Example 1:
the embodiment provides a call forwarding method, which is realized based on a call forwarding system, wherein the call forwarding system comprises a calling terminal, a called terminal, a forwarding terminal and a server, and the calling terminal, the called terminal and the forwarding terminal are all in communication connection with the server; as shown in fig. 1, the call forwarding method includes the steps of:
a calling terminal sends calling terminal identification information and a communication request to a called terminal through a server;
the called terminal receives and outputs the calling terminal identification information and the communication request sent by the server, and judges whether a receipt instruction is received within a preset time, wherein the receipt instruction comprises a response instruction, a refusing instruction or a call transfer instruction, and if the called terminal receives the receipt instruction which is the call transfer instruction, the next step is carried out;
the called terminal sends the called terminal identification information and a transfer communication request to the transfer terminal through the server;
the transfer terminal receives and outputs the called terminal identification information and the transfer communication request sent by the server, and judges whether a transfer communication receiving instruction is received within preset time, if so, the next step is carried out, if not, if the transfer terminal cannot receive the transfer communication request or the transfer terminal receives a call transfer failure condition such as a rejection instruction, the server feeds back the call transfer failure information to the called terminal, and the called terminal judges whether a receipt instruction is received within the preset time again;
the server sends the calling terminal identification information and the communication request sent by the calling terminal to the transfer terminal, the calling terminal and the transfer terminal establish a communication connection relation, and then the server feeds back the call transfer success information to the called terminal.
The embodiment can realize the real-time control of call forwarding and simultaneously acquire the feedback of call forwarding; specifically, in the implementation process of this embodiment, when the calling terminal requests to establish a communication connection with the called terminal, and the called terminal receives the identification information of the calling terminal and the communication request, the operating user of the called terminal may select to perform call forwarding on the communication request of the calling terminal based on the actual situation at that time; after the transfer terminal receives the transfer communication request, the communication connection between the calling terminal and the transfer terminal can be established, so that the called terminal can carry out the call transfer operation in real time, the application limitation caused by presetting the call transfer is avoided, and the user experience is effectively improved.
In this embodiment, after the called terminal receives the receipt instruction, the call forwarding method further includes the following steps:
if the receipt instruction is a response instruction, the calling terminal and the called terminal establish a communication connection relation;
if the receipt instruction is a rejection instruction, the server feeds back call failure information to the calling terminal.
In this embodiment, after the called terminal determines whether the receipt instruction is received within the predetermined time, the call forwarding method further includes the following steps:
if the called terminal does not receive the receipt instruction, such as the user is busy, the called terminal is not operated, or the called terminal is out of power, the called terminal feeds back the call failure information to the calling terminal and/or sends the called terminal identification information and the transfer communication request to the preset transfer terminal through the server, which is not limited herein.
In this embodiment, after the communication connection relationship is established between the calling terminal and the called terminal, the call forwarding method further includes the following steps:
the called terminal judges whether a call transfer instruction is received, if so, the called terminal sends called terminal identification information and a transfer communication request to the transfer terminal through the server, and if not, the called terminal does not act.
It should be understood that, the setting of this step enables the called terminal to perform call forwarding in the call process, so as to adapt to situations such as insufficient power, inconvenience of the user corresponding to the called terminal, and the like, which occur in the call process of the called terminal.
In this embodiment, after the called terminal receives and outputs the identification information of the calling terminal and the communication request sent by the server, the call forwarding method further includes the following steps:
and the called terminal judges whether the contact information corresponding to the identification information of the calling terminal is stored or not, if so, the contact information corresponding to the identification information of the calling terminal is broadcasted, and if not, the identification information of the calling terminal is broadcasted.
It should be understood that the contact information or the identification information of the calling terminal corresponding to the identification information of the calling terminal is reported to remind the user of the incoming call, so that the user can know the information of the caller in real time, and the user can conveniently respond to the current communication request in time.
In this embodiment, after the called terminal receives and outputs the identification information of the calling terminal and the communication request sent by the server, the call forwarding method further includes the following steps:
the called terminal judges whether the called terminal is in a disturbance-free mode, if so, the called terminal sends called terminal identification information and a transfer communication request to a preset transfer terminal through the server, and if not, whether a receipt instruction is received within preset time is judged.
It should be understood that, when the user sets the called terminal to the disturbance-free mode in advance, the called terminal does not perform call reminding after receiving the identification information of the calling terminal and the communication request, but directly performs call forwarding operation, thereby avoiding disturbing the user rest.
In the prior art, after a part of smart phones are connected with a bluetooth headset, the names of contact persons or broadcast numbers are unknown numbers through the bluetooth headset, and when an incoming call is received, commands of 'answering the call' and 'hanging up the call' can be spoken to the bluetooth headset to perform voice operation on a call process; the call forwarding method further comprises the steps of:
the called terminal judges whether the Bluetooth earphone identification information and the Bluetooth connection request are received in real time, if so, the called terminal establishes a connection relation with the Bluetooth earphone corresponding to the Bluetooth earphone identification information, and then the called terminal performs instruction interaction such as receipt instruction receiving, communication transfer request receiving, communication request output and the like sent by the server through the Bluetooth earphone; if not, the called terminal does not act. That is, after the communication connection relationship between the calling terminal and the called terminal is established, the called terminal communicates with the calling terminal through the bluetooth headset, that is, the user can send information such as voice information to the calling terminal through the bluetooth headset, and receive information such as voice information sent by the calling terminal through the bluetooth headset.
After the called terminal receives and outputs the calling terminal identification information and the communication request sent by the server, the call transfer method further comprises the following steps:
and the called terminal broadcasts the contact information or the identification information of the calling terminal corresponding to the identification information of the calling terminal through a Bluetooth headset.
It should be noted that, the setting of the bluetooth headset can enable the user to perform the call forwarding operation based on the bluetooth headset in a voice control manner, so that both hands and eyes of the user can be effectively liberated, and the convenience of the call forwarding operation is improved.
It should be understood that, a bluetooth headset usually includes two monaural headsets, and in the prior art, when there are two users to listen to a song or the like by using a pair of bluetooth headsets at the same time, it is usually necessary for the two monaural headsets to perform instruction interaction at the same time when a call comes, resulting in poor user experience. In order to solve the technical problem, in this embodiment, after the called terminal establishes a connection relationship with the bluetooth headset corresponding to the bluetooth headset identification information and receives and outputs the calling terminal identification information and the communication request sent by the server, the call forwarding method further includes the following steps:
the called terminal judges whether the identification information of any one single-ear earphone and the single-ear mode switching request are received in real time, if so, the called terminal carries out instruction interaction through the single-ear earphone corresponding to the identification information of the current single-ear earphone, the other single-ear earphone does not act, and if not, the called terminal does not act. That is, when two users use the same pair of bluetooth headsets simultaneously, when a certain user receives a communication request, the bluetooth headset can be switched from a binaural mode to a monaural mode through interaction, and at the moment, when the user operates an incoming call, the normal use of the bluetooth headset by the other user is not influenced.
In this embodiment, the call transfer system further includes a vehicle-mounted sound box, the vehicle-mounted sound box is wirelessly connected with the called terminal, and the vehicle-mounted sound box has a function of receiving and sending voice information; the call forwarding method further comprises the following steps:
the called terminal judges whether the vehicle-mounted equipment identification information and the Bluetooth conversion request are received in real time, if so, the next step is carried out, and if not, the called terminal does not act;
the called terminal disconnects the connection relation with the Bluetooth headset, establishes the connection relation with the vehicle-mounted sound box corresponding to the current vehicle-mounted equipment identification information, and then carries out instruction interaction through the vehicle-mounted sound box.
It should be understood that the vehicle-mounted speaker can be used in place of the bluetooth headset to broadcast the contact information or the identification information of the calling terminal corresponding to the identification information of the calling terminal, and enable the called terminal to communicate with the calling terminal through the speaker of the device, so as to facilitate sharing of the call information of the called terminal with other users.
