Abstract

本发明提供一种半自动钢板切割机的辅助装置，通过将第一切割机和第二切割机放在滑行轨道上滑行，在滑行轨道左侧设置钢板移动放置机构放置钢板移动钢板，在钢板移动放置机构的左侧设置固定块固定，滑行轨道与钢板移动放置机构之间设置定位块与钢板接触，固定块和定位块同时作用进行固定定位；由于钢板移动放置机构四角的转向滚轮的高度高于固定块的高度，因此钢板移动放置机构可轻松的移动钢板固定好进行切割；同时本装置采用两台切割机先后切割钢板，两台切割机之间的距离可调，可以很有效的切割钢板；本装置结构简单易操作，可以很有效便捷对钢板进行切割，提高了生产效率，适用于生产中。

一种半自动钢板切割机的辅助装置
技术领域
本发明涉及半自动钢板切割机的领域，尤其涉及一种工字型钢板的半自动切割机的辅助装置。
背景技术
钢板切割机指利用天然气火焰（氧-天然气）将被切割的金属预热到能够剧烈燃烧的燃点，再释放出高压氧气流，使金属进一步剧烈氧化并将燃烧产生的熔渣吹掉形成切口的过程。在生产中需对钢板进行切割，钢板较长较重，实际操作时需保证其准确度和效率，而现在在生产对钢板的切割效率低，因此解决上述问题就显得十分必要了。
发明内容
本发明提供一种半自动钢板切割机的辅助装置，通过在滑行轨道设置切割机进行切割，采用钢板移动机构对钢板移动，通过固定块对其定位固定，可以高效率的对钢板进行切割，解决了背景技术中出现的问题。
为了解决上述问题，本发明提供了一种半自动钢板切割机的辅助装置，包括滑行轨道，第一切割机和第二切割机，第一切割机和第二切割机设置在滑行轨道上在滑行轨道上滑行，所述滑行轨道的左侧设置有钢板移动放置机构，钢板移动放置机构包括横向的放置板以及设置在放置板底部四角的转向滚轮和设置在放置板两侧边的挡边；所述钢板移动放置机构的左侧设置有至少5个固定块，固定块右侧伸出有可转动的固定柱，固定柱右侧固定在钢板上。
进一步改进在于：所述滑行轨道与钢板移动放置机构之间设置有定位块，钢板与定位块接触。
进一步改进在于：所述钢板移动放置机构四角的转向滚轮的高度高于固定块的高度。
进一步改进在于：第一切割机和第二切割机中间设置有连接机构，连接机构包括设置在第一切割机上的第一连接柱和设置在第二切割机上的第二连接柱，第一连接柱为空心的其直径大于第二连接柱的直径，第二连接柱插入第一连接柱通过螺钉连接使得连接机构长度可调节。
本发明的有益效果：本装置通过将第一切割机和第二切割机放在滑行轨道上滑行，在滑行轨道左侧设置钢板移动放置机构放置钢板移动钢板，在钢板移动放置机构的左侧设置固定块固定，滑行轨道与钢板移动放置机构之间设置定位块与钢板接触，固定块和定位块同时作用进行固定定位；由于钢板移动放置机构四角的转向滚轮的高度高于固定块的高度，因此钢板移动放置机构可轻松的移动钢板固定好进行切割；同时本装置采用两台切割机先后切割钢板，两台切割机之间的距离可调，可以很有效的切割钢板；本装置结构简单易操作，可以很有效便捷对钢板进行切割，提高了生产效率，适用于生产中。

如图1和2所示，本实施例提供一种半自动钢板切割机的辅助装置，包括滑行轨道1，第一切割机2和第二切割机3，第一切割机2和第二切割机3设置在滑行轨道1上在滑行轨道1上滑行，所述滑行轨道1的左侧设置有钢板移动放置机构4，钢板移动放置机构4包括横向的放置板5以及设置在放置板5底部四角的转向滚轮6和设置在放置板5两侧边的挡边7；所述钢板移动放置机构4的左侧设置有5个固定块8，固定块8右侧伸出有可转动的固定柱9，固定柱9右侧固定在钢板14上；所述滑行轨道1与钢板移动放置机构4之间设置有定位块10，钢板14与定位块10接触；所述钢板移动放置机构4四角的转向滚轮6的高度高于固定块8的高度；第一切割机2和第二切割机3中间设置有连接机构11，连接机构11包括设置在第一切割机2上的第一连接柱12和设置在第二切割机3上的第二连接柱13，第一连接柱12为空心的其直径大于第二连接柱13的直径，第二连接柱13插入第一连接柱12通过螺钉连接使得连接机构11长度可调节。
