本发明涉及一种新型布，包括经线和纬线，经线使用棕丝，纬线使用铜氨纤维、聚丙烯纤维和聚乙二醇复合纤维，使用时将铜氨纤维、聚丙烯纤维、聚乙二醇捻成一股成为复合纤维，单位体积复合纤维中铜氨纤维、聚丙烯纤维、聚乙二醇重量比为2：5：1，棕丝直径为32.5μm，纤度为280dtex，复合纤维的直径为20.8μm，纤度为294dtex，经线密度为38根/cm，纬线密度为30根/cm。本发明提供的新型布结构合理，使用性能好，布的强度高，而且布中使用大量棕丝，降低了布的成本，而且布的致密度较高，具有很好的防水性能。

本发明属于布料领域，具体涉及一种新型布。
背景技术
布料是装饰材料中常用的材料。包括有化纤地毯、无纺壁布、亚麻布、尼龙布、彩色胶布、法兰绒等各式布料。布料在装饰陈列中起到了相当的作用，常常是整个销售空间中不可忽视的主要力量。但是现在布料主要使用棉麻或者或者化纤材质，而棕丝是一种重要的天然原料，产量很大，主要焚烧处理，不仅浪费而且污染环境。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种新型布，使用棕丝作为主要原料，原料来源广泛，成本低。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现：
一种新型布，包括经线和纬线，经线使用棕丝，纬线使用铜氨纤维、聚丙烯纤维和聚乙二醇复合纤维，使用时将铜氨纤维、聚丙烯纤维、聚乙二醇捻成一股成为复合纤维，单位体积复合纤维中铜氨纤维、聚丙烯纤维、聚乙二醇重量比为2：5：1，棕丝直径为32.5μm，纤度为280dtex，复合纤维的直径为20.8μm，纤度为294dtex，经线密度为38根/cm，纬线密度为30根/cm。
本发明的布使用常规方法织成。
本布料的加工成型后，在75-80℃烘15min，使用500kg/m2的压力压3min即可。
本发明的有益效果：本发明提供的新型布结构合理，使用性能好，布的强度高，而且布中使用大量棕丝，降低了布的成本，而且布的致密度较高，具有很好的防水性能。

1.一种新型布，包括经线和纬线，其特征在于：经线使用棕丝，纬线使用铜氨纤维、聚丙烯纤维和聚乙二醇复合纤维，使用时将铜氨纤维、聚丙烯纤维、聚乙二醇捻成一股成为复合纤维，单位体积复合纤维中铜氨纤维、聚丙烯纤维、聚乙二醇重量比为2：5：1，棕丝直径为32.5μm，纤度为280dtex，复合纤维的直径为20.8μm，纤度为294dtex，经线密度为38根/cm，纬线密度为30根/cm。
2.根据权利要求1所属的一种新型布，其特征在于：成型后，在75-80℃烘15min，使用500kg/m2的压力压3min即可。
