本发明涉及液晶显示器领域,尤其涉及一种防漏光液晶显示器,其包括液晶面板、背板、中框和胶框,所述背板为凹形,所述背板内从下往上依序设有反射片、导光板和光学膜片,液晶面板设置在光学膜片上方,中框设置在背板侧面外,所述胶框为T形,胶框设置在液晶面板、光学膜片、背板侧面与中框之间,所述背板侧面外设有折弯部,中框底端设有延伸部,折弯部对应背板底面的一端与背板底面的垂直距离等于延伸部的厚度,折弯部和胶框均位于背板与中框及其延伸部之间所形成的容纳腔中,折弯部与背板一体冲压成型,折弯部另一端高出背板侧面,胶框厚度与折弯部厚度之和等于延伸部长度。

Description

一种防漏光液晶显示器
技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示器技术领域,尤其涉及一种防漏光液晶显示器。
背景技术
现有的无框液晶显示器一般由液晶显示模块、中框和后壳组成,其中,液晶显示模块又包括液晶面板、胶框、光学膜片、导光板、光源和背板。现有的超薄液晶显示器的结构设计方案中,为了加强液晶显示器的散热,同时减少液晶显示器的厚度,有一种设计方案是直接将背板外露,同时取消后壳,即以背板替代后壳,这样不但可以省去制造后壳的材料,减少后壳组装的工序,而且还可以减小液晶显示器厚度,提高散热效果,达到超薄、无框和节约成本的目的。因此,如图1或图2所示,现有的超薄液晶显示器包括液晶面板01、背板02、中框03和胶框04,所述背板02为凹形,所述背板02内从下往上依序设有反射片06、导光板07和光学膜片08,所述液晶面板01设置在光学膜片08上方,所述中框03设置在背板侧面021外,所述胶框04为T形,所述胶框04设置在液晶面板01、光学膜片08、背板侧面021与中框03之间。这种结构设计的液晶显示器,因其密封性不好或结构不紧密而存在间隙,尤其是所述背板02与胶框04之间形成配合间隙09会导致内部光源的部分光线05从中透射出来(如图1中箭头所示),从而产生漏光现象。
为解决漏光问题,一般的显示器可以采取贴遮光胶带,或者增加后壳等方式;但对于超薄的显示器来说,存在以下技术难点:
1)若是在光路透出的各个间隙处贴遮光胶带,则破坏了显示器背板的外观。
2)若是在背板和胶框之间形成的配合间隙处设置粘贴条,以期阻挡光线的透出,但粘贴条的厚度难以掌握,这是因为背板和胶框之间的间隙通常只有0.1mm,粘贴条过薄起不到阻挡效果,粘贴条过厚则会造成背板和胶框出现挤压,背板和胶框难结合,而且粘贴条的设置需要增加生产工序,还容易污染背板中的光学膜片,影响产品质量。
3)若是通过在中框底端增设中框延伸部包覆至背板底面,使其覆盖配合间隙的出光口,此设计虽能阻挡光线的透射,但中框延伸部却增加了显示器的厚度(如图2所示),影响了显示器的超薄效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种不增加厚度、能防止产生漏光问题的防漏光液晶显示器。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种防漏光液晶显示器,其包括液晶面板、背板、中框和胶框,所述背板为凹形,所述背板内从下往上依序设有反射片、导光板和光学膜片,所述液晶面板设置在光学膜片上方,所述中框设置在背板侧面外,所述胶框为T形,所述胶框设置在液晶面板、光学膜片、背板侧面与中框之间,所述背板侧面外设有折弯部,所述中框底端设有延伸部,所述折弯部对应背板底面的一端与背板底面的垂直距离等于延伸部的厚度,所述折弯部和胶框均位于背板与中框及其延伸部之间所形成的容纳腔中。
所述折弯部与背板一体冲压成型。
所述折弯部另一端高出背板侧面。
所述胶框厚度与折弯部厚度之和等于延伸部长度。
本发明采用以上技术方案,在背板侧面外一体冲压成型增设折弯部,同时在所述中框底端设有与中框垂直的延伸部,所述背板与中框及其延伸部之间形成一容纳腔,使得所述背板与胶框之间形成的配合间隙在容纳腔中并向中框方向偏移,而中框的延伸部有效覆盖住配合间隙的出光口,从而实现对光线的遮挡;而所述折弯部另一端高出背板侧面,改变了光线的入射角和反射角,有效避免了漏光现象的产生;同时所述折弯部对应背板底面的一端与背板底面的垂直距离等于延伸部的厚度,确保所述延伸部底面与背板底面位于同一水平面上,即不增加显示器的厚度,从而有效解决了超薄显示器的厚度问题。本发明结构简单、设计合理,通过增设背板折弯部和中框延伸部实现对光线传播时配合间隙的遮挡,有效避免了漏光现象的产生,同时确保不增加超薄显示器的厚度。

具体实施方式
如图3所示,本发明包括液晶面板1、背板2、中框3和胶框4,所述背板2为凹形,所述背板2内从下往上依序设有反射片6、导光板7和光学膜片8,所述液晶面板1设置在光学膜片8上方,所述中框3设置在背板侧面21外,所述胶框4为T形,所述胶框4设置在液晶面板1、光学膜片8、背板侧面21与中框3之间,所述背板侧面21外设有折弯部22,所述中框3底端设有延伸部31,所述折弯部22对应背板底面23的一端与背板底面23的垂直距离等于延伸部31的厚度,所述折弯部22和胶框4均位于背板2与中框3及其延伸部31之间所形成的容纳腔中。
所述折弯部22与背板2一体冲压成型。
所述折弯部22另一端高出背板侧面21。
所述胶框4厚度与折弯部22厚度之和等于延伸部31长度。
本发明采用以上技术方案,在背板侧面21外一体冲压成型增设折弯部22,同时在所述中框3底端设有与中框垂直的延伸部31,所述背板2与中框3及其延伸部31之间形成一容纳腔,使得所述背板2与胶框4之间形成的配合间隙9在容纳腔中并向中框3方向偏移,而中框的延伸部31有效覆盖住配合间隙9的出光口,从而实现对光线5的遮挡;而所述折弯部22另一端高出背板侧面21,改变了光线5的入射角和反射角,有效避免了漏光现象的产生;同时所述折弯部22对应背板底面23的一端与背板底面23的垂直距离等于延伸部31的厚度,确保所述延伸部底面与背板底面位于同一水平面上,即不增加显示器的厚度,从而有效解决了超薄显示器的厚度问题。本发明结构简单、设计合理,通过增设背板折弯部和中框延伸部实现对光线传播时配合间隙的遮挡,有效避免了漏光现象的产生,同时确保不增加超薄显示器的厚度。

Claims (4)

1.一种防漏光液晶显示器,包括液晶面板、背板、中框和胶框,所述背板为凹形,所述背板内从下往上依序设有反射片、导光板和光学膜片,所述液晶面板设置在光学膜片上方,所述中框设置在背板侧面外,所述胶框为T形,所述胶框设置在液晶面板、光学膜片、背板侧面与中框之间,其特征在于:所述背板侧面外设有折弯部,所述中框底端设有延伸部,所述折弯部对应背板底面的一端与背板底面的垂直距离等于延伸部的厚度,所述折弯部和胶框均位于背板与中框及其延伸部之间所形成的容纳腔中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防漏光液晶显示器,其特征在于:所述折弯部与背板一体冲压成型。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防漏光液晶显示器,其特征在于:所述折弯部另一端高出背板侧面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防漏光液晶显示器,其特征在于:所述胶框厚度与折弯部厚度之和等于延伸部长度。
