本发明公开了一种模板支撑顶杆,包括托板,托板下表面设有支撑调节管,支撑调节管顶部与托板活动连接,支撑调节管靠近底部安装有支托,支托呈凸型结构,支托底部与支撑调节管在同一水平面上,支托中部横向设有定位孔,定位孔穿过支撑调节管设置,支托两侧安装有活动定位卡,支撑调节管底部一体连接有一钢柱,钢柱外侧设有托片,钢柱内竖向设有伸缩钢管,伸缩钢管上部通过调整活节与钢柱连接,还包括可调节螺母,可调节螺母横向穿过钢柱及伸缩钢管设置,伸缩钢管底部固定在一底座上。本模板支撑顶杆安装方便,调整灵活,通用性和支撑稳定性均非常良好,且自身强度大,实现了点式支撑方式,节省了大量材料,同时降低了劳动强度。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种支撑顶杆,特别涉及一种模板支撑顶杆。
背景技术
在目前建筑行业中,一般普遍采用钢管扎制和木材拼装构成支撑模板,其安装和调整均不方便,且支撑稳定性也比较差,需要搭架子,操作复杂,拼装和搭建工作量大,施工效率低,在搭设支撑模板时,由于通常的钢管架子多为固定尺寸,所以在高度上不能灵活多变,很难满足现今住宅要求,如果地面不平,还会给搭建工作造成很大影响,后期施工质量也难以保证,尤其采用木材拼装,还会造成木材的大量浪费,不利于建筑成本的节约。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:克服上述问题,提供一种安装方便,调整灵活,通用性和支撑稳定性均非常良好,且自身强度大的支撑顶杆。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是这样的:本发明的模板支撑顶杆,包括托板,托板下表面设有支撑调节管,支撑调节管顶部与托板活动连接,支撑调节管靠近底部安装有支托,支托呈凸型结构,支托底部与支撑调节管在同一水平面上,支托中部横向设有定位孔,定位孔穿过支撑调节管设置,支托两侧安装有活动定位卡,支撑调节管底部一体连接有一钢柱,钢柱外侧设有托片,钢柱内竖向设有伸缩钢管,伸缩钢管上部通过调整活节与钢柱连接,还包括可调节螺母,可调节螺母横向穿过钢柱及伸缩钢管设置,伸缩钢管底部固定在一底座上。
进一步的,作为一种具体的结构形式,本发明所述可调节螺母外壁设有防滑凸起。
进一步的,作为一种具体的结构形式,本发明所述托板与支撑调节管之间螺纹连接。
进一步的,作为一种具体的结构形式,本发明所述托片呈三角形结构,其长边一面连接在钢柱上。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:本模板支撑顶杆安装方便,调整灵活,通用性和支撑稳定性均非常良好,且自身强度大,实现了点式支撑方式,节省了大量材料,同时降低了劳动强度。

如图1所示的本发明支撑顶杆的优选实施例,包括托板1,托板1下表面设有支撑调节管3,支撑调节管3顶部与托板1活动连接,支撑调节管3靠近底部安装有支托4,支托4呈凸型结构,支托4底部与支撑调节管3在同一水平面上,支托4中部横向设有定位孔5,定位孔5穿过支撑调节管3设置,支托4两侧安装有活动定位卡6,支撑调节管3底部一体连接有一钢柱9,钢柱9外侧设有托片8,钢柱9内竖向设有伸缩钢管10,伸缩钢管10上部通过调整活节7与钢柱9连接,还包括可调节螺母11,可调节螺母11横向穿过钢柱9及伸缩钢管10设置,伸缩钢管10底部固定在一底座2上,所述可调节螺母11外壁设有防滑凸起,所述托板1与支撑调节管3之间螺纹连接,所述托片8呈三角形结构,其长边一面连接在钢柱9上。
本发明的模板支撑顶杆安装方便,调整灵活,通用性和支撑稳定性均非常良好,且自身强度大,实现了点式支撑方式,节省了大量材料,同时降低了劳动强度。

1.一种模板支撑顶杆,包括托板,其特征在于:托板下表面设有支撑调节管,支撑调节管顶部与托板活动连接,支撑调节管靠近底部安装有支托,支托呈凸型结构,支托底部与支撑调节管在同一水平面上,支托中部横向设有定位孔,定位孔穿过支撑调节管设置,支托两侧安装有活动定位卡,支撑调节管底部一体连接有一钢柱,钢柱外侧设有托片,钢柱内竖向设有伸缩钢管,伸缩钢管上部通过调整活节与钢柱连接,还包括可调节螺母,可调节螺母横向穿过钢柱及伸缩钢管设置,伸缩钢管底部固定在一底座上;所述可调节螺母外壁设有防滑凸起;所述托板与支撑调节管之间螺纹连接;所述托片呈三角形结构,其长边一面连接在钢柱上。
