本发明涉及食品及其制备方法领域,具体而言涉及一种补脑益智薯片及其制备方法。
背景技术
薯片是儿童和年轻人非常喜爱的一种零食,由于其酥脆的口感、多变的口味使其成为人们休闲娱乐的首选食品。目前,市售的薯片多需经过油炸,营养不全面,没有保健功效,针对上述弊端,本发明选择多种补脑益智水果和药草作为原料,研制出一种补脑益智薯片。
发明内容
本发明提出一种补脑益智薯片及其制备方法,该补脑益智薯片不需油炸,营养丰富,补脑益智。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种补脑益智薯片,按照重量份数计算,包括如下原料:马铃薯50-60份、紫薯10-15份、豌豆粉10-15份、黑芝麻5-7份、苹果10-15份、火龙果10-15份、桑葚10-15份、鱼肉松5-10份、小麦胚芽3-5份、酸枣仁1-2份、远志1-2份。
进一步,按照重量份数计算,包括如下原料:马铃薯50份、紫薯10份、豌豆粉10份、黑芝麻5份、苹果10份、火龙果10份、桑葚10份、鱼肉松5份、小麦胚芽3份、酸枣仁1份、远志1份。
进一步,按照重量份数计算,包括如下原料:马铃薯55份、紫薯12份、豌豆粉13份、黑芝麻6份、苹果13份、火龙果13份、桑葚13份、鱼肉松8份、小麦胚芽4份、酸枣仁1.5份、远志1.5份。
进一步,按照重量份数计算,包括如下原料:马铃薯60份、紫薯15份、豌豆粉15份、黑芝麻7份、苹果15份、火龙果15份、桑葚15份、鱼肉松10份、小麦胚芽5份、酸枣仁2份、远志2份。
另,本发明还提供一种如上所述补脑益智薯片的制备方法,该制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将小麦胚芽、酸枣仁、远志研磨成100目的粉末;
(2)将马铃薯、紫薯、苹果蒸熟,加入鱼肉松、豌豆粉、黑芝麻、火龙果、桑葚和步骤(1)的粉末捣成泥,制成薯片坯;
(3)将步骤(2)的薯片坯放入烤箱中,190-200℃烤制10分钟,取出冷却,即得所述一种补脑益智薯片。
本发明的有益效果如下:
1、口味清香,营养丰富。
2、非油炸,补脑益智。

马铃薯50份、紫薯10份、豌豆粉10份、黑芝麻5份、苹果10份、火龙果10份、桑葚10份、鱼肉松5份、小麦胚芽3份、酸枣仁1份、远志1份。
实施例三:
马铃薯55份、紫薯12份、豌豆粉13份、黑芝麻6份、苹果13份、火龙果13份、桑葚13份、鱼肉松8份、小麦胚芽4份、酸枣仁1.5份、远志1.5份。
实施例四:
马铃薯60份、紫薯15份、豌豆粉15份、黑芝麻7份、苹果15份、火龙果15份、桑葚15份、鱼肉松10份、小麦胚芽5份、酸枣仁2份、远志2份。
实施例五:
上述实施例一至四采用的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将小麦胚芽、酸枣仁、远志研磨成100目的粉末;
(2)将马铃薯、紫薯、苹果蒸熟,加入鱼肉松、豌豆粉、黑芝麻、火龙果、桑葚和步骤(1)的粉末捣成泥,制成薯片坯;
(3)将步骤(2)的薯片坯放入烤箱中,190-200℃烤制10分钟,取出冷却,即得所述一种补脑益智薯片。
此外,应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施例中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。

5.一种如权利要求1-4任一所述补脑益智薯片的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将小麦胚芽、酸枣仁、远志研磨成100目的粉末;
(2)将马铃薯、紫薯、苹果蒸熟,加入鱼肉松、豌豆粉、黑芝麻、火龙果、桑葚和步骤(1)的粉末捣成泥,制成薯片坯;
(3)将步骤(2)的薯片坯放入烤箱中,190-200℃烤制10分钟,取出冷却,即得所述一种补脑益智薯片。
