布料是装饰材料中常用的材料。包括有化纤地毯、无纺壁布、亚麻布、尼龙布、彩色胶布、法兰绒等各式布料。布料在服装的进化过程中有重要的作用,但是现在布料原料单一,布料的性能往往较单一。

本发明的目的是提供一种新型布料,使用多种原料复合而成,提高了布料的性能。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种新型布料,包括经线和纬线,经线采用棉花与竹碳复合纤维,棉花与竹碳重量比为3:1,纬线采用尼龙6与聚乙二醇纤维复合物,尼龙6与聚乙二醇纤维复合物中尼龙6与聚乙二醇重量比为3:1,经过熔融纺丝而成;棉花与竹碳复合纤维的直径为15μm,棉花与竹碳复合纤维的纤度为 75dtex ;尼龙6与聚乙二醇纤维复合物的直径为 45μm,尼龙6与聚乙二醇纤维复合物的纤度为 425dtex ;经密度为 120根 / 厘米宽度,纬密度为 35 根 / 厘米宽度。
本发明的有益效果:本发明提供的新型布料使用竹炭纤维、棉花纤维为经线,柔韧性好,具有很好的防辐射性能,而布料的纬线使用尼龙6及聚乙二醇的混合物,既具有很好的强度,又可以将经线与纬线间的缝隙密闭,提高了布的致密性。
