3.气象条件3. Meteorological conditions
作业应在良好天气下进行。如遇雷电(听到雷声、看见闪电)、雨雾等,不准进行带电作业;如风力大于5级(10m/s)或湿度大于80%时,不宜进行带电作业。Work should be carried out in good weather.
