Abstract
本发明公开了一种屏幕保护膜,包括由下至上依次设置的粘胶层(1)、基板层(2)、第一电导层(3)、电变色层(4)、第二电导层(5)和离型膜层(6),还包括一外接的红外控制装置,所述红外控制装置包括红外传感器、控制单元、可调阻抗、电源和开关,所述控制单元为由单片机控制的核心控制系统,所述可调阻抗、电源、开关、第一电导层(3)和第二电导层(4)串联连接成一回路,所述可调阻抗和开关分别连接至单片机的通用端口;该屏幕保护膜能够用于手机、电脑、电视等电子显示屏的表面贴膜,保护电子显示屏幕不受损伤,延长电子显示屏的使用寿命,同时具有保护视力的作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电子设备的配件,尤其涉及的是一种屏幕保护膜。
背景技术
随着现代化科技越来越多,电脑和手机的使用也越来越广泛,现在几乎没人都备有一部手机或者家里都备用着电脑,而正是因为如此,近视的人群数量越来越大。根据卫生部、教育部的联合调查,目前我国学生的近视发病率接近60%,居世界第二位,近视人数为世界之首,高中生的近视率更高达70%以上,电子设备严重威胁着青少年的视力,而目前尚未有一种很好的手段来预防这些问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供了一种屏幕保护膜,以提供一种能够保护视力,预防近视的电子屏幕贴膜。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种屏幕保护膜,包括由下至上依次设置的粘胶层(1)、基板层(2)、第一电导层(3)、电变色层(4)、第二电导层(5)和离型膜层(6),还包括一外接的红外控制装置,所述红外控制装置包括红外传感器、控制单元、可调阻抗、电源和开关,所述控制单元为由单片机控制的核心控制系统,所述可调阻抗、电源、开关、第一电导层(3)和第二电导层(4)串联连接成一回路,所述可调阻抗和开关分别连接至单片机的通用端口;所述红外传感器的信号接收电路布设于屏幕保护膜周缘,以保证人眼处于各个角度时都能获得信号,保证感应的灵敏度,确保距离值的准确性,同时不影响主屏幕的外观。
优选地,所述电变色层(4)为一电变色薄膜,其成分为由苯胺单体、二氧乙基噻吩单体或紫晶单体聚合而成的高分子聚合物,或者为普鲁士蓝衍生物。
优选地,所述电变色层(4)为一层胶态或固态电解质,该电解质的成分包括碱金属盐、溶剂以及高分子材料,其中,所述碱金属盐为三氟甲基磺酸锂、高氯酸锂或四烷基铵盐;溶剂为碳酸异丙烯酯、碳酸乙二酯或四氢呋喃;高分子材料为聚环氧乙烯或聚甲基丙烯酸酯。
本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:本发明提供了一种屏幕保护膜,该屏幕保护膜能够用于手机、电脑、电视等电子显示屏的表面贴膜,保护电子显示屏幕不受损伤,延长电子显示屏的使用寿命;同时,该屏幕保护膜能够感应人眼与贴有该屏幕保护膜的屏幕的距离,并根据该距离实时调节该屏幕保护膜的颜色,从而改变屏幕的清晰度,使屏幕模糊,从而提醒人们调整距离,具有保护视力的作用。

具体实施方式
下面对本发明的实施例作详细说明,本实施例在以本发明技术方案为前提下进行实施,给出了详细的实施方式和具体的操作过程,但本发明的保护范围不限于下述的实施例。
实施例1
本实施例提供的一种屏幕保护膜,具有如图1所示的结构,包括由下至上依次设置的粘胶层(1)、基板层(2)、第一电导层(3)、电变色层(4)、第二电导层(5)和离型膜层(6),还包括一外接的红外控制装置,所述红外控制装置包括红外传感器、控制单元、可调阻抗、电源和开关,所述控制单元为由单片机控制的核心控制系统,所述可调阻抗、电源、开关、第一电导层(3)和第二电导层(4)串联连接成一回路,所述可调阻抗和开关分别连接至单片机的通用端口;所述红外传感器的信号接收电路布设于屏幕保护膜周缘,用于测定人眼与屏幕保护膜的距离,获得距离值。
工作时,红外传感器将测定的距离值反馈给控制单元,控制单元根据该距离值控制上述回路,并通过调整可调阻抗来控制第一电导层与第二电导层之间的电变色层的电压,具体为:当测定的距离值大于所设定的阈值时,可调电阻和电源不工作,屏幕保护膜为透明色;当测定的距离值达到或小于所设定的阈值时,控制单元接收到预警信号,开启电源,并根据反馈的距离值的大小调节可调阻抗的电阻大小,距离越小,可调阻抗的电阻值越小,电变色层两端的电压越大,电变色层(4)的颜色越深,从而保护眼睛。
所述电变色层(4)为一电变色薄膜,其成分为由苯胺单体、二氧乙基噻吩单体或紫晶单体聚合而成的高分子聚合物,或者为普鲁士蓝衍生物。
或者,所述电变色层(4)为一层胶态或固态电解质,该电解质的成分包括碱金属盐、溶剂以及高分子材料,其中,所述碱金属盐为三氟甲基磺酸锂、高氯酸锂或四烷基铵盐;溶剂为碳酸异丙烯酯、碳酸乙二酯或四氢呋喃;高分子材料为聚环氧乙烯或聚甲基丙烯酸酯。
Claims (4)
1.一种屏幕保护膜,其特征在于,包括由下至上依次设置的粘胶层(1)、基板层(2)、第一电导层(3)、电变色层(4)、第二电导层(5)和离型膜层(6),还包括一外接的红外控制装置,所述红外控制装置包括用于测定人眼与屏幕保护膜距离的红外传感器、控制单元、可调阻抗、电源和开关,所述控制单元为由单片机控制的核心控制系统,所述可调阻抗、电源、开关、第一电导层(3)和第二电导层(4)串联连接成一回路,所述可调阻抗和开关分别连接至单片机的通用端口,控制单元根据红外传感器测定的距离值调整可调阻抗电阻值改变电变色层颜色深浅。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种屏幕保护膜,其特征在于,所述红外传感器的信号接收电路布设于屏幕保护膜周缘。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种屏幕保护膜,其特征在于,所述电变色层(4)为一电变色薄膜,其成分为由苯胺单体、二氧乙基噻吩单体或紫晶单体聚合而成的高分子聚合物,或者为普鲁士蓝衍生物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种屏幕保护膜,其特征在于,所述电变色层(4)为一层胶态或固态电解质,该电解质的成分包括碱金属盐、溶剂以及高分子材料,其中,所述碱金属盐为三氟甲基磺酸锂、高氯酸锂或四烷基铵盐;溶剂为碳酸异丙烯酯、碳酸乙二酯或四氢呋喃;高分子材料为聚环氧乙烯或聚甲基丙烯酸酯。
