本发明涉及一种PVC合金材料。
背景技术
pvc合金是以pvc为主体的多种树脂共混改性得到的复合材料,pvc合金产品可广泛用于汽车、电子、精密仪器、办公设备、包装材料、建筑材料等领域。它能改善或提高现有塑料的性能并降低成本,已成为塑料工业中最为活跃的品种之一,增长十分迅速。随着pvc合金应用越来越广泛,人们也越来越重视。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的技术问题是,提供一种PVC合金材料,具有很好的强度和韧性,是一种综合性能高的复合材料。
为解决现有技术的不足,本发明采取的技术方案是:一种PVC合金材料,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
碳酸氢钠1-4份,氢氧化钠2-5份,聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯9-17份,甲基苯乙烯6-9份,线型低密度聚乙烯8-11份,山梨醇6-8份,抗氧剂4-9份,玻璃纤维6-8份,水性分散剂1-3份,丙烯酸乳液3-6份,钛2-4份,钒5-9份,铌5-7份,PVC20-40份。
本发明的有益效果是,本发明的PVC合金材料,具有很好的强度和韧性,是一种综合性能高的复合材料。
