本发明公开了一种抗化学腐蚀的琴弦,包括琴弦本体和设置于琴弦本体表面的抗腐蚀层,所述抗腐蚀层包括100份PP塑料、10-15份玻璃纤维、1-2份光稳定剂、2-3份紫外线吸收剂和5-10份抗氧化剂。本发明制备的抗化学腐蚀的琴弦,具有强度高,经久耐用,不易磨损、韧性高等有限,且制备工艺简单。

本发明涉及琴弦领域,具体地说,特别涉及到一种抗化学腐蚀的琴弦。
背景技术
中国乐器制造行业已经基本形成了较为完整的工业生产体系,基本可以加工世界上所有大类乐器,门类齐全、品种众多,大约有钢琴、提琴、西管乐器等不同类别1200多个型号,规格3万多个,钢琴等大类乐器 。其产品已经形成专业化生产格局,钢琴铁板、音板、击弦机、外壳等主要钢琴部件专业加工厂开始形成规模。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术中的不足,提供一种抗化学腐蚀的琴弦,以解决上述问题。
本发明所解决的技术问题可以采用以下技术方案来实现:
抗化学腐蚀的琴弦,包括琴弦本体和设置于琴弦本体表面的抗腐蚀层,所述抗腐蚀层包括100份PP塑料、10-15份玻璃纤维、1-2份光稳定剂、2-3份紫外线吸收剂和5-10份抗氧化剂。
优选的,所述玻璃纤维最佳配比为12份,光稳定剂的最佳配比为2份。
优选的,所述紫外线吸收剂的最佳配比为2份,抗氧化剂的最佳配比为5份。

本发明制备的抗化学腐蚀的琴弦,具有强度高,经久耐用,不易磨损、韧性高等有限,且制备工艺简单。
