The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a call control method and a mobile terminal, which can provide better user experience for a user when the user uses a network telephone based on the mobile terminal.
To solve the above technical problem, a call control method of the present invention includes:
when the mobile terminal is in a call state of the network telephone, if a user needs to perform other operations needing to occupy system audio equipment resources, the network telephone is kept in an online state, and the system audio equipment resources are transferred to the other operations needing to occupy the system audio equipment resources, which are performed by the user.

the mobile terminal selects and records the execution time of the operation according to the type of other operations needing to occupy system audio equipment resources to be performed by a user, and exits from the network telephone when the execution time reaches a preset time threshold and the operation is not finished; and when the operation is finished within a preset time threshold, returning the system audio equipment resources to the online network telephone, and recovering the conversation state of the network telephone.
Further, the operation that other users need to occupy the system audio equipment resource is mobile network telephone call or audio content playing; the execution time is the call time of the mobile network telephone or the playing time of the audio content playing, and when the call time or the playing time reaches a preset time threshold value, the mobile network telephone or the audio content playing is not finished yet, the network telephone is quitted; and when the mobile network telephone or the audio content playing is finished within a preset time threshold, returning the system audio equipment resources to the network telephone in the online state, and recovering the conversation state of the network telephone.
Further, the method further comprises:
when the mobile terminal is in a conversation state of one of the one-to-one voice network telephone and the chat room real-time chat network telephone, if the user wants to carry out another network telephone except the network telephone in the conversation state, the operation of the user is refused, and the user is prompted.
Further, a mobile terminal comprising: a network telephone unit and a control unit, wherein:
the network telephone unit is used for keeping the network telephone in an online state if a user needs to perform other operations needing to occupy system audio equipment resources when the network telephone unit is in a call state of the network telephone;
and the control unit is used for transferring the system audio equipment resources to other operations needing to occupy the system audio equipment resources, which are required by the user.

Detailed Description
The invention will be described in detail hereinafter with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with embodiments. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
As shown in fig. 1, the call control method of the present application includes:
step 101: the mobile terminal is in the conversation state of the network telephone, and if the user wants to perform operations of other devices except the network telephone, which need to occupy the system audio equipment resources, the network telephone is kept in the online state;

In the application, the other operation that the user wants to occupy the system audio device resource may be voice recording or voice playing, for example, in a call state of the internet phone, the user tries to play voice information, voice introduction, tries to record voice information, voice introduction, and the like.
Under the condition, after the voice recording or voice playing is finished, the mobile terminal returns the system audio equipment resources to the network telephone in the online state, and recovers the conversation state of the network telephone. The voice recording and the voice playing belong to operation types which can not last for a long time, therefore, the priority of the operation is temporarily adjusted to be the highest aiming at the operation of the type, the system audio equipment resource is preferentially used, and when the operation occupies the system audio equipment resource, the online state of the network telephone is continuously maintained; and when waiting for the completion of occupying the system audio equipment resources by the operation, returning the system audio equipment resources to the online network telephone.
In this application, after the system audio device resource is handed over to another operation that needs to occupy the system audio device resource, the method may further include: the mobile terminal selectively records the execution time of the operation according to the type of other operations needing to occupy the system audio equipment resource, and quits the network telephone when the execution time reaches the preset time threshold value and the operation is not finished; and when the operation is finished within the preset time threshold, returning the system audio equipment resources to the online phone in the online state, and recovering the conversation state of the online phone.
In the application, other operations needing to be carried out by the user and occupying the system audio equipment resources are mobile network telephone conversation or audio content playing. The execution time is the call time of the mobile network telephone or the playing time of the audio content playing, and if the call time or the playing time reaches a preset time threshold value, the mobile network telephone or the audio content playing is not finished yet, the network telephone is quitted; if the mobile network telephone or the audio content playing is finished within the preset time threshold, returning the system audio equipment resource to the network telephone in the online state, and recovering the conversation state of the network telephone.
For example, in the present application, when the mobile terminal is performing an internet phone call, and if there is a mobile internet phone call outside or the user selects another APP that may occupy the system audio device resource to perform a song or sound playing operation, the priority of the occupied situations is set to be the highest, and the system audio device resource is preferentially used and handed out. Because the operation of the type may last for a long time, for the operation of the type, the mobile terminal records the execution time of the operation, compares the recorded execution time with a preset time threshold (for example, set to 1 minute), and when the execution time is greater than the time threshold, determines that the current demand of the user for the operation of the type is the highest, the demand of the user is taken as the leading factor, in order to ensure the experience of other users who are talking in the network phone, the user is processed to exit the network phone, and the user does not need to switch into the network phone again to turn off or interrupt; if the execution time is not larger than the time threshold, namely the mobile network telephone or the audio content playing is finished within the preset time threshold, returning the system audio equipment resource to the network telephone in the online state, and recovering the conversation state of the network telephone.
When the mobile terminal is in a conversation state of one of the one-to-one voice network telephone and the chat room real-time chat network telephone, if the user wants to carry out another network telephone except the network telephone in the conversation state, the operation of the user is refused, and the user is prompted. For example, if the mobile terminal is currently in a conversation state of the one-to-one voice network telephone and the user wants to chat the network telephone in the chat room in real time, the operation of the user is rejected and the user prompt is performed; if the mobile terminal is currently in the chat room for real-time chat network telephone, the user needs to carry out one-to-one voice network telephone, the operation of the user is also refused, and the user is prompted. In the application, the one-to-one voice network telephone and the chat room real-time chat network telephone are set to be in the same grade, and the two telephones cannot exist at the same time, so that the user is given obvious prompt, and inconvenience brought by misoperation is avoided.
Moreover, in the application, when the mobile terminal is in the call state of the network telephone and the user needs to perform other operations requiring the occupation of the system audio equipment resources, the mobile terminal can also prompt the user that the operation to be performed and the network telephone currently performed cannot be performed simultaneously, so that the user selects to continue to perform the network telephone and abandon the other operations requiring the occupation of the system audio equipment resources; or interrupting the network telephone and executing other operations needing to occupy the system audio equipment resources; if the user selects to continue the network telephone, the operation is abandoned; if the user selects to execute other operations needing to occupy the system audio equipment resource, the network telephone is kept in an online state, and the system audio equipment resource is transferred to other operations needing to occupy the system audio equipment resource, which are performed by the user.
As shown in fig. 2, the present application also provides a mobile terminal, including: a network telephone unit and a control unit, wherein:
the network telephone unit is used for keeping the network telephone in an online state if a user needs to perform other operations needing to occupy system audio equipment resources when the network telephone is in a conversation state;
and the control unit is used for transferring the system audio equipment resources to other operations needing to occupy the system audio equipment resources, which are required by the user.
The network telephone is a one-to-one voice network telephone or a chat room real-time chat network telephone.
And the control unit is also used for returning the system audio equipment resources to the network telephone in the online state after the operation is finished according to the type of other operations needing to occupy the system audio equipment resources by the user, and recovering the conversation state of the network telephone. the control unit is also used for selecting and recording the execution time of other operations needing to occupy the system audio equipment resources according to the types of the operations to be performed by the user, and quitting the network telephone when the execution time reaches the preset time threshold value and the operation is not finished; and when the operation is finished within the preset time threshold, returning the system audio equipment resources to the online phone in the online state, and recovering the conversation state of the online phone. Other operations to be carried out by the user and needing to occupy the resources of the system audio equipment are mobile network telephone conversation or audio content playing.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the various modules or steps of the invention described above can be implemented using a general purpose computing device, that they can be centralized on a single computing device or distributed across a network of computing devices, and that they can alternatively be implemented using program code executable by a computing device, such that the steps illustrated and described herein can be performed by a computing device stored in a memory device and, in some cases, performed in an order different than that used herein, or separately fabricated into various integrated circuit modules, or multiple modules or steps thereof, and implemented as a single integrated circuit module. Thus, the present invention is not limited to any specific combination of hardware and software.
