背景技术
痛经是妇女在经期或行经前后，在少腹及腰部发生疼痛的一种妇科病，亦称“经行腹痛”。轻者腰腹疼痛，重者剧痛难忍，呻吟不止，面色苍白，手足厥冷，头晕欲吐。对妇女身心健康造成很大痛苦，是妇科常见病之一。据国内抽样调查显示，我国妇女中痛经的发生率为33.1％，其中原发性痛经占75％，是影响妇女工作学习和生活质量的主要疾病之一。
气滞血瘀型痛经多因情志不悦，肝失条达，气机阻滞，久病入络，气血不和，运血失权，瘀阻经络。主证有经前或经期少腹胀痛拒按，经血量少，色黑有块，块下痛暂减，经前乳房胀痛，胸胁不舒，性情急躁，眼周发褐色，口苦目眩，善太息，脉沉弦或涩紧，舌两旁有瘀点或满舌紫黯，舌、脉均属气滞血瘀之证。

本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷，提供一种专门治疗气滞血瘀型痛经的中药组合物，它对于治疗气滞血瘀型痛经疗效明显，安全方便，副作用小。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种治疗气滞血瘀型痛经的中药组合物，其特征在于：各原料的重量配比为: 柴胡6-9、白芍10-15、当归10-20、川芎6-12、延胡索10-15、桃仁10-15、红花10-20、五灵脂6-9、枳壳10-20、乌药10-15、香附10-15、牡丹皮10-15、王不留行10-15、吴茱萸6-10、法半夏10-15、生姜6-10 、血竭0.3-1、甘草3-6。
一种治疗气滞血瘀型痛经的中药组合物，其优选为：各原料的重量配比为: 柴胡8、白芍12、当归15、川芎10、延胡索12、桃仁12、红花15、五灵脂8、枳壳18、乌药12、香附12、牡丹皮12、王不留行12、吴茱萸8、法半夏12、生姜8、血竭0.5、甘草5。
本发明的配制方法如下：将上述中药（除血竭）用冷水浸泡1小时后煎煮，煎煮水份超过中药2-3公分，在水沸腾后用文火煎煮50分钟，过滤倒出药液即可，血竭在服用药液时一并冲服。分早晚，一日两次。
具体实施方式：
一种治疗气滞血瘀型痛经的中药组合物，其优选为：各原料的重量配比为: 柴胡8g、白芍12g、当归15g、川芎10g、延胡索12g、桃仁12g、红花15g、五灵脂8g、枳壳18g、乌药12g、香附12g、牡丹皮12g、王不留行12g、吴茱萸8g、法半夏12g、生姜8g、血竭0.5g、甘草5g。
称取以上对应组的原料组分，按照汤药的常规制法，加水煮成汤剂服用，血竭在服用药液时一并冲服。分早晚，一日两次。
临床观察：
一般资料：
(1)气滞血瘀证症状轻重分级表:
（2）病情程度分级标准：
综合上述症状、体征评分，以判定病情程度。
轻度：症状、体征积分和<8分。
中度：症状、体征积分和8～14分。
重度：症状、体征积分和>14分。
（3）疗效评定标准 ：
本发明主要用于气滞血瘀型痛经，故以痛经症状和程度的改善情况为疗效评定标准，分为以下四种：
治愈：治疗后经行腹痛消失，痛经症状积分减少≥90％；停药后3个月经周期未复发。
显效：治疗后经行腹痛明显减轻，痛经症状积分减少≥70％，<90％。
有效：治疗后经行腹痛减轻，痛经症状积分减少≥30％，<70％。
无效：治疗后经行腹痛无改善或加重，痛经症状积分减少<30％。
本发明人于2010年1月至2014年1月，对220例患者进行临床观察治疗。根据《中医病证诊断疗效标准》,经中医辨证确诊为气滞血瘀型痛经。其中重度者22例，中度者82例，轻度者116例。
(4)治疗方法：
用本发明的药物用水煎煮取药液，血竭在服用药液时一并冲服。每月经前连服7剂，调治持续3个月经周期，巩固疗效。
(5)治疗效果：
临床治愈165例，显效36例，有效16例，无效3例，所有病例均无不良反应。
(6)总结： 有效率98.6％，治愈率75％。
本发明通过理气行滞，化瘀止痛，改善症状，达到治疗痛经的效果。该方中，柴胡、枳壳、白芍、乌药、香附，疏肝理气止痛；当归、川芎、桃仁、红花、牡丹皮、王不留行，活血行瘀通经；五灵脂、延胡索、血竭，化瘀止痛；吴茱萸、法半夏、生姜，温中止痛、理气燥湿、降逆止呕；甘草和中缓急、调和诸药。全方共奏疏肝理气、活血止痛之功，血行赖于气，气行则血行，气顺血调疼痛自止。其疗效显著，大大减轻了患者痛苦，复发率明显下降，提高了患者的生活质量，而且无副作用，病人可安心服用。本发明的中药，疗效好，见效快，无副作用，有效率达98.6％。
为证明本发明具有很好的疗效，列举典型病例如下：
病例1.
王某，女，28岁，已婚，平素工作繁忙，压力较大，2011年6月7日初诊。痛经半年，末次月经5月12日，经前及行经时小腹胀痛，经血量少，色紫黑且有血块，淋沥不畅，乳房胀痛，口服布洛芬后，疼痛才有所缓解。诊时小腹及乳房微胀不适，其余无明显不适。舌黯红，苔白，脉弦。西医诊断：原发性痛经。中医诊断：痛经（气滞血瘀型）。以本发明汤剂调治，于经前一周开始服药，连服7日，每日两次。6月14日（月经第一天）复诊：小腹胀痛，但较前减轻，乳房胀而不痛，经血量有所增加，来得顺畅，色紫黑，血块排出后疼痛有所缓解，舌黯红，苔白，脉沉弦。嘱患者于下月经前一周续服本方，服两个疗程后复诊。2011年8月10日复诊，疗效已显，约过2-3日，月经将至，现无不适，脉舌大致同前。
病例2.
赵某，女，17岁，学生。2013年12月26日初诊。末次月经11月29日。因学习紧张致每次行经前3天始少腹呈持续性剧痛，直至瘀块排出后疼痛缓解，病程已有一年，曾间断服用元胡止痛片暂效，查舌质黯，有瘀斑，舌苔薄白，脉弦。现值经前，乳房胀痛、易生气。中医诊断：痛经（气滞血瘀型）；西医诊断：原发性痛经。予本发明汤剂7剂。2014年1月3日复诊，月经于2013年12月29日来潮，此次疼痛减轻，现无明显不适。之后于2014年1月23日及2月23日分别给予本发明汤剂7剂，之后行经未再出现明显疼痛。

1.一种治疗气滞血瘀型痛经的中药组合物，其特征在于：各原料的重量配比为：柴胡6-9、白芍10-15、当归10-20、川芎6-12、延胡索10-15、桃仁10-15、红花10-20、五灵脂6-9、枳壳10-20、乌药10-15、香附10-15、牡丹皮10-15、王不留行10-15、吴茱萸6-10、法半夏10-15、生姜6-10 、血竭0.3-1、甘草3-6。
