Abstract
粉末涂料用特效消光硫酸钡的生产工艺,涉及粉末涂料生产技术领域,特别是其原料消光硫酸钡的生产工艺。本发明将硫酸钡进行两次分级处理。经过本发明工艺处理后的产品消光效果大大提高,同时最大粒径也能满足客户产品质量的要求,在消光效果以及涂膜表面光滑度之间取得满意的平衡。

技术领域
本发明涉及粉末涂料生产技术领域,特别是其原料消光硫酸钡的生产工艺。
背景技术
现有的粉末涂料用消光硫酸钡产品存在两个方面的问题:从消光效果来讲,硫酸钡粒径越大,消光效果越好,但粒径太大,涂膜表面光滑度不好,粒径越小,消光效果越差。正常产品中粒径细的成分较多,影响消光效果。
发明内容
本发明目的是提出一种能克服现有技术缺陷的粉末涂料用特效消光硫酸钡的生产工艺。
本发明将硫酸钡进行两次分级处理。
经过本发明工艺处理后的产品消光效果大大提高,同时最大粒径也能满足客户产品质量的要求,在消光效果以及涂膜表面光滑度之间取得满意的平衡。
第一次分级处理,目的是除去粉体中粒径大的部分,取得粒径D50为7~10μm 的硫酸钡初品。
第二次分级处理,目的是除去粉体中粒径细的部分,取得粒径D50为15~20μm 的硫酸钡终产品。
具体实施方式
一、生产工艺
1.用雷蒙磨生产普通消光钡,分级机转速为500±50转/分,得到粒径D50为7~10μm 的硫酸钡初品。
2.将普通消光钡经二次分级,分级机转速为2400±100转/分,得到粒径D50为15~20μm 的硫酸钡终产品。
二、两种产品粒径数据对照:

由上表可见:使用改进后的产品光度较正常要降低20度,达到30~40度。

1.粉末涂料用特效消光硫酸钡的生产工艺,其特征在于将硫酸钡进行两次分级处理。
2.根据权利要求1所述生产工艺,其特征在于第一次分级处理取得粒径D50为7~10μm 的硫酸钡初品。
3.根据权利要求1所述生产工艺,其特征在于第二次分级处理取得粒径D50为15~20μm 的硫酸钡终产品。
