易变形;涤纶耐光性好。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种抗静电耐光型锦纶混纺面料,其由100~150D/108F的锦纶丝、90~140D/120F的彩棉丝、100~130D/108F的涤纶丝混纺编织而成。
上述技术方案中,所述的锦纶丝、彩棉丝、涤纶丝的质量比为(5~8):(2~4):(3~5)。
优选的,所述的锦纶丝、彩棉丝、涤纶丝的质量比为7:3:4。
优选的,所述的锦纶丝线密度为120D/108F。
优选的,所述的彩棉丝线密度为110D/120F。
优选的,所述的涤纶丝线密度为120D/108F。
本发明的抗静电耐光型锦纶混纺面料,混纺了彩棉和涤纶,充分利用了彩棉不带自由电荷和涤纶耐光性好的优点,弥补了锦纶纤维性能的不足。

本发明的抗静电耐光型锦纶混纺面料,其由150D/108F的锦纶丝、140D/120F的彩棉丝、130D/108F的涤纶丝混纺编织而成;锦纶丝、彩棉丝、涤纶丝的质量比为8:4:5。
实施例3
本发明的抗静电耐光型锦纶混纺面料,其由120D/108F的锦纶丝、110D/120F的彩棉丝、120D/108F的涤纶丝混纺编织而成;锦纶丝、彩棉丝、涤纶丝的质量比为7:3:4。

由100~150D/108F的锦纶丝、90~140D/120F的彩棉丝、100~130D/108F的涤纶丝混纺编织而成;
所述的锦纶丝、彩棉丝、涤纶丝的质量比为(5~8):(2~4):(3~5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗静电耐光型锦纶混纺面料,其特征在于:所述的锦纶丝、彩棉丝、涤纶丝的质量比为7:3:4。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗静电耐光型锦纶混纺面料,其特征在于:所述的锦纶丝线密度为120D/108F。
4.根据权利要求1所述的抗静电耐光型锦纶混纺面料,其特征在于:所述的彩棉丝线密度为110D/120F。
